Adidas is located right next to Nike and Macys on the lower level. They have a large selection of shoes, slides. Sportswear is a bit limited. And their inventory definitely seems to be sold out frequently.

Selection was good enough and staff were helpful. However, I was surprised that color options in stock were so limited, but it’s easy enough to order what you want online if you find a pair you like.

Amazing atmosphere!! Dana was a great help. Got us everything we needed and made sure all of our questions were answered. She knew it all!! This store looks out for military as well. Treated this veteran right!!

Was looking for the white sambas in size womens 7 had called two times before going in store to check if the were available and if they still had a few pairs and the guy answered yes one of this calls was at 6:20pm got there at 6:35 and they said they didn't had the size it was a bit frustrating but understood giving its very popular probably sold right before I got there, ended up getting in the black which I was pleased. The cashier Kasheiry (not sure if its spelled correctly) was very nice with my father in law giving the military discount even tho he had issues setting up the account to get the discount itself.

Another brief walk through before the mall closes. The store is nice.

Small store but has athletic clothing and shoes. Don't expect to find some of the fashionable clothing and collection shoes you'll find online. Really appreciate the pick-up option for this store

Returned a pair of shoes. Had to call way to many calls to get my money/credit back.

As a sneaker head myself I do miss coming to the adidas store and being able to shop the new/seasonal items. Once we found out that there was an adidas store in the Lenox mall we knew we had to go. I winded up picking up two pairs of sneakers which are perfect for summer time as well as a small tote bag. Staff is great and they know the items like the back of their hands. I was very pleased to find some new items for the summer time and beyond. Each of the items I found were on sale, so I guess you could say I did some bargain shopping! Very pleased with this store. We'll definitely be back!

I walked with my two granddaughters in and there were 3 workers, and yet nobody greeted us. We looked at the shoes for a couple of minutes and they didn't offer to help at all. So we walked out and they still didn't say a word. Although they were having multiple conversations with each other.. Weird. Huh.?

Germs are valid. But train your employees to not make a fuss over it. No need in making a show out of using a can of Lysol as soon as the client turns their back. Be client centric in your actions. You're not on stage with a can of Lysol.

I am disappointed in the service I have received from Adidas at Lenox Mall and Adidas corporate. I bought my shoes on line and had them shipped to the Lenox Mall, but the Lenox Mall location has misplaced my shoes, and I have been told that it will take 7-10 business days to investigate. If the shoes are found, I will need to return to the mall to collect them, which will add an additional hour to my journey. There seems to be no care or concern about my lost merchandise from either corporate or the store location . As a result, my husband is yet to receive his Father's Day gift. We have no shoes, no refund or compensation for the inconvenience!!

This is my favorite Adidas store the staff here are really friendly and patient especially the managers they will take the time with you despite their busy schedule. Today they have a designer from the corporate and this guy is a true artist he is customizing anything you have with the label Adidas on it. Hey guys he's only here for today then he's onto the next city Houston. Come get your new apparel and then get it customize! I can't wait to see what he's going to do to my new sneakers!

Not the biggest sportswear store in Lenox Mall when compared to Nike next door to it but it still got a lot shop for. I would say it's pretty new maybe in the last couple of months around the COVID timing. I have been here a couple of times and got something clothing for my girlfriend but not for me, doesn't seem like they have sales yet but I am sure they will. Today, they were giving out a free keychain with price which is pretty cool.

love love love this location and thanks to the adidas app i am able to have an unique experience. especially when they have a rewards program that motivates me with a competitive attitude towards moving up in the different levels for more goodies.

I wish I could give negative stars. Adidas is a German company, but you would never know it at this location. If you're ever in the mood to have employees treat you as if you are bothering them when all you're trying to do is give a business your money, the Adidas Store at Lenox Square in Atlanta, GA is the place for you!

I came here to exchange some stuff that i had ordered online. Staff doesn't greet you nor pleasant. I am the one who is smiling and greeting the person and he still doesn't have a smile on his face. I will give them the benefit of doubt, maybe they are having a bad day.

