The room was clean and quiet with a lovely comfortable bed, several pillows and thick towels. Cheerful staff at reception. Very good value for money. The location suited us very well for visiting family in Adelaide. Thankyou. We would happily stay here again

So comfortable, clean and secure! Honestly, we could not fault! Family of 5 and was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Room aside, also has a secure gated car park for extra security, which we really valued as a family with young children.

I really appreciated the large and comfortable room, and the service from Emma was exceptional. There is a lift to the upstairs rooms and a handy vending machine for drinks and snacks. Location wise, the motel is a 20 min walk to the heart of Glenelg and the beach but there is a bus stop very close to the motel which is a great alternative, and it is about 10 min walk to the City-Glenelg tram. I honestly can't fault the room or the service!

We stayed in a 2 br family spa suite. We were at the back of the building so no traffic noise noticed. Great space for 4 of us and very comfortable beds. It was great having a carpark and lift access. Very clean and we would definitely stay again

Have stayed here before a couple times. Arrived at 8:50, Australian woman was working, taking a call on her mobile, refused to give me a room because she had to leave, even tho reception closes at 9. Was actually quiet rude and will not come back because of this experience

I've been to Europe 11 times so I've stayed at a lot of hotels/motels. I cannot remember staying in one more neat, clean and fresh smelling, secure or one with better service. The location is great if you don't mind traffic noise.

There was a mechanical issue with the after-hours key box and were unable to enter. They had an after hours phone number, but we were unable to access it due to an issue with our data connection at that time. Just to be constructive, it would be good to have the after-hours number on a sticker by the key box . However everything was sorted amicably the next day. Staff were friendly and helpful, and we appreciated that. Thanks

We had a wonderful three stay in this beautifully renovated motel from the moment I walked in to book in I was greeted with a smile and the Manager was very friendly was able to tell us where to catch trams etc|We loved the secure carpark and lift to upstairs family room|Very clean plenty of towels spacious rooms modern ensuite
