I booked a room for a couple, and it turned out to be one of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. When booking, the app clearly stated that parking was available. However, after confirming the reservation, I received a text message on my personal phone saying there was no parking available.
I immediately contacted the hotel to cancel the booking due to this issue, but they refused and were extremely rude. They told me that since the booking was made through the app and not directly with them, they wouldn’t cancel it. They also clarified that parking was only for apartment guests, not hotel guests—which was never mentioned during the booking process. This was very frustrating and misleading. We ended up having to pay extra to park at a different hotel and walk to this one. Such a shame.
The room itself was terrible—poorly maintained, smelly, and very disappointing. There were no extra pillows provided, and the overall comfort was seriously lacking.
This hotel is a definite no from me. I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone.