This is an Adidas Originals store to be specific - which means more "fashionable" and old-school style Adidas clothing and shoes. They offer high tops, tennis shoes, jerseys, shirts, jackets - classic Adidas wear that has been updated a bit. They offer some stuff that is pretty expensive (probably because it's limited edition), but they have plenty of stuff that is reasonably priced as well (I got a new pair of Stan Smiths for $70). Regarding the aforementioned shoes, I went by here and saw them but didn't really give them too close a look. I went to look at them more online in order to decide if I wanted them, but since they were brand new I couldn't find anything on them - anywhere (even on the adidas site). So I called the store and told them my situation and they looked for them online as well and were unsuccessful. So they took some photos of the shoes and emailed them to me. That is great customer service. I decided I liked them and went back to pick 'em up. The store itself has a bit of a "boutique-y" feel to it. I always feel a little uncomfortable shopping in those types of stores and assume they are priced way over my head, but this one was pretty decent. I concur with Chris M. about its great location as well. Check it out. 4

I have an unhealthy addiction to Adidas products dating back to my first t-shirt and track jacket when I was five. There are probably pictures of me floating around somewhere from my youth sports days with me rocking my Adidas sweatbands. You know the kids in their matching tracksuits in The Royal Tanenbaums? That was me...only taller. Now I tend to try and budget my Adidas purchases and limit them to shoes and the occasional international football (soccer) jersey. That's why I still haven't bought anything from this store. I window shop only, since the items here are the fashion side of the Adidas brand and a bit pricey. However, if you want some limited edition shoes or the newest and best jackets and shirts this is the place for you.

I haven't been in a few months, but I love this place. You'll find stuff in here that's not on the website, plus some stuff with local flavor. In a nice part of the mall (above the food court) where you can just park in the back and not have to deal with any of the other mall crap. They always have some cool stuff on sale if you're hurting in the wallet.

Sherry should NOT be a manager of anything - let alone the Adidas store. Poor customer service skills combined with a negative attitude is the perfect recipe for disaster - and Sherry exemplifies that disaster perfectly. Hopefully she will NOT last long as a manager here!

One star is too generous. This was the worst Adidas shopping experience. To start, the employees are not very friendly and do not offer to help. They just stand around talking trash about other customers, big turn off. My second issue was the music. First of all, it was too loud for a store that small. Second, I was not pleased with versions of the music that was playing. A family oriented store in a supposed "upscale" mall should not blast music with vulgar language, such as n****, s***, and f***, just to name a few. There were children present and I was personally offended. I plan to write their corporate office to complain. If I could have found the shoes I wanted in another store, they would not have taken my money today.

Worst adidas store in history! They have nothing. The store is the size of my closet. I don't understand why they even put this store in this mall with barely anything to sell.

Came in there yesterday, I was told only 4people were working, and they still did a good job.

Thanks to Jodi who helped my mother pick out the best shoes for her hurting feet. She loves them and wears them all the time. Thank you for all your help. We really appreciate it!

Yesterday I received so much help from the staff at Adidas. They were very nice and courteous!! Especially Deonte Givens. He really helped me with my entire outfit and gave great suggestions. So if you are at Lenox please see Deonte. Very nice and sweet young man. Keep up the good work and continue to give great customer service. Great customer service goes a long way.

This is the more old school store on the 1st floor. The other store is on the 2nd floor where Puma used to be. It's more up to date.

I bought a pair of Ultra Boost sneakers for my son on February 4. Within one week they had two holes. On February 12 we tried to exchange them at the same store we bought them, Adidas at Lenox mall. They refused to do an exchange as the shoes had been worn. Obviously the shoes were poor quality. Sneakers are meant to be actively used and worn and should not have holes in 1 week. We only wanted an exchange and both managers would not approve.

JuJu and Akeem were both awesome! JuJu helped me with all my lady needs and Akeem helped my guy with all his needs. Best customer service I had all day! Will definitely be back! I recommend this store to all. Stocked on all the latest and great customer service!

Kudos to the manager here! The staff is always welcoming and helpful! They always greet you and make eye contact. Staff will check to see if any other sizes are available and give suggestions on where you can find the product if it's not in stock.
