The experience was a bit hit or miss. We started off strong with the appetizer, burrata which was absolutely delicious. The dessert, a tiramisu, was also really good. However, I was expecting the pasta to be the highlight, and it was disappointing. The carbonara lacked flavor and creaminess. The vongole pasta was the worst part — the pasta was extremely hard, not al dente, just undercooked.
On the bright side, the service was excellent. Our waitress was very kind and even took the pasta back to the kitchen to be cooked longer, but unfortunately, it didn’t improve. I really appreciated the gesture, but overall, the food didn’t live up to expectations.
