The moment you walk in you are greeted by the warm and friendly staff. My husband and I both got the nutty acai bowl- they were delicious :) . This place is filled with positive energy making it the perfect spot to get a quick bite or coffee.

Healthy lifestyle excellent place by the beach. Tried the Berry smoothies and they were really delicious. We love the high vibrations at Adapt Kitchen and so glad to find this place. The smoothies were really delicious and felt like they were literally feeding our souls. If you want a healthy boost, I highly recommend a stop at Adapt Kitchen. Service and staff are really professional. The store is also beautifully decorated and has a great vibe in and out. Thank you Adapt.

LOVE this adorable spot so much! The atmosphere is clean and so aesthetic! The staff is knowledgeable and kind, and get to know the regulars. The display of baked goods is the best eye candy. And the food not only tastes delicious, but ingredients are high quality! Frequenting this superior gem at my favorite small-town beach is one of the joys I look forward to each year I come to vacation. So much so, that sometimes I find myself here more than once a day! I love that they have a cute counter with a few chairs next to the store front window to enjoy your food and people watch. But most of the time, I find myself taking my acai bowl or avocado toast straight to the beach to enjoy (which is truly just steps away). This is a must-visit in Wrightsville Beach!

Nice clean orderly place with VERY limited seating. There are 4 chairs and two sets of 3 bar stools. There are also two benches outside. Each set of bar stools is set up TOO CLOSE together. When we read coffee/juice/kitchen, we were hoping for a nice coffee outing but had to take the coffee and enjoy it back at home. The coffee was very good!

Adapt has been a solid 10/10 since they opened. Our favs are the Açaí bowls as well as the C street sunrise smoothie!

Got an iced vanilla latte with oat milk and it was delicious. The young lady who took my order was kind and knowledgeable about the ingredients. The shop is attached to a grocery store which can be convenient if you need more stuff than coffee. I stopped here on my walk and it was what I needed. I recommend it.

Soooo happy we found this spot. As a health conscious vegetarian this place is a gem! The food is sooo good and their smoothies are delicious and you can feel the quality of ingredients. Thanks for creating a space like this! 💕✨

I got the Ahi Poke En Fuego and instantly fell in love—this is hands down one of my favorite places to get a poke bowl in Wrightsville. It was absolutely scrumptious. I customized mine by adding extra poke and mango, and left out the pickled jalapeños. I'm usually not a fan of brown rice, but the flavor combination in this bowl completely won me over. I wish they offered imitation crab as a topping—it would take this already perfect bowl to the next level. I only found this masterpiece of a poke bowl thanks to Google Maps, because when you walk into the store, it’s not immediately obvious that they serve poke. The shop itself is cute and eclectic, but a bit tight and confusing to navigate.

Adapt has the highest quality food, coffee, beverages, and service on all of Wrightsville Beach! Beautiful establishment, locally owned by a wonderful family.

Popped in for some smoothies and they were delicious. They share the space with Robert's, which makes it super convenient. We had: * So Fresh n So Green (I savored this, it was so good) * C Street Sunrise (my brother downed this in minutes) * The Bronze Eagle (my wife enjoyed the jolt) Friendly service, we will 100% be back.

My regular Wrightsville Acai Bowl shop is closed until after Labor Day, so I hopped on Yelp and Adapt had great reviews! I took the advice of a review and ordered in advance. It was easy to park, pay and pick up my blue majik smoothie bowl and cacao latte. I took my breakfast up to the nearby beach access and had a lovely time! There was a bench and it was honestly perfect.

This seems to be the best coffee place by Wrightsville beach. We really liked the oat milk latte and Japanese Iced coffee. There was a mishap with the names and we accidentally took someone else's drink. They were super nice about it and didn't make it a big deal. They also let us keep the mistakenly taken honey lavender whole milk latte. Both of us are lactose intolerant but after a sip, we could see why it was so popular. Otherwise, the pastries were ok. I wouldn't go out of my way to try them. The pistachio one tasted very dry. But still a 5/5 for the drinks and service.

Best açaí bowls and avocado toast that money can buy! No place in town or out of town I have tried quite compares. Also, the owners and staff are wonderful people. My wife and I love to come here to fuel up for a long beach day or a walk around the loop.

The best acai in wrightsville!! So fresh and delicious. Be prepared to wait in line on a hot day!

It's a great location for a juice bar. While it shares space with some sort of deli, you probably didn't come to Wrightsville for a fancy sit-down restaurant anyway, so they give you things in cardboard containers that are biodegradable yet strong enough for an acai bowl. The bowl here was on the higher end of such creations. The amount of frozen acai smoothie wasn't enormous, but it was strong, and with the ample display of fruit on top, every bite for me combined the slush with some fresh ingredient. The beverage I got on the side as a turmeric-based creation; their version of golden milk but with some other spices adding worthwhile flavor. They had a variety of alternative milks, they even had non-alcoholic beers, so you figure pretty much anyone can find something here. It's not cheap, but considering an expected location premium, it's worth having something to eat on the beach.

