The motel room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Free parking was available with plenty of space, which was very convenient. The service was excellent and truly 5-star—staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, everything was very good. The only small issue was that the power points for mobile charging were not easy to find in the room. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay and I would recommend it.

We were travelling from WA, we stayed there and the service was exceptional. We arrived there too late around 11 pm, but lady came with happy face to open the door for us. Rooms were very clean. Location is easily accessible. Overall our experience was very good.

Damp smell in our room, curtains not fitted to the window properly, fitted sheet on bed was stained, bathroom is tiny, broken tiles, smelly). Calling it a 3 star motel is very optimistic, more like 2 stars. Pretty sure they were cleaning rooms at 9pm Location is alright, you at least have Aldi next door.

Great rooms verry friendly staff enjoued the stay only issue that was distirby was the spaa in pool area out of action would love to stay again if that was working receptionest was verry friendly and helpfull with replacing air con remote batterys

Before i booked this accommodation i looked at the reviews, all seemed ok. Friday 11th july we arrived, reception seemed friendly gave us the key to room113, I noticed straight away it was a low double bed it looked very small, i then happen to see the bottom sheet didnt fit the bed as i could see the out dated mattress, I went back reception and said the sheet doesn’t fit the bed, she didnt believe me, i told her im not sleep on a mattress with no sheet covering it. So she decided to have a look then she said so sorry your right , she then had to make the bed i helped her make it and then i couldn't belive it as i grabbed up the pillow the case opened at the side and i kid you not there was dry blood on the pillow not a little bit ,it was quiet noticeable, i lost it no way was we staying in this room , all the lady said im sorry get you another pillow, i then check the bathroom it had dry water spots on the bench shower screen and mark on the floor , this room was discussing, u went back to reception and told her the bathroom was not cleaned , she handed me back $170.00, i went back to the room to find other accommodation , she then arrived outside the room she opened the door and said your still here, she was not happy, i said im trying to find accommodation, as she did not offer us another room at this stage she just wanted us out, she disappeared for awhile returning with the cleaning girl who cleaned our room , infront of myself and my partner she went off to the girl i was so embarrassing we left the room, after that she gave us a key for another room.( this could have been done in the first place, but she wasn’t happy with us complaining) We were in a panic and i started having chest pains, due to being stressed not knowing what to do with no accommodation every where was booked due to the Rugby. The room 213 was had was fine, next moring she said was your room ok i said yes , she then said you can pay now , I Said No what happened yesterday that room was absolutely discussing Training staff to be cleaner should be done properly or if they are just slack and lazy cleaner’s get rud of them..

I've travelled Australia and this motel has been my favourite place to stay when im in Adelaide as its most reasonably priced, combined with an excellent location to all facilities in a great suburb, you won't be disappointed.

We had a great time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms we're clean and serviced everyday (this wasn't expected). It was quiet at night and easy to travel to local sites.

Booked in late in the day The only room left was the executive suite - with SPA I decided to stay The room was clean and the noise from the heavy vehicles was not to bad As for the executive suite. They should not be offering this room with that title Out the back below the verandah sits the motel rubbish dump, all I could see we're the old mouldy mattresses and old stoves Not what a paying customer wants to see The whole place looked like it could use a tidy up and a coat of paint As for the mattress in the suite I was not game to look but it had a mattress topper on it The spa was absolutely terrible- if you got in it then good luck with your future health I would not stay here again

The room was clean enough, though the room had black mold in the shower and the walls were a little thin (thanks room above us for the marvelous, all night, show). The staff were friendly enough and the location was great for getting around. I also liked that they had a toaster, microwave, mini fridge and kettle so I could have a basic breakfast in the room. My biggest pet peeve with the hotel is that there aren't phones in the room and if you have somebody trying to call you the person at the front desk will try to put the call through to the room even though there is no phone within the room itself. They also didn't give the phone messages to us to let us know somebody had called. Other than that, this hotel was fine. We realistically only slept and showered in it.
