Great Budget friendly Hotel , about 10 minutes walk from the Atimpoku Roundabout and a min walk from the Atimpoku -Akosombo road. The manager is attentive, and online booking works well.- they'll actually send an email. The staff are also friendly and attentive to customers. They also have a Generator in case the lights go off. Right on the banks Volta lake.

The price of the resort is so valuable and nice because you can stay there for a private room for 400 cedis about and go to a dormitory for about 100 cedis. It is very good and you have a lot of activities to do there.

I'm giving my honest review after spending 3 nights in this riverfront hotel. However, my experience may be just bad timing and yours maybe different. We arrived shortly before 2 pm but had access to our room after 2hours cos the care taker had not finished tidying up the room. Our request for a meal too was another long delay. But the food was very nice - ate vegetable rice 🍚 with tilapia and some fruits. This cooled me off after the long delay. 😆 😂 Breakfast was hardly served on time. But a big compliment to our Sweet waitress called Belinda. She was such a kind, respectful and cool lady to us. God richly bless her. Our biggest challenge was the lack of strict instruction and adherence to a NO SMOKING 🚬🚭 policy. We hardly enjoyed anytime out in the garden to enjoy the cool breeze of the river. I actually wanted to find another place but wasn't fortunate enough to get a room. I sincerely hope things change for the better

Beautiful place , Nice environment to connect with Nature, view of the lake was actually amazing . Spent a couple of days there and Nature was just stunning. The rooms though seemed quite old but understable as i saw some new constructions going on. Canoe ride was also a big if you wana experience some adrenaline

I was truly impressed with the accommodations at this place. The rooms were simple, yet cozy and well-equipped with all the essentials. The food was absolutely delightful, especially the perfectly grilled chicken. Moreover, the breakfast was exceptional. Throughout our stay, Lizbeth, the waitress, provided excellent service. The property had a tranquil ambiance, offering stunning views of the mountains and the lake. In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, but to have a similar experience, I'd recommend budgeting at least 1000 cedis for a night's stay.

I’m a nature addict and I loved the scene of Water and Nature. Sitting by the river was very therapeutic and relaxing. It’s a must visit for anyone who wants some time off to relax and reflect. Not forgetting their amazing staff and food.

I booked the chalet which was comfortable, I can’t speak for the other rooms. The food was good on the local menu but a hit or miss on the continental. The scenery was amazing especially with the room I was in. I woke up to a breathtaking lake view which was splendid. The manager was great and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my stay. Staff were friendly and service was also good. Only major downside is the place lacking some revamping which it could definitely use. I would have given it a 3.5 star review in all fairness but a 4 star review is merited because of the manager.

The small garden, located directly on the Volta River, is a small oasis. |Eating there requires a lot of patience as you have to wait a long time for breakfast, lunch or dinner. ||The worst thing, however, was the room. |You can only advise against spending the night there! |The condition of the room was catastrophic. The sofa upholstery is broken, the bed linen has big holes, the TV screen was only half functional, the bathroom was completely shattered, lamps had to be organized, because only one little lamp was shining in that room. And the AC blowed right on the bed. |A renovation would be urgently needed here if one wants to continue to welcome tourists.
