adidas Store Houston

I really love coming to this store. Today I went in to purchase the Adizero Evo SL shoe. The store was clean, well stocked, organized and modern as it has always been on past visits. They have a great selection of Soccer kits from around the world. I was immediately greeted upon arrival and helped to find my shoes that fit in a prompt manner. Ezekiel and Nya were two that I remembered by name but I was also helped by two other gentleman and they were all equally helpful and courteous. You honestly don’t find service like this much anymore. Thank you adidas, you have a happy customer!

Great experience. Found a deal on something I was looking for, had friendly service, and no complaints. It’s not a massive outlet store with tons of clothes, but there are a few fun select things to go through while shopping here.

Ordered from the Adidas App and the item shows available in store , i went to the store to pick up , the manager won't release the item and he was really rude and asking do know the system more than me :)

Hi, my name is Peyman and I’m an Adidas addict lol It started off by buying one T-shirt years ago, after that I couldn’t stop. Every event (birthday, Christmas, etc.) in my life, I ask for adidas product as gift. My closet is 90% adidas and 10% work clothes. My addiction is getting worse. Y’all please pray for me lol All jokes aside I love adidas and can’t have enough of their products. Every single product I’ve purchased, worth every single penny that I paid for them. This location is very nice and clean and staff are always there to help you. Every time I go there I don’t want to leave empty handed.

The worst service ever. I ordered two pairs of sneakers online, picked them up at this store, decided to return them, and that's when the hassle with the return started. The seller invented numerous reasons not to accept the return, even though the shoes were absolutely new and within the return policy. I strongly do not recommend. Terrible service.

An amazing store quite spacious. Good staff highly recommended helpful on the floor. This is the year of adidas and this staff definitely understands that.

Blown away by how helpful a male employee with blond hair and a beard was in this store. I asked him so many questions and advice and he gave me recommendations, told me about sizes and other stores. Incredible service. Highly recommend

Came here on a Monday, may 6th, customer service was terrible. There was an employee that just gave my family and I the nastiest attitude, he was rude for no reason and he kept looking at us as if we were going to steal or something. I asked him questions about two different shoes but he seemed to have no knowledge on them. He kept saying I don't know and just gave me the stankiest face. He was in a red hoodie and he was African American, I didn't catch his name but I just wanted to leave this up here because he shouldn't be working in a retail store with an attitude like that.

This shop is awesome. Jamal helped me find the right shoe for me, he was knowledgeable and proactive. Appreciate the help J, took the adizero's out for a 5k run this morning and loved them.

My boyfriend and I had a very good experience at this location. We came back with a friend to buy more stuff. I now have matching backpacks with my boyfriend! Tip: sign up for their newsletter to get 15% off Suggestion: They should give 15% student discount just like their website. If you sign up for Unidays online you get 15% online + free shipping. I used up both of my emails already signing up for their newsletter promo. It would be great if this store gave student discount.

This is definitely my favorite Adidas store! This location is very clean and all of the employees have been very helpful. My girlfriend and I tried on multiple shoes in multiple size and they were very attentive and friendly the whole time! The store is also very large, which is a big plus. I've also had to make a return at this location and it was done with no hassle at all. Even if I don't need any shoes, I always tend to head into the store just to see what's new. I recommend everyone to go to this location if you need anything Adidas related!

Always stop in here when shopping at the Galleria. Employees are helpful & the store is clean and bright.

came in to get the alpha bounce in black and grey. it was $110, but i had literally bought the same pair at a foot locker (in the wrong size, accidentally) 2 days before for $80. I told the cashier and he gave me some BS about how these just came out today and thats impossible. So I just went to the foot locker in the same mall and got literally the same shoes for $80. I get that different stores price things differently, but don't be shady about it and insult my intelligence by giving me some BS. I would expect this from someone selling stuff on the street, not the Adidas store. Totally unprofessional. Last time I ever go to an Adidas store, because I dont like getting ripped off.

If felt like now one worked here. Took 15 minute to get a size after I chases someone down to get them. People working here in lanyards just aimlessly walk around. Asked three other customers for help bc everyone is in adidas. Everyone working was very nice, but hard to tell if they worked here. No one sot out any costumers for a sale. Weird energy. Left like I could take what I wanted

Very great atmosphere for a store. Been to countless adidas stores and this one is very accomadating to whatever you're looking for. Selection isn't as big as other stores, but that is not a major issue.

I thought this was going to be a great Adidas Store but they did not have the best selection. The shoes that I found online are not even in the stores. I have been going to check the store to window shop for the past 4 or more years and not once did I find anything interesting. The other Shoe stores have just as much of a selection and better sales. You guys need to improve on your selection of shoes, because you guys are behind. I like Adidas and I bought some Adidas shoes recently. But I did not buy it here because they didn't have the shoes I was looking for. Please provide a more up to date selection of shoes please.

Staff isn't friendly and NEVER picks up the phone. No one offered me help during my last visit. I love Adidas, but the employees that run this store do a shit job.

Okay, lets start off with saying that this store has a pretty good selection! However I may also add that their staff to be honest seems to be a bit clueless. If you were to ask each staff member the same question they would all answer differently.. One of the staff members was even pretty rude to me when I was trying to make a return.. If I could rate the store itself, it would no doubt be at least 4 stars.. But seriously, hire some new staff members..
