Loud plane noises, no hot water, loud guests that are "outside of the hotel's controls", no refund for car park bay that the hotel never allocated - if you're expecting 4 star hotel service, good luck.
Unless you plan to sleep after 11pm, do not stay here. It is on a flight path, the planes flyover every 10mins and very low so it is LOUD.
They have no reception service after 8pm, so good luck staying with other noisy guests. We had people partying til 1am in our corridor and other guests slamming their doors hoping those partygoers would "get the message". Now on to the rooms, there was no hot water for our first night. They said they would change rooms for us, but it would not be available until 2pm. We changed our travel plans to make sure we would be back to check in at 2pm only to be told no room change was needed as they fixed the water system. Why didn't anyone call us? They didn't even make our room because we didn't tell them to. Well who would tell you to make a room when you were promised a room change?
If you check in late, they send you an email with instructions on how to check in but supposedly send you a separate text message to tell you where your reserved car park spot is (which is extra $10 per night). I never received such text message, and the next day reception told me that they cancelled the reserved parking spot for the first night. I never received a refund and days later, I was told they never cancelled the car park spot, hence no refund would be provided pointing to the fact that they sent a text message about which car park bay was reserved for me and it had remained reserved that night.
Save yourself the head and heartache, avoid staying at this place.
