Our experience at Address Sky View Dubai was disappointing. We arrived 14-10-2025 at around 6:00 PM and our room was still not ready. We were traveling with two children, and when we finally entered, we found only an unprepared sofa bed —no sheets or pillows— and a mattress so thin that my daughter’s crib mattress is actually more comfortable.
On top of that, the room itself was colder than the minibar, which, ironically, was set at 19 °C. Even at 12:30 a.m., the minibar was still showing the same temperature, so everything inside remained warm. Considering the high prices of the minibar items, this is completely unacceptable for a supposed five-star hotel.
While waiting, we were offered tea and some desserts, and the waiter who served us in the tea area was very kind and attentive, but that small gesture does not make up for the lack of preparation and poor overall service quality.
At the restaurant Cé La Vi, you first pass through a small reception where three or four staff members attend guests in a distant and somewhat cold manner, making the experience uncomfortable for visitors, even though they are simply working and we are on vacation.
For the price you pay, it feels like the only thing you’re really getting is the view of the Burj Khalifa. We’ve stayed in 3-, 4-, and 5-star hotels that were far better than this one.
So far, the only positive memory we have is the excellent service from the security guard on the 54th floor, who was kind and helpful at all times.
In short, a very disappointing experience — we will not return.
