adidas Store Los Angeles, Century City Westfield

Only visit this store if you know your shoe size and/or are going for a pick up. Because if you ask for shoe sizes, you best believe you’ll be made to wait, sometimes with no update and be talked to very rudely. I had this experience twice. I’m better off buying online because there I can atleast exchange sizes if it doesn’t fit and would even prefer going to the other stores in LA.

When I asked the worker for a specific pair of shoes, he just stood there doing nothing for 10 minutes. Then I had to remind him again to bring the shoes and he still didn't. He said he would get someone to bring the shoes for me. It took the person 20 minutes to bring the shoes and I told the guy if he could get them quicker. When I finally got them, behind my back the worker was making fun of me. Not professional at all.

This store is a joke. Just shop online. They always make up stuff that the vouchers you get from the Adidas app and adidas membership do not work for things when they actually do. Don’t give them your business you will pay more for items you can get online and actually use the vouchers you earn.

It’s a bit refreshing to not have people down your throat the moment you walk in. But I’m convinced this massive company will save on payroll by hiring younger adults who will only help if you ask. Store size is massive and they have most of the items you’d want.

Was asking sale person Tyler how much are flip flops and if they have my size, price tag are missing on all flip flops , he said yes, the have 10 and 12 size , I said good let me try both , I took a seat and was waiting, he can see me and I can see him , he was talked with other customers , after 10-15 min I asked what happened? He said someone gonna bring it , and I noticed he first time asked about it on walky talky , after another 5 minutes I step towards him and asked what’s going on, he was looking at me with questions in his eyes, I said what happened with flip flops and he said they can’t find them, so I asked him why he is not telling me that , he said like nothing sorry this person mind flying somewhere else , but not current real situation

Excellent selection and awesome customer service! The guy behind the counter waited patiently as I called my bank to allow the purchase. This store really has great vibes.

Huge store with great selection of apparel, footwear, and accessories. The staff here are friendly and genuinely eager to help. What stands out most is the variety. The store carries all the iconic Adidas lines, from Originals to Performance gear, and often features limited-edition items you won't find elsewhere. It's well-organized and easy to navigate.

I ordered a pair of women's og sambas in cream color w/black shoe laces online. When my shoes arrived the size was too big. I realized I ordered the wrong size lol I was deciding to either return the shoe by mail or go to a location that carries more selections. I decided to go to Century City Westfield. Entered the store and right away I was greeted w/a hello and how can I help you. I ask if they carry this OG Sambas in cream and he mention no they are only online. I was bummed. Oh well. I decided to go ahead and just returned them but out of a distance I saw a pair of Japan Sambas. I said to myself I gotta have. Damm I should have just went straight to the cashier and return the shoes lol again. So I ask to try several sizes and the young man brought all the sizes out. He was very helpful. I ask if it looks good and of course he said yes. Lol. I ask my husband for his opinion as well and he said Yes looks nice on you Then the decision whether to pay the difference Paid the extra $21.00. The transaction went well no drama, Customer Service was excellent and the store was well kept.Would I go back to this locations, definitely. Happy me Happy Feet.

I've popped in every now and then when I'm looking for something. It's not a store that I would just walk around, usually when I'm there for a purchase. There's always someone there to greet you when you walk in as in my experience. Staff tend to be right where shoes are which is centers of the store. The shoe selection is great. Clothing is a hit or miss as there's not much to choose from. Or just not available. The staff are friendly and sweet. Always had a nice experience each visit.

I came all the way from Glendale to Century City, calling in for the new AE 1 Lows "The Year of the Snake", all thanks to a phone call and the help of Sophia, I was set with my favorite Basketball shoes! Great Customer Service, Amazing store, and I for sure got my value in these new kicks! Thank you Sophia and Adidas Team. 5 Stars!

