My stay at Address Dubai Creek Harbour was phenomenal, even during such uncertain times. The staff were calm, kind and patient, which made a real difference. The rooms were exceptional, and everything from breakfast to room service was 10 out of 10. Cleanliness and hygiene were impeccable. A special thank you to Ilyas from housekeeping, who went above and beyond when I didn’t have my luggage. He made me feel comfortable and truly at home. An exceptional hotel and a fantastic stay. I would definitely return. ⭐️

She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made sure everything during my stay was perfect. Her positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference. I travel a lot around Europe and have stayed in many high-end hotels, so I truly have something to compare this experience with. From the very first moment, this Address stood out in the best possible way. The lobby is absolutely breathtaking — elegant, stylish, and instantly memorable (Address Marina also has this, I’d mention) What impressed me most is how beautifully the local culture is woven into the overall experience. It doesn’t just meet international luxury standards — in many ways, it sets them. The service is flawless yet warm and sincere, making you feel genuinely welcomed rather than just “served”, and I would especially mention Sabbir here! The pool area is nice, with the infinity pool and downtown skyline Highly recommend✨

The Address Creek Harbour is a beautiful hotel with an impressive lobby and a very elegant restaurant. There is no doubt that the property itself fully deserves a five-star rating in terms of design, ambiance, and overall presentation. A special highlight of our stay was Mr. Abid, the electric cart driver, who kindly took us on a short tour around the marina and Creek Harbour. He shared insights about the area and showed us the beautiful surroundings. It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. However, I am giving four stars mainly due to service and reception issues. We arrived early, which was completely fine, and we were informed that the room was not yet ready. We specifically asked to receive a WhatsApp message or a phone call once the room became available, but we were never contacted. Later, when we returned to the front desk, we were told that the room had in fact been ready. We also tried to order pillows through the hotel app, but the tablet in the room was not working. We then asked room service directly; they confirmed the request, but the pillows were never delivered. Finally, at checkout around 7:00 a.m., we had to call the reception four times before someone answered to request a bellboy. When we went downstairs, it was very clear that the front desk staff member was falling asleep at the desk, which was quite surprising for a hotel of this level. Overall, a stunning hotel with great potential, but the service experience does not consistently match the five-star standard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kreek Herbal Resort, and it was a truly refreshing experience. The serene environment and top-notch facilities are worth mentioning, but what truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional management. A special shout-out to the Supervisors, Mr. Akhtar and Alia. Their leadership and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the service. They were incredibly professional, proactive, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. It’s rare to find such dedicated staff who handle everything with such grace and efficiency. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great hospitality and a peaceful getaway!"

She was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. Hazel made sure everything was perfectly arranged, regularly checked on us, and went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable and valued. Her friendly personality and genuine hospitality truly stood out and made our stay even more memorable.
