A very very bad experience 4 days without electricity and air conditioner it’s like you rent a cave in mars 70 dollars for night it’s really my worst experience ever

After camping out in the desert for three days in a sandstorm, pure bliss to reach this very hospitable place, pretty much impeccable by local standards. Rooms are clean and spacious, both hot water and wi-fi works on first try, and the owner and staff go out of the way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Only drawback is the lack of catering both in the hotel and in the immediate area, so make sure you have drinks and food with you for the stay.

We know this hotel from 2019. It is a family hotel ownwers. And now they are my family. Really the best hotel in town. Safe parking with security gard. High speed WiFi. Luxury rooms with balcony. Big generator just in case. Any problem you may have, they look for solutions. Good and safe location. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed out 2 night stay at the hotel. Clean, helpful staff, strong wifi and lots of hot water. On each floor there are seating areas with big dinning table so you aren't stuck in the room all the time..

I stayed one night and that was only because the cheaper hotel down the road was having a problem with water. The hotel is incredibly over priced for what it is, dated and with a less than stellar bathroom that said it was reasonably clean. The biggest issue however was a man on reception who said who was the owners son, who was unhelpful and unfriendly to the point of rude. In a country with some of the nicest people you will meet in the world I suggest you find a hotel that understands customer service.

I stayed 1 night at Adel hotel on my way back to Khartoum. Clean rooms, hot showers, great airconditioner. Very friendly, and helpful staff. Tea and biscuits at your door 8n the morning, coffee on request. The owner seems to always be on site and keeps good care of the place.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks waiting on motorbike parts coming from Germany. Facilities, especially the shower, were also excellent.||||I would not hesitate to recommend this oasis; you won’t find better for a long, long way. Thank you Mr Adel and all his staff.

Spacious clean rooms with fan and ac, fridge and balcony. Very friendly and helpful owner and staff/family. Safe place to park your car. The owner helped us to get diesel (of which there currently is a shortage in Sudan).
