WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! (Videos evidences.)
Very disappointed with how adidas employees treated me, today at the employee store in the Montgomery building.
I was offered, a Christmas gift card and pass by one of my client. The pass expire on New Year’s Eve, so I asked for and other way to get in the store and shop. She was able to put on the guest list and she sent me a screenshot of the QR code, and I drove to the ES.
Up on arrival I was welcome with prejudice, but I didn’t care because I had a kind day at work and I just wanted to get some trainers and sweatpants.
So, I first walked in and talked to the front desk ladies, and she said I need the app not the screenshot of a QR code and reservation details. So I walk out to text their employee who has been with the company for 20+years, I told her they weren’t allow me in with screenshots and she needed to put me on the guys list or sent an “Email.” She told she was coming since she live close by across the bridge. but since I wanted to solve it and save her time and a trip.
Since there was no line, I walked back in to see if there was a different way I could get in (email, call, download app etc..)
They notice that I a MAC employee and said that as a MAC employee I can also get the pass by email in our MAC app, or “email them.” By the time I asked the 4th question, she asked to step outside because there was a line, which I found VERY DISRESPECTFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE because I was there first and was ask legitimate questions. I asked for her name and she say No, so I decided to record them so I know who to complain about to the supervisor or manager.
So I stepped outside to wait for their employee who gifted me the card. At the time they told to a manager but the manager didn’t come out and take my side of story. While i’m standing outside wait they decided to call security on me, but since I knew their employee was coming I stood outside waiting while they were talking to the security and the other manager. They both told security to escort me outside the Montgomery building, I had a few words with the security guy and told him I was waiting for an employee to come and get me in. I told him It’s not an adidas building and I was outside the adidas store waiting, I would need the building manager to ask me to leave. I asked him if I was not leaving was I going to be arrested and he could not answer me . He left, when the employee of 20 plus years shows app, they try to fabricate a story that didn’t make sense. Saying that I didn’t provide the right credentials, coming from the two supervisors that I didn’t have any interaction with but since they want to support their own. They made up a no credentials was shown, and even with their employees there with all her passes, and work badges they still didn’t let us in. That was even more embarrassing for her, I just which a company this big should know and do better against discrimination.
