I would like to give 4 stars, however, the rice was old and clumpy. Beans were tolerable. Lettuce was pleasantly fresh and green as was the guacamole.
Menu has plenty of plant-based options along with what appears to be healthy meat,fish and fowl dishes.
I thought the enchilada sauce was slightly over cooked. My wife's quesadillas were served like tacos, which was weird. They were loaded with fresh raw spinach.
All in all not bad, just not what it could have been for the price. This restaurant has menu offerings for carnivores and vegetarians alike. Will suit a family or group with assorted tastes.
