My room was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had a stunning view. I absolutely loved staying here! The view of the Burj Khalifa was incredible , I couldn’t get enough of it. The atmosphere in the hotel is super calm and relaxing, and the staff were all so kind and welcoming.|Big thanks to Melvin, Arup, Vijay, Khenidh, Bahudur, Rakesh, and Ester — you guys made my stay even better!|And the pool is just amazing. I dined at The Address Downtown Dubai for their breakfast buffet. During my stay here at the buffet, I was met with the most kind hearted, helpful gentleman by the name of Ibrahim. His service was beyond exceptional and if there is room for promotion or pay rise, I highly recommend he deserve it and be given the opportunity. Even at 3:00 AM, he greeted me warmly with a handshake and a soft, courteous tone that immediately made me feel valued. His demeanor showed genuine care for my experience, ensuring every detail of my order was perfect. He left no stone unturned in meeting all my needs. Service like this is rare, and Mohamed truly elevated my stay. Highly recommended.

I really liked the the lobby lounge very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. Special thank to joshepin and irvan i had a coffee and some pastry — everything was nice. A great place to relax. I’ll come back again for sure.
