⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a tourist in Rome, I’ve learned that sometimes the best dining experiences aren’t found on the main streets but in hidden gems. ADESSO Osteria Moderna is one of those treasures! From the moment we stepped inside, Luigi welcomed us with open arms, even though his brother wasn’t around today. You could feel the warmth of their family hospitality in every smile and interaction, which truly set this place apart from many other Italian restaurants we’ve visited. We started with a cold cut cheese platter that was outstanding—definitely one of the best we’ve had in Italy! For our main courses, we enjoyed shrimp with black truffle pasta and a delicious beef steak, both expertly prepared. The staff who served our table was very kind and friendly, he also recommended the Contini Cannonau Inu Riserva red wine, which was a perfect match—full-bodied and well-balanced. To finish, we indulged in a rich coffee tiramisu, and they treated us to a Limoncello on the house. What a sweet ending to a fantastic evening! With so many restaurants in Rome boasting high ratings, it can feel overwhelming to choose where to eat. But if you’re reading this review, congratulations—you’ve just found a spot worth visiting! Just a heads up: be sure to book in advance, especially on a Friday night; the place was packed even at 10 PM! Thank you again, Luigi, for a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

This is without a doubt the best restaurant I have been to in Rome. I travel to Rome for business and usually spend a number of days a month there and try many restaurants. If you are a foodie, this is your place!! tThe chef has done an outstanding job with mixing flavors with all of the dishes!! The flavors are explosive and every dish was prepared with a great presentation as well. The burrata, beef carpaccio, pasta carbonara, truffle lasagna, panna cotta… I could go on and on everything was spectacular. The wine list is also outstanding and the service is top-notch!! Thank you to our waiter Paul for taking such great care of us!!

One of the best restaurants in Italy, from the many many we have tried - from Michelin-rated to street-food. It's absolutely mind blowing how balanced the meals are, with strong and memorable flavours. Highlights are the lasagna, tiramisu, and ricotta mousse - the best we've tried in Italy. We were served by Jazmin, who was outstanding. 5 stars because we can't give 6 :)

Since we enjoyed every single dish we tasted, I would rate this place as one of the best restaurants we’ve been to in Rome - and Rome offers excellent dining options at many different levels. The service was impeccable; we truly felt seen and listened to throughout the entire experience. Although it was January, we chose to sit outside, which was very pleasant, but the interior also looks inviting. For starters, we ordered the egg in the nest and the vitello tonnato - both beautifully executed and perfectly balanced in flavor. As main courses, we chose the lasagna and the duck in puff pastry. The lasagna was rich and silky, literally melting in the mouth, while the duck was tender, refined, and wonderfully complemented by its garnishes. Dessert was simply sublime: panna cotta and ricotta with caramelized nuts and crumble - a true explosion of textures and flavors. Even though the prices are slightly on the higher side, the experience is absolutely worth it.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The ambience is fantastic and the decor is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly polite and welcoming, making us feel right at home. As for the food, everything was outstanding. We ordered the burrata, the vegetable lasagna with truffle, and the Black Angus sirloin—each dish was spectacular and cooked to perfection. A special mention goes to Jazmín and Marium, whose exceptional service helped make our special evening even more memorable. Thank you for everything! We will definitely be back.

I enjoyed a delicious dinner here — perfectly cooked pasta, incredibly tender calamari, and a tiramisu that simply has no comparison. Every bite was pure perfection. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which made the whole evening feel even more special. The food was good, though a bit disappointing. We thought it would be better with all the positive reviews. The service was decent. The biggest advantage of this place is its beautiful interior, which reflects the character of the city we're in. That's why we chose Adesso for our birthday dinner. We probably won't be back, but it was worth it just for the atmosphere.
