Addicted

Was the only store I had interest in trying on some pieces due to all the fashionable international designer pieces. Although the salesmen were nice, but they informed me first when I picked up a loose cloth & leather cutout skirt, that ‘you can’t try it on because the leather might be stretched.’ (I’m size XS/S, EU size 34/36, US size 2/4 btw 😅). Plus I don’t think it’s genuine leather anyway, it’s PU leather… Second time I picked up a denim skirt (no more leather of course) and was told ‘if customers wear perfume, they might get on all the clothing pieces.’ So guess what, can’t try on again😅 Mind you, I had 2 sprays on my wrist, not on body. So if you wear any perfume that might let the staff catch a wiff of you, then do NOT go unless you are happy to buy all the designer pieces without trying 🙃

This is a select shop I’ve trusted and used for a long time. You can shop at very reasonable prices, almost the same as local overseas prices. The brand selection is excellent as well. Recommended-!

Amazing curation and stockist of international high fashion brands. Addicted is the only store in Seoul that stocks Walter Van Beirendonck. Staff were great and even showed us around and chatted with us. Picked up a Walter necklace that’s sold out worldwide!

The staff at the Kiko on the first floor was friendly, but the male employee handling women’s clothing on the 4th floor had a really poor attitude. I asked about the availability of a specific item, but he acted like he couldn’t be bothered to help. He seriously needs to realize he’s not the owner of the place—just a clothing store employee 😂

I visited KIKO KOSTADINOV in Seoul because I heard that my favorite brand, KIKO KOSTADINOV, has opened a store in Seoul. Last season's items were on the line, so I asked for another product's stock just in case, but he hesitated for some reason. The male employee looked at me up and down instead of answering, and it was really unpleasant. After scanning me a couple of times, he said “no” in a very small voice, and he laughed a little. What do you mean? I don't know what it means, but I felt very ignored. It made me think about all kinds of things as a woman, and selling like that made me feel negative about the brand. I don't think I'll ever revisit the Seoul store.

Didn’t had a nice experience in this store. I bought a bag and actually wanted to buy more but because of the arrogant attitude of the staff i decided to only get the bag and get the other stuff online. Sad because they have a great selection in store.
