Absolutely loved our stay at Adelphi Apartments! The location is perfect, right by the river and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and historic attractions. The apartment is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of style and comfort. The apartment was spotless and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. This place is unbelievable. We stayed in apartment 2a and it was prefect for what we wanted. Beautifully appointed. Tea pots and matching tea cups, Fresh milk, different kinds of teas, coffees, chocolate biscuit, extra condiments that we have not seen in appartments before. Everything and more was provided for we didn’t have to ask for anything. Close enough to everything we did not have to take the car out at all. Very unique setup.

This is a fantastic place to stay. Walking distance to the Port, main street, river walk, cafes and pubs. Beautiful views watching bird life on the Campaspe River. Pool and BBQ area on site and carport parking. Very comfortable and well equipped rooms.

We absolutely loved our 4 day stay at Adelphi Apartments. From apartment 3a we overlooked the Campaspe River and enjoyed the view of the river gums and the sight and sounds of the extensive bird life and the fabulous sunsets through the trees. Even a loud kookaburra at 1.00am one night made us laugh too! LOL! Walking distance (5mins) to the Port of Echuca and to lots of great cafes and pubs. Apartment 3a was so well appointed from the king bed to the large ensuite with double shower to the kitchenette which had all you required including a coffee machine and plenty of pods. It was hot and the AC was super effective too. We hardly used our car which was safe in the garage provided. We shall return. 😊😊

Loved our 2 nights here! We stayed in Riverview Studio 3A overlooking the Campaspe River. The studio was exceptionally clean and beautifully appointed with everything we needed. The location was fantastic with river walk at the rear and the historic port, restaurants, hotels and shops at the doorstep. Perfect location for just being able to walk around all the key attractions. We didn’t have a booking, after making a spur of the moment visit but Margaret was lovely to deal with upon calling and made the whole process easy. We will definitely be back!

We had such a beautiful stay at Adelphi. Our room was so nice - I can't speak highly enough about how comfy the bed was! I has such good deep sleeps here! The view every morning was just gorgeous. And Jo was so lovely and easy to deal with. Will definitely stay here again when we go back to echuca!
