Friendly services, third floor is the best, rooms are clean. In winter the room temperature isn’t stable. At night it’s very hot (sometime have to take out the blanket) and the morning is cold. They charge @CHF2 for toothbrush that usually we can ask the hotel if guest forget to bring it. And normally it’s free. The breakfast is quite good, they serve fresh orange juice, many different cereals and muesli. Love it. On Christmas night, the meals aren’t so good. The meats are too thick for fondue chinois. They have sauna but we haven’t chance to use it. About 290m from supermarket and very close Étang Long

A wonderful stay for our skiing trip. The hotel has a lovely family feel with friendly staff. The lounge/dining room has fantastic views. The food is first class plus we were entertained by a pianist one evening

If you're looking for a family-run, cosy and friendly hotel in Crans Montana, the Hotel Ad'Eldorado is the one! ||||Lovely relaxed atmosphere and helpful staff headed up by Mr & Mrs Bonvin. We booked last minute and only stayed one night, but thanks to the owners being so accommodating, we skied two full days and we felt we really made the most of our time.||||The hotel is in a calm and quiet spot and is south facing. Lovely views from the restaurant. And breakfast was filled with diverse, good quality products. Our son Liam loved the freshly cooked miniature pancakes, the grain grinder and the juicer machine!||||We loved the skiing at Crans too. Good lift system and some amazing views. There Pointe Morte black is a must-do, as are the FIS-standard pistes (you feel like Didier Cuche when you arrive at the bottom!). We also really appreciated the ride to the lift station in the hotel's VW Multivan...we felt like VIPs! The nearest bus stop is just a few minutes' walk away. Hotel has reduced price lift tickets on sale which is really helpful.||||The Chemin des Lanternes walk from opposite the Golf Club is a must-do after sunset. So simple with the lights, but really effective.||||We had a fantastic break. Thank you to all the Eldorado team!

We spent three fabulous days here as a stop on our group tour. Room was great with a comfortable bed and lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. Our breakfasts and dinners in the dining room had plenty of great food. Layout of the hotel is a bit quirky, but that just added to the charm. Good location with an easy walk to nearby attractions and services. Definitely one of our favorite hotels on our trip.

Great little hotel with very sympathetic staff and family. We booked very short termed and didn’t know what to expect, but were very positively surprised. It’s a simple 3 star hotel with yet very clean and modern bedrooms / bathrooms with a stunning view. Due to COVID all public restaurants were closed, but the hotel had every evening a good and very reasonably priced menu to our delight. Pets are welcome but understandably not in the breakfast or dining room. We will definitely stay there again when we‘re in the neighborhood

Stayed for a week over New Year and had interconnecting rooms for us and our two teenagers. Really friendly owners who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Spotless, cozy rooms with comfy beds and good bathrooms. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, as were evening drinks by the fire and the shuttle to the ski lifts in the morning. Location was great - a few minutes walk to both Crans and Montana for restaurants, shopping etc.

Fabulous Hotel. Staff are very friendly and put our luggage on the small elevator so we didn't have to carry it down. We have a lovely balcony in our room with an incredible view of the mountains. The food is excellent. For dinner we had spaghetti, chicken, fries, salad and a tart. Breakfast was great as well. It was a buffet. I had peanut butter toast, eggs, bacon, and orange juice. The hotel doesn't have air conditioning but didn't seem to be an issue on the lower floors.

Stayed for 13 nights and we were looked after fantastically well by the hosts. We were B&B which was comprehensive and nutritious, there really is something for all, we skipped lunch having being full from the breakfast. We ate out most evenings though we did have the hotel fondu with new potatoes one evening and a bottle of wine which compares on price favourably to local restaurants The room we had was lovely and what we asked for, the bedrooms soundproofing & external shutters / curtains are fantastic providing a dark room for sleep;and the heating definitely works, we turned it off every evening. The hosts take and collect for skiing if required although the bus stop is a 2 minute walk. The skiing in crans is good, not a huge resort, but what is fantastic is that its busiest day (Saturday) compares to a quiet french resort day. Queues were almost unknown to us during our stay. Credit to the hosts. Its a good hotel worthy of 3 stars, we loved it, and the towns of crans and montana are lovely.
