Ghastly hotel. Atmosphere of a morgue...rude and sulky staff. Everything is extra (after the fact!): even tried to charge extra for clean sheets! So depressing, sad and gloomy. No idea of customer service. As far as I could tell, very few gusets, unsurprisingly!

They told us to leave in the middle of the night, because 1 lady was complaining about people in the hotel being loud. Since we were young they (lady and receptionist) assumed we were the ones causing it. We tried to explain that it’s not the case, but they wouldn’t listen and called the cops on us instead. We had no choice but to leave, kinda racist.

Great location, 2 min from the main square of the city. Very good parking for this location, nice and clean rooms though for me a bit old fashioned and with high ceilings, which I personally don’t like. Floor heating in bathroom is very convenient, great WiFi, very cozy restaurant with good food choice. Hot chocolate available for bfast, though taste could be bit better. 1st floor rooms with windows looking to the street don’t have the best privacy feeling.

A gem! This is the best hotel experience we ever had. The staff is super qualified and helpful. The four star rating starts here, the professionalism is impeccable. Fast check in, great room ( all from size -( we are a family of four), the quality, extra though put in in all details for maximum comfort. Generosity of staff, we felt so welcome, and had a great time. We cannot wait to get back. They understand the assignment ⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed in the suite . The hotel is 5 mins walk from the centre in a quiet lane. We couldn’t find the entrance as google maps took us to the apartments , which is opposite. It took us some time to figure out the actual hotel reception. The room being a suite was spacious. The air condition worked well. The bed was very uncomfortable and was saggy and pits in the sides The pillows were small and very out of shape.The bathroom had no amenities. Not even a small bottle of water was provided. The hot water took forever to the point I just showered in cold water. The breakfast was some stale cold food with coffee from a self serve machine. I don’t understand the high reviews for this place other than the location.

Clean, near by city center and food street, quiet and good atmosphere

Great hotel just a few minutes walk from the center of Pecs. The staff is very friendly and spoke English very well. Breakfast is well done and was a very welcome way to start our days in Pecs. There is limited parking on the street, and if it is taken, there are spots available for use for hotel guests but you will need to pay a small fee for it. Be advised, the entrance to the hotel parking is narrow. We did not realize we could have stayed parked on the street for the weekend and parked our van in the hotel lot, receiving a couple scratches on the side in the process as it was night.|The room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Even though it was February, the room did get warm one night (we like sleeping in a cool room) and so we opened the window and were pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the area was. We previously tried to turn on the air conditioner and although the unit would turn on, the blower did not. The room thermostat showed 23 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 20. We did not raise this with the staff as the open window served our purpose and the fresh air was welcome. |Highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Pecs we would be glad to stay here again.

My go-to hotel when I visit Pécs. Everything was top tier, breakfast amazing. A pity that I stayed only one night.
