Adelaide Luxury Beach House

We had the most fantastic stay at the house right on Henley Beach. Everything is within walking distance, with fantastic restaurants and great hospitality on your local doorstep. The views are spectacular, and the sunsets were like nothing we had ever seen before. Amy our host was wonderful, and nothing was a problem. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

This is a perfect holiday home for a large family holiday. We have 3 teenagers who love their own space. There are four large comfortable bedrooms (comfiest beds and pillows in any rental I've been in) and plenty of living room space. Easily enough room for two families. The kitchen has everything you need, there's a full laundry room and even a beach toy cupboard! Host Amy is super helpful and friendly. We loved being across the road from the beach and a short walk from lots of fab restaurants (highly recommend Melt for great pizzas, Estia for 5 star Greek food, and the Thai is delish). The sunset view from the upstairs balcony is sensational! (The person who gave a 1 star review is definitely not at the house now - we've been here for the last 2 weeks)

Adelaide luxury beach house truly lives up to its name - spacious and luxurious with uninterrupted sea views. Amy was an absolute pleasure to interact with, from initial enquiry throughout our stay, she was attentive and professional, willing to do anything to improve our holiday, from recommending cafes and day trips to the personal tour we received upon arrival. Could not recommend them highly enough 👍👍👍

Perfect location to make the most of Adelaide city and the relaxing shoreline. Great for our family holiday and we are planning to come back next year for a conference with some of our work colleagues. We loved watching the sunset over the sea and enjoying a glass of wine on the many private balconies.

Top position. Cleaners need to pay attention to detail. A new oven needed as does not heat properly. No desert spoons in drawers, so had to use soup spoons. Otherwise would recommend.

This beach house is pretty good right? only if they had more activtys and more amazing water slides it would be 5 out of 5 stars for sure.

The building has a structural problem with the roof and makes a horrendous noise when the wind blows. So much so you cant sleep in the master bedroom with the views onto the beach.

I have been in the area looking for a nice RnR. This certainly is a stand out property
