This is without a doubt the best restaurant I have been to in Rome. I travel to Rome for business and usually spend a number of days a month there and try many restaurants. If you are a foodie, this is your place!! tThe chef has done an outstanding job with mixing flavors with all of the dishes!! The flavors are explosive and every dish was prepared with a great presentation as well. The burrata, beef carpaccio, pasta carbonara, truffle lasagna, panna cotta… I could go on and on everything was spectacular. The wine list is also outstanding and the service is top-notch!! Thank you to our waiter Paul for taking such great care of us!!

The food was good, though a bit disappointing. We thought it would be better with all the positive reviews. The service was decent. The biggest advantage of this place is its beautiful interior, which reflects the character of the city we're in. That's why we chose Adesso for our birthday dinner. We probably won't be back, but it was worth it just for the atmosphere.

I enjoyed a delicious dinner here — perfectly cooked pasta, incredibly tender calamari, and a tiramisu that simply has no comparison. Every bite was pure perfection. The staff was kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do, which made the whole evening feel even more special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a tourist in Rome, I’ve learned that sometimes the best dining experiences aren’t found on the main streets but in hidden gems. ADESSO Osteria Moderna is one of those treasures! From the moment we stepped inside, Luigi welcomed us with open arms, even though his brother wasn’t around today. You could feel the warmth of their family hospitality in every smile and interaction, which truly set this place apart from many other Italian restaurants we’ve visited. We started with a cold cut cheese platter that was outstanding—definitely one of the best we’ve had in Italy! For our main courses, we enjoyed shrimp with black truffle pasta and a delicious beef steak, both expertly prepared. The staff who served our table was very kind and friendly, he also recommended the Contini Cannonau Inu Riserva red wine, which was a perfect match—full-bodied and well-balanced. To finish, we indulged in a rich coffee tiramisu, and they treated us to a Limoncello on the house. What a sweet ending to a fantastic evening! With so many restaurants in Rome boasting high ratings, it can feel overwhelming to choose where to eat. But if you’re reading this review, congratulations—you’ve just found a spot worth visiting! Just a heads up: be sure to book in advance, especially on a Friday night; the place was packed even at 10 PM! Thank you again, Luigi, for a memorable dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!

After waiting at the door for a bit we got lucky and managed to get in without reservation on a Saturday night. The place was completely full yet never felt too busy or too loud, the atmosphere was perfect. We got a beautiful spot on the top floor overlooking the entire building. Here we also had dedicated staff for this part of the restaurant. Our waitress beautifully explained the dishes and gave some good wine recommendations. Food arrived quickly and was beyond delicious. The carpaccio had very interesting flavours and the Gnocchi was the best I’ve ever had. Masterclass in service right here, few places manage to stay this calm and organised on their busiest nights.

Overall, the location and atmosphere are truly inviting — a lovely setting that makes a strong first impression. Unfortunately, the service doesn’t yet match the potential of the place. The staff, while polite, seem a bit unprepared for the standard the venue aspires to. The food arrived quickly and was decent in flavor, but it felt reheated rather than freshly prepared, which took away from the experience. It’s a pleasant spot for a casual meal, but not one that particularly stands out at this stage.

Excellent place and atmosphere. The waiters were so helpful and patience with our non-Italian language. The food is soo good & tasted. Fresh pasta and delicious, and the wine selection is varied with reasonable prices.

We had our last dinner in Rome at Adesso and loved the food and Service! Originally we booked due to the cute & small nature of the location and were a little surprised to found they just moved into a bigger stablishment near Fontana Trevi which tends to get a little loud once it fills up. The food was amazing though and Jacobo and his advise on wine & drinks was amazing! Great food - great staff - we can highly recommend.
