We had an exceptional experience at the Club Lounge at The Address Downtown! The place is elegant and refined, with stunning views of the city. But what really made the difference was the incredible service from AlaaEddine. This employee is truly excellent! He took care of us with professionalism and kindness, making us feel at ease from the start. He responded to all our requests efficiently and with a smile, making us feel like VIPs. We really appreciated his personalized attention and availability. Thank you, AlaaEddine, for an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, the service at this hotel was exceptional. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail specially *Eden*. My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities exceeded my expectations—from the luxurious spa to the rooftop pool and gourmet dining. Every part of my stay felt curated and personal. I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a true luxury experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

During our recent visit to Address Downtown we were greeted by an exceptional hostess GERLY who truly enhanced our dining experience. From the moment we arrived, she warmly welcomed us and promptly guided us to our table. Her friendly demeanor and professional attitude were evident throughout our visit. Not only was she efficient in managing the seating arrangements, but she also took the time to ensure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Her knowledge of the menu and willingness to offer recommendations further impressed us. Overall, the hostess played a crucial role in making our evening enjoyable and memorable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Address Downtown, mainly because of its excellent location right next to Dubai Mall with convenient access in and out. I also liked all the F&B options — from the breakfast to the lobby bar. Dinner at GAL and Urla was particularly good. Now, a few downsides: On the last night, a strong smell of paint appeared in the room, possibly due to renovation work nearby or an issue with the air conditioning system. Speaking of the AC, it was extremely cold and uncomfortable. Even on the lowest fan setting, it blew directly onto the bed and could not be adjusted to a comfortable level. It feels like the ventilation and AC systems are quite outdated and have not been upgraded to modern standards. In the room, the shower mixer was completely broken, making it impossible to adjust the water temperature. It seems no one inspects the rooms thoroughly before guests check in. The minibar was a good feature, but it was not restocked — I had white wine the first evening, and it wasn’t replenished the next day. Also, there was no sparkling wine or champagne available, only a small bottle of white and red wine. It would be great if at least a small bottle of champagne was included. Overall, the hotel is still good and better maintained than other Address properties, but it is 17 years old and showing some signs of aging and could use some updates, especially in room facilities.

The housekeeping Maryjoy housekeeping supervisor Nawal and Netra who taking care of my room. Really appreciate how they take care of us not only bu cleaning. Recommended this hotel for all friends. Well difinetly come back. We love the address downtown staying here 838

I stayed at this hotel was pleased with all aspects but there was on going construction on my floor everyday. When I complained the hotel staff said they cannot do anything about it as there is a permit. Why did they rent me this room knowing there is construction going on - they offered me a complimentary ride to airport . Would you accept that offer ? I suggest you check before booking this hotel

I just wanted to say that the Club Room was absolutely amazing! A huge thank you to Alaa Eddine—he was incredibly professional, kind, and attentive, especially with the kids. His positive energy made a big difference and truly enhanced our experience. We’re very grateful!