The best spot with the best ingredients. Service was top tier. Had the acai bowl after a beach yoga session and a nice walk. What dream mornings are made of!

This was the first açaí bowl I've ever had because I consider them pretty luxurious. I'm very glad I decided to try Adapt first. I got the nutty açaí bowl and my husband ordered the sweetheart which came with two pieces of peanut butter, banana, and strawberry toast. The coffees and juices looked delicious, but we had already made coffee so will have to come back to try their beverages! They also had shirts, hats, mugs, etc. for sale.

Perfect place to stop for a delicious Poke bowl and excellent Japanese ice coffee. Couldn't ask for a better beach lunch.

I read all these fabulous reviews and could not wait to try food in this place, but unfortunately the classic acai bowl was a disappointment. First of all, the kiwi fruit was not peeled. I get it you can it it with the furry skin, but who wants that? The biggest issue with the bowl was the amount of sugar. The smoothie itself was so sweet, I had to just pick out the fruit and granola from the top. Why 3 stars? Coffee. I ordered their large cappuccino with oat milk, and it was excellent. 3 shots of espresso in a large cup of steamed oat milk - I mean, how can you not like it? Overall, disappointingly, I will stop here for coffee, but not food.

I absolutely love that açai bowls from adapt. It is a quick walk from where we stay at the beach. There is no seating inside. Make sure you prepare. There can be a wait on weekends and holidays.

Best coffee on the island, and it's not even close. They've got that LaMarzocco machine dialed in really nicely. Everything else tastes kind of like burnt mud/ash once you get their espresso. A very pleasant surprise on vacation to find a legitimately good cup of coffee. There were different people working the register the couple of times I went in and all of them were very nice.

Cute place in Wrightsville! Easy to order online and pick up when walking "The Loop". We grabbed some smoothies and took them out to sit on the beach. The smoothies were substantial. Even though they seemed small they had some weight to them. The green smoothie was so vibrant and the mango banana was really flavorful. They use fresh ingredients and worth a stop.

Adapt had the best poke bowl and best avocado toast I've ever had. It's quaint and there's no seating inside but just take the food to go. The chai latte was amazing and the people that work there are so nice. I'd love to come back when I'm in town

Best smoothie bowl I've ever had! I had the nutty Beautiful acai topped with strawberries and bananas sprinkled on granola, bee pollen, hemp seeds, cacao nibs, peanut butter and honey drizzle! About $10. The quality of the ingredients, the flavors, the size of the bowls for the price were all amazing! They offer toasts, juices, smoothie drinks, teas, and coffee. The workers were so kind and really helpful with our friend with diet restrictions. They sell additional merchandise like CBD products and natural cleaning supplies. The space is shared with an equally cool grocery with lots of convenient goods.

Food is so good and good for you too! I love the bowl with beets in it. Also their acai bowls and smoothies are amazing.

Delicious and nutritious! We went here on a Saturday morning and the service was fast. I ordered the nutty bowl, recommended by the cashier, and it was amazing. We'll definitely be back!

Found this place on Yelp as I was visiting from out of town. Easy to miss off the main street, but it shares space with the grocery store next door. It's all street / metered parking, no private lot. Within walking distance from Wrightsville Beach. The employees and the owner Chris were all super friendly and helpful. I had questions about the locality of the different beverages, and Chris was super knowledgeable and passionate taking the time to explain each item while offering recommendations. Ended up getting some kombucha, sparking waters, and Adapt juice blends. Stellar service and great, healthy, unique products, hope to be back soon to be able to try the açaí / poke bowls!

I ordered the Nutty Açaí bowl and a vanilla iced latte - both phenomenal. This place is located next to many public beach access's and I enjoyed my breakfast on the beach. Got there right when they opened at 8 and it was already packed! Definitely a go to place it seems like and would definitely return again. :)

Obsessed. Adapt is amazing - great staff, cute spot, awesome location, and killer food and beverages. I love their wellness shots, Acai bowls, and avocado toast. They also have great coffees and teas. Their food is fresh and healthy :) Seating is limited, but that gives you a great excuse to pick up food and head outside to the beach which is just around the corner. I come here nearly every morning when I'm in the area, and I hope to see you here too!

Love love love this place! Their coffee is absolutely delicious. It's smooth with no bitterness and tastes like coffee should taste. They have a surprisingly large menu of shakes, and shots, and food. They also offer GF power balls in 5 different varieties for only a dollar and they are tasty! We also got a GF brownie and he offered to put organic peanut butter on top of it - truly divine. It's tiny so plan on getting your coffee and food to go because apparently no body in WB works so even during the week its few seats are taken. Everyone who works there was very friendly and genuine. A gem of a place.

They've created a great minimal contact take-out process during Covid where you order in the app and come pick up. I had the OG avocado smash toast with an egg on top and it was so flavorful! The ingredients were so fresh and the protein from the egg and seeds kept me satisfied for hours. Definitely a great breakfast spot to kickstart your day.

