The staff at the Kiko on the first floor was friendly, but the male employee handling women’s clothing on the 4th floor had a really poor attitude. I asked about the availability of a specific item, but he acted like he couldn’t be bothered to help. He seriously needs to realize he’s not the owner of the place—just a clothing store employee 😂

Amazing curation and stockist of international high fashion brands. Addicted is the only store in Seoul that stocks Walter Van Beirendonck. Staff were great and even showed us around and chatted with us. Picked up a Walter necklace that’s sold out worldwide!

I visited KIKO KOSTADINOV in Seoul because I heard that my favorite brand, KIKO KOSTADINOV, has opened a store in Seoul. Last season's items were on the line, so I asked for another product's stock just in case, but he hesitated for some reason. The male employee looked at me up and down instead of answering, and it was really unpleasant. After scanning me a couple of times, he said “no” in a very small voice, and he laughed a little. What do you mean? I don't know what it means, but I felt very ignored. It made me think about all kinds of things as a woman, and selling like that made me feel negative about the brand. I don't think I'll ever revisit the Seoul store.

Didn’t had a nice experience in this store. I bought a bag and actually wanted to buy more but because of the arrogant attitude of the staff i decided to only get the bag and get the other stuff online. Sad because they have a great selection in store.

친절하신 직원분들 계셔서 방문할 때마다 구매했습니다 하지만 마지막 방문 때 구매 목적으로 갔음에도 불친절한 직원분의 응대 때문에 구매의사가 바로 사라지더군요 이제 방문의사가 전혀 없어 졌습니다

나쁘진 않았는데, 가격대가 조금 높아서 부담스러웠어요. 아 그리고 2층으로 올라갔는데 직원분이 따라 올라오셔서 조금 긴장했어요. 뒤에서 구경하는 저희들 쳐다보시는데 감시당하는 기분이? (등 뒤가 따갑다) 그래도 옷은 예뻤어요! :)

진짜 공홈 관리 필요한듯. 맥북 아이폰은 공홈 로그인부터 잘안됌

직원들이 친절함
