It was a nice store, with good selections, but they have more selections in men. The lady who assist me was really friendly and super accommodating, i didn't have a chance to get her name 😞, the guy in the cashier was ok he was not that friendly even tho it's not that busy, he didn't allow me to use my jp adidas account to get points i dont know if im a foreigner or what, but in other store if you have membership they will accommodate you. But other than that the store was nice and ok.

Maruto was fantastic! I had to get someone’s attention first, even though I was completely fixated on the shoes. Maruto was already busy, yet his colleague still handed me off to him (-1 ⭐ cause the store wasn't busy at all, so his colleagues could have shared the workload and expedited customer requests...). Despite that, Maruto managed to have me try on 3 pairs—one of which I absolutely loved but wasn’t sure I’d have the confidence to wear. Once I put them on, I was sold! Thank you Maruto! Now I need to figure out the tax free bit... Edit: I'm revising my review and deducting 3 stars because the tax-free process wasn’t handled properly through the app by the girl at the till- she chose not to. The staff member at the counter took my passport and checked everything, but instead of completing the process online—which would have taken just two minutes—she chose not to. I ended up doing it online myself, but now I have to visit a specific tax refund counter before it closes to show my goods, even though I’m on the other side of Tokyo (check screenshot of pie vat app discussion). This lack of customer focus is costing me both time and money.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude for helping me acquire the shoes I desired. Upon visiting your store and inquiring about the model I wanted, I discovered it was only available online. Given my limited time in Japan, I nearly gave up hope. However, one of your store employees, a charming girl with short hair, kindly assisted me in obtaining them. She placed the order for the shoes, allowing me to pick them up at the store. If the management of this store happens to read this, please convey my warm regards and sincere appreciation. I truly value your assistance.

Fantastic service by Takeda. He greeted me as soon as I entered the store. I came in looking for the Adizero Evo SL & thankfully I managed to secure the last piece. Takeda served me enthusiastically & was also patient in answering my questions. Thank you so much for making my shopping experience a memorable one!

Nice store with sneaker service shop at basement. Although service time is average 1-2 weeks. They have specific Japan edition clothes, bags, shoes too. Trails & hiking shoes, accessories are available with wide range of variety. Environmental pollution facts are written on the walls of the streets which are really interesting. Staff is helpful!

Got these pair of shoes 😍😍 Super😍 The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. They can also communicate well in English 🥰 thank you so much . I highly recommend this store .

We were very upset with the staff who worked the customization area, on second floor. We asked some questions about how to customize a shirt. This young man was VERY rude to us, he did not want to help us at all, he had an annoyed face and did not want to speak to us. If he hated his job so much he should not be working here. I have never met anyone at a store who can be any ruder. We finally left without purchasing anything. I am not sure if he was rude to us because we are tourists or not, but Adidas should not hire anyone like that to represent them.

If you're an American coming here, please keep in mind that all their sixes run really small and that you may not have some of your favorites in stock in your size. All around the service was great. Everyone was a big help!