Come for the juice and stay for the coffee. So happy to find this place on a recent business retreat we had in Wrightsville. Whenever I travel I've always gotta find the best coffee shop in town where I can get my morning cup of quality caffeine. This was the spot. We initially came in because one of my colleagues wanted some fresh juice (which was great too) but the coffee was on point and maybe most importantly the service was fantastic. Nothing but smiles and great conversation served along side delicious, energizing juices and great morning dishes to get your day started on the right foot. Whether you're a local or not, head over to adapt to get your day started, you'll feel right at home.

This was a random find while on vacation. It was delicious! The first time I went(I went twice), their internet was down. So cash or through their app to purchase. Due to this technical issue, my order got lost. No problem though as I brought it to tthe staff's attention, and I had my bowl in no time flat. The combination of the peanut butter, cocoa nibs, fresh fruit and smooth açaí blend is pure perfection. It kept me satisfied for a solid 6 hours. I will be dreaming of this place forever.

I keep coming back! Bright spot in my vacay food experiences! Everything has been absolutely mouth-watering!! Even on the hottest days, the smoothie bowls stay cold to the last spoonful. Easy to order online (even with special requests) & also very timely when I come to pick up. Fruit toppings are fresh, tasting ripe & in-season. Granola is perfectly sweetened & crunchy! LOVE this place! Wish I had one back home.

Wonderful customer service. Delicious tasting food and drinks. I had a bit of trouble finding it, it may of just been me lol but it's located directly next to Roberts Grocery. You will not be disappointed. Will definitely return!

I can't even put into words how amazing Adapt is. It's truly one of the greatest gems in town. The food is amazing, the ingredients are always so fresh, the staff are all incredibly kind and friendly- it's an all around fantastic place. The interior is stylish with welcoming vibes. The poké bowls are my personal favorite along with the so fresh so green smoothie! It's an absolute must to visit here when you're in Wrightsville Beach!!

I was in town for a wedding and stayed around the corner from Adapt. We came here both days for brunch and didn't regret it at all! We got different variations of avocado toast and the en fuego poke bowl, which I highlyyyyy recommend! Everything was really fresh and made to order. I also had an iced espresso which was perfect too. Prices are fair and what you'd expect. The staff was also very friendly.

We like to come here when we visit the beach. It's a perfect breakfast spot and we like that they don't go light on the portion or cup size. Reasonable prices for what you are getting and very nice staff.

Love having this right by the beach! It's inside Robert's which adds a little temptation to pick up some unhealthy snacks, but we were able to be patient. Chris is awesome, as is the rest of the staff. They were really patient and accommodating while my dad and I while we asked questions and debated on what to order. We settled on the original and nutty bowls. My dad liked his (the nutty) he refused to share. We opted to go without lids and hung out on the beach, watching people pass by. Great way to start any way, can't wait to go back.

Everything they make is magic. I am obsessed with the OG avocado smash (the sourdough is amazing) and all the açaí bowls (especially the blue majik smoothie bowl.) then take it to the beach and have the best day!

This place is an absolute must. I don't live locally but when I'm in town visiting my sister I make her take me! The nutty açaí bowl is delicious- they perfected the right ratio of açaí to toppings including that great chia, granola, nut butter and fruit, on top of it, it's really reasonably priced! What knocks it out of the park is everyone who works there is so genuinely nice! They make great efforts to make sure you are taken care!

Adapt set up a table at a yelp elite event that was hosted at the Arrive hotel downtown and I have been dreaming of their juices and yummy treats ever since! At the event, the offered us two kinds of energy balls, one was their banana bread one, as well as a brownie and all of them were simply to die for. I was very impressed with the taste, texture, and "healthiness" of their energy balls - I feel like more often than not, if it tastes good or has a good texture they aren't very healthy. And if they are healthy, you sacrifice the other things. But these were delicious and healthy all In the same bite! They offered two kinds of juice, one was the recharge, which is my absolute favorite. Their blend of fruits and veggies make for wonderful drinks that are neither medicinal nor are they overly sweet. 10/10 for Adapt! I plan on being a regular!

Such great variety of quality and healthy products. I've tried several things from their menu, and Adapt always surpasses my expectations. Their food IS amazing and the establishment IS VERY CLEAN!! The staff is friendly and attentive. This IS one of the place is Wilmington that we visit EVERY TIME we come to the beach. Come on in and enjoy the wonderful staff and the amazing food.

This is a great little place on the beach! I have had a few açaí bowls before, though I've only had them with Nutella (making me convinced I'm eating them only for the Nutella). Thanks to Adapt, I now know I love them either way! This bowl tasted like heaven on a hot day at the beach after a run. The peaches, strawberries, and bananas were all fresh. The granola was absolutely fantastic. Obviously the açaí was incredibly refreshing, and the Honey drizzled on top brought the flavors together nicely. I will be back the next time I'm at Wrightsville Beach!
