Address Downtown

I had a wonderful experience at the pool in Address Downtown. The view is absolutely stunning and truly one of the highlights of the stay. A special thank you to Melvin, Vijay, and Arup from the Recreation team. They were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout. I didn’t manage to take nice photos of myself, and they kindly offered to help — all with genuine smiles on their faces. Their warmth and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. Truly appreciate the great hospitality!

Fantastic hotel, definitely the best location and view around burj khalifa - the interior is great and the rooms nice. The breakfast was good and service exceptional. The only downside was that I got a smaller room and I didn’t realise because I was too tired when we arrived. They upgraded the view but downsized the room. I appreciate early checkin after a long flight and I just wish I took a bigger room. Anyway I’d come back anytime, it’s great and connected to Dubai mall and the view is splendid

Best place to relax and have a great time in Dubai. Best view of burj khalifa. Amazing kind people Arup, Melvin Vijay, kehinde, Joseph, Hassan Puba Rakesh! We would especially like to mention the Club Lounge at Address Hotel Downtown. Our waiter, Ahmed, was absolutely outstanding. From the very first day, he carefully observed our preferences and, upon our arrival, always made sure to recommend our favorites. He was attentive, warm, and highly professional, and also exceptionally kind to our children. We would also like to highlight the Lounge manager, Tahzeen, who was always present and attentively overseeing everything. She knew that the boys are not big eaters and ensured that their favorite dishes were prepared for them every time, even when those items were not part of the regular kitchen offering. The children also received lovely gifts from a kind colleague, which was a beautiful and thoughtful gesture and made them feel very special. A truly wonderful place with an exceptional team. We sincerely hope that their supervisors recognize and praise this outstanding level of service. We will most certainly return.

The location alone is unbeatable — the direct integration with Dubai Mall, the futuristic design of the hotel, and the immediate access to nearby attractions and facilities make it one of the most convenient and impressive places to stay in Dubai. What truly made the experience stand out, however, was the service. The hotel staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the housekeeping team, especially Namal, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. Namal was incredibly friendly, proactive, and offered exceptional service that really made a difference in our experience. Attention to detail, cleanliness, and genuine hospitality were evident at every step. I would highly recommend Address Downtown to anyone looking for a seamless, high-end stay with outstanding service in the heart of Dubai.

We stayed at The Address Downtown in a Club Lounge–level room and had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent, with beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa and the fountains, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently strong. During our second stay, we were initially checked into a smoking room despite requesting non-smoking, which was unfortunate. However, Arzu handled the situation exceptionally well — she resolved the issue promptly and made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She was warm, professional, and attentive throughout both stays, and truly stood out for her hospitality. Aside from that one mishap, everything was seamless, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We would happily return and highly recommend the hotel — especially for its service, views, and unbeatable Downtown location.
