We felt that this hotel was truly the best in Downtown Dubai. It has a luxurious atmosphere, the staff are exceptionally kind, and both the sauna and gym are available for unlimited use. If you are considering breakfast, I highly recommend adding it as an option—absolutely worth it. At the breakfast venue, Mr. Binso provided exceptional service. He welcomed us every morning with a warm and genuine smile. For room service, Mr. Roomany offered elegant and refined hospitality, always bringing our drinks at the perfect temperature. Overall, the hotel staff are extremely well-trained, and although the price is on the higher side, it offers an experience you can enjoy only in Dubai. It was truly an unforgettable experience and one of the best stays we have ever had in Dubai.

Speaking of breakfast, I must give a special shoutout to Derrick, the waiter who served me every morning. He was exceptional! Always on hand to refill my coffee, offer a warm smile, and make sure I had everything I needed to start the day off right. His service was top-notch, and his friendly demeanor made me feel like a VIP. But it wasn't just Derrick - the entire staff at the hotel were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. They all went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of amazing. The location was also perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. I loved being able to explore the city and come back to the comfort and tranquility of the hotel. All in all, I would highly recommend the Hotel Address downtown to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city. It truly is a gem, and I will definitely be back! I recently visited the restaurant at Address Downtown Dubai, and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour. From starters to dessert, everything felt premium and carefully prepared. A special mention to Binso, whose service truly made the experience even better. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the meal. His professionalism and hospitality really stood out.

You can really feel how dedicated they are to their work and the guests. Overall, I can highly recommend the Address Downtown – it’s the flagship of the Address Hotels for a reason. I had some issues at my stay, but the way the hotel staff handles it was extraordinary. The service was a bit slow, but the in-room dining food is delicious, as well as their breakfast buffet. The night view of Burj Khalifa from your room balcony is extremely beautiful during December weather. Will definitely come again due to the staff who runs this place.

The stay was amazing, service is great the staff (Kisan, Santa from room 5008 last May 2005 to room 5007 november 2025) was accommodating they make sure the room is comfortable for us. They are attentive to what we need. They make sure that we always have a fresh towels in bathroom and bottled water. They have this afternoon routine to check the room and tidy up what ever mess we left which is amazing.

Badr at reception was phenomenal. He saved our trip, and was extremely helpful. The hotel is in the perfect location and the rooms are beautiful. Thank you so much! Room service team did such great job and the in house dining was quick, unlike other places the room service food was amazing.
