Adhisthana Hotel

The first time trying this hotel — they do have a cute design with an iconic, lovely pool. But one thing that was honestly shocking and hard to believe was how tiny the bathroom is. Maybe I booked the cheapest room, I’m not sure, but I paid 500k+ for a closet-sized bathroom. I don’t know what the owner was thinking when they built this 😞 It’s literally closet-sized. To give you an idea: the shower is about 30 cm from the wall, the curtain hangs maybe 1 cm from the shower head, and the toilet is basically underneath it. So I ended up showering with my feet in the toilet area and my whole body touching the curtain. Look at the picture — it’s honestly so weird and ridiculous

We stayed here for two weeks, and really enjoyed our time before and after many busy days (for breakfast or an evening beer by the pool). The staff was very lovely and warm. Great place. I would recommend they offer baby cots for guests with kids :)

Stayed here for just one night, and it made me realize I should’ve booked more! The location is perfect for tourists like me — with a charming classic interior and an amazing pool. Definitely coming back next time I’m in Yogyakarta!

We stayed at this hotel for four nights and did tours to the temples and also the Dieng Plateau from there. The hotel was beautiful and the staff really friendly. We were happy with the room service, pool, breakfast and also the restaurant that they run. I would definitely recommend staying there!

Rooms upgraded to suite!! and just beside the pool- spacious and quiet - perfect for relaxation and chillin’ on this side of Yogyakarta. A walk away from restaurants and bars that offer good food, touristy vibe and pleasant experience! Friendly staff too! Would stay back here!

Compact and cosy hotel. the lobby was beautifully designed and exudes the welcoming feel for guests. the room was small but cosy and quiet enough to have a good rest at night. the downside is superior rooms have no hairdryers, so you will need to request from the reception. Location was great, the hotel was near to many eateries, massage and coffee.

strategically located in the heart of the Prawirotaman area, it is easily accessible to various tourist attractions and dining options in Yogyakarta. The hotel's design and interior are also homey and unique.

Amazing hotel and value for money! The hotel is beautiful and the staff is really accomodating! The hotel has a really nice pool and can help arrange tours to the borobodur and prambanan if you would like!! The bed is very comfy!
