Perfect location for me with a short walking distance to the Adelaide day surgery where I had eye surgery. For my recovery of 3 days. My room was the perfect size. Very quiet, safe, peaceful place to stay. The staff were very friendly and caring during my stay. Everything I needed, great air-conditioner and a very comfortable bed. When I was able I caught the tram to Rundle Mall testing my ability before I drove home to a regional area. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to stay Thank you Kind Regards 😀

We arrived very late at night 11pm, the young lady at the reception was very helpful and happy. It is an older hotel but who cares spotlessly clean , room was a good size and no street noise. There were two lifts one of which was out of order but as we only need one lift it did not matter. We were allowed to stay in our room until 11am and car could remain in car park until noon. Which was very helpful to us as I had medical appointments. If you want a higher standard of hotel book into the ones at top of North Terrace $400 a night and $50 parking. Thank you guys will be back

I have based my 5-star rating on the price for the facilities. My room was clean and large enough for me. The toilet/shower was clean and the shower cubicle large. Air conditioning/heating was excellent. The staff and manager were really nice - very friendly and helpful. Location was very good, at West end of North Terrace. Easy access by road, plus tram and bus stops very close. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Please don't advertise yourself as a four star hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were clean, shower had good water pressure and service was friendly. On the other hand, the hotel was very dated, one elevator was out of order and the other creaked and stalled every time you rode it, making you think it was going to drop right there. The walls were paper thin and we were forced to listen to the couple next door (everyone on the floor and in the corridor) for over an hour while trying to sleep. The only window looked over a tiny inner courtyard and the lighting in the room was extremely dim. If you fixed the lights, you would instantly brighten up the room at the very least! Prices were good, but the room was very underwhelming and not up to what was advertised.

This hotel was a bit of a let down. I didn't think it was a four star hotel....... Carpets old and dirty, air conditioning loud and hard to get to work. When you factor in that there is no free parking, it becomes very poor value for money. One lift is out of order, and the laundry is on the fourth floor. Also the street noise level is high, there are ambulances screaming past at all hours of the day. On the plus side, Staff are friendly and professional.

Staying one night at this Hotel was outstanding. The young lady at Reception at 11-30 am on Thursday 22nd of February 2024 was just excellent and looked after us with our booking in. She was so helpful and knowledgeable.||On entry to our room we were surprised at the size and layout of the room and bathroom. The whole room was spotlessly clean with everything in place.||The fridge was packed with alcoholic and soft drinks, but was lacking the presence of Ice.||The Bathroom had all the bits and pieces one needed and the bed was just amazing to sleep in…Very Comfortable and a good night’s sleep was had.||Yes we will return!

The room was clean and well distributed but the receptionist attention was rude. When the receptionist Lucy, requested the physical credit card and I explained that I didn't have one with me, because all of them are in mobile app, her attitude became rude and impolite. Her only response was that if I didn't have the physical credit card, she couldn't proceed with the check-in, although I had already paid for the room. She never considered any solutions or ways to assist us.
