We stay here twice a year...why? We are treated like friends rather than just " hotel guests" and that makes our stay so special. Its a small boutique hotel with 22 rooms overlooking the Montgomerie golf course. Be sure to ask for a Golf View Room, its great to watch golfers on the course. Rooms are cleaned twice a day, with huge comfy beds, great walk in shower and separate bath tub. |All the staff are exceptional, they anticipate your needs, remember what you like and dislike, and just want to make your stay as perfect as possible. |Lovely pool to spend your time,plenty of sunbeds and complimentary water to keep cool( it does get very busy at weekends with children). |Monty's is great for breakfast and service is friendly and efficient. Great food and drinks menu. |Make sure you have a treatment in the Spa, well worth a visit. |The Golf course is in great condition and the shop is well stocked. |This is a fantastic hotel if you want excellent, friendly service away from the hussle and bustle of Busy Dubai. |See you next year!

The location is beautiful and the golf course is really lovely. The staff could definitely be a bit more friendly and welcoming, but overall it’s still a great place to play. Golfers loving in or visiting the UAE should give this course a try, the experience is worth it!

My family and I have just returned from a fantastic 11 night stay at Address Montgomerie. |What sets this hotel apart are the amazing personnel. |Reception, management, restaurant, house keeping, and pool staff all went above and beyond to make us welcome and cared for. |From arrival to departure I couldn’t have asked for better service, and all done with a smile (which is rare these days)|The hotel itself is so peaceful and tranquil, as opposed to the bigger hotels in the city. |If you’re looking for a relaxed environment with amazing service, make this your choice. |The fact that it has its own golf course with special rates for hotel guests is a bonus!|The room we had (121) was perfect for our family, with a golf course view, and always immaculately serviced. |It would be unfair to single out any particular member of staff, as they were all great, however I must mention Prasanna from the pool who went above and beyond expectation to look after our family during our stay. |He became like a family member to us, and I will always be grateful to him for looking after my wife whilst my son and I were away playing golf. |Finally, this was our second stay at this hotel, and certainly won’t be our last. |Well done to all at Address Montgomerie, and thank you.

I had the pleasure of being at Address Montgomerie to capture Lina and Youssef’s wedding, and the entire experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, the venue’s charm, elegant architecture, and serene atmosphere stood out it’s the kind of place that makes every frame look cinematic. The glasshouse setup, the soft natural light, and the perfectly curated décor created a dream setting for both the couple and the photography. Every corner felt like a story waiting to be told. I’ve worked in many beautiful venues, but Address Montgomerie truly has a timeless elegance that makes every moment feel special both for the guests and for those behind the camera capturing it.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent experience at Address Montaigne. As a loyal guest of Address Hotels, I had very high expectations, but unfortunately, my visit was far below the standard your brand is known for. The coffee shop was in poor condition; drinks were spilled near the preparation area, and the cleanliness was unacceptable. I was shocked to see insects around, which is not something expected in a five-star environment. The overall design and layout of the hotel felt cluttered, outdated, and lacked coordination or a modern touch. The outdoor area was extremely uncomfortable, as the air conditioning was not working. When we asked about it, the staff said there was “no connection,” which I found unprofessional. Additionally, the valet service was very slow — only one attendant was available, and we waited far too long for our car. The lobby and common areas were not clean, and I was surprised to find that the reception area looked more like a temporary counter. The staff at the front desk appeared unprepared and not dressed to the level expected from a luxury hotel. Even the concierge did not have a proper desk and looked disorganized. Overall, the entire experience, from service to atmosphere, did not reflect the high quality that Address Hotels are known for. It was disappointing and discouraging, especially as we came hoping to enjoy a pleasant afternoon by the golf area. I sincerely hope that management will take these comments seriously and address these issues to restore the reputation and standards that make Address Hotels exceptional. Sincerely,

Address Montgomerie Clubhouse is a peaceful escape with stunning golf course views and elegant surroundings. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive, making every visit feel special. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Dining is excellent, from casual meals at Links to fine dining at Nineteen. A perfect mix of luxury, relaxation, and world-class golf in the heart of Dubai.

Booked a couples deep tissue massage and unfortunately left disappointed. Despite asking twice for more pressure, the therapist kept reverting to a light, relaxation-style massage — not what we requested or paid for. The treatment room was cold, and we could easily hear people laughing and talking outside, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, we didn’t receive the deep tissue massage we booked. The spa should consider retraining therapists to provide the treatments as advertised. Wouldn’t recommend. Therapist were Kim and Ayu.

We recently booked 11 rooms for our friends and family, and the experience was truly exceptional. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. Choosing the breakfast-inclusive option was a great decision — the food was excellent and offered something for everyone. The rooms and facilities were spotless, and the entire property was very well-maintained. The staff deserves special mention for their friendliness and willingness to help with anything we needed. A heartfelt thank you to Sultan, who went above and beyond assisting with the luggage and making sure all our guests were comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended for group stays or special occasions. We’re very grateful for the hospitality!