This brain teaser is for all the employees who will go through their one week training at Adidas..... If a customer comes in and is solely intent on buying shoes and puts their personal items down on a table to look at them what do you do? 1. Kindly ask the customer to not put your personal items there and to move it some place else? 2. Take the customer's items and give them the heads up and tell them they will be moving it some place else? 3. Take personal belongings of customer and move it without their permission and while not letting them know where and why you moved it? If you answered #3.. Congratulations!!!! You were the employee who did exactly this to me today! However, this is the wrong answer. Please see management to get properly retrained and certified before you can hit the floor again.. Sincerely I'll buy online or anywhere but here...

I get the sense that the workers here think they're so cool and they probably boast to their friends that they "work in fashion" wow. Horrible service they will ignore you while chitchatting and laughing so loud like they're at some party. When I asked a few questions about what they had, expect a Zara response "look for it yourself over there" basically don't bother me, I'd rather gossip with my coworkers. Got it. Just purchase online and return everything just to avoid dealing with this bunch. Who has better service than them? LADWP workers, librarians, janitors, you get the picture. I swear, these workers think they're at some club.

Stupid, stupid stupid, I hate these types of people. Please don't please I am begging you just add some Tennis stuff, and better fabric shorts like you used to have. You know I'm being so serious, you all need better Tennis stuff. The store was massive, you know what else is massive. The low taper fade meme! OK that's all I have to say just please add some more tennis shorts with pockets and better fabric.

This review is particularly for the greeter with long blonde hair. I entered the store after participating in a Les Mills event (partnered with adidas). They had announced that there was a special raffle contest in the adidas store for participants since the event was a paid ticket. First of all, the greeter failed to greet me. Girl you have one job and you couldn't even do that. C'mon. So I greeted her...nbd. She was so rude with no smile, she was dead inside. I asked her about the event raffle she looked so annoyed. Her response, "you have to buy something." Okay great, thanks very informative. Way to close that one. I didn't have it in me to deal with rude, poorly trained customer service that day so I thanked her and left. Hint: Don't work in customer service if you don't want to talk to customers? Ask to stock inventory instead.

ABSOLUTELY OUT OF THIS WORLD FOR SERVICE, John the manager is the epitome of how to run a store and going above and beyond for his customers! I'll be returning! THANKS JOHN & ADIDAS

This store is notorious for ignoring phone calls. It's unreal. Their customer service online can't help and neither is anyone in the store helpful.

I've come before and the staff seems like they do not care to help, I asked if they had a shoe in my size & they said nope and kept it pushing. But Monday, that changed!! To the tall gentleman with reddish/brown hair who helped me out Monday evening before closing, thanks for your kind service!! I was looking for Black Sambas and he advised I should go a size smaller even though my regular size fit fine.. he was so right the shoes fit perfect sizing down a bit! We went back a few minutes later & my bf was able to get his pair too with the help of the same gentleman. Thank you again, & sorry I didn't get your name.

Amazing store with great customer service and diverse selection of shoes, outfits, designer collections, kids section, sports equipments etc. Dorian was an excellent team member. Super knowledgeable, caring for kids, and helpful! The best Adidas store in LA! Always go there to check the inventory in person! I highly recommend visiting this store to get an extraordinary customer service and unique shoes/outfits!

I purchased a pair of sneakers that cut the back of my foot after wearing it just once and the store refused to return the shoes. They referred me to customer service who is offering me a gift card instead of a full refund. Mind you I still have a scab on my foot. Don't purchase from the Adidas store. Not worth it.

Worst experience customer service wise. I bought the ultraboost 1.0 online (black/white) but decided for a different color, I went to the store Westfield on Culver City and they were unable to do an even exchange because they didn't have the color I wanted (all black) they told me they had it at the store in century city. I should mention I had gotten a 10% discount online but at the store one specific employee (couldn't get his name but tall, a bit chubby and curly medium length hair) said they wouldn't honor the discount because it was a different shoe I said, it's the same exact shoe just different color and if you check all the colors are the same price, but he insisted, he actually stopped helping another customer so he could move his head side to side along with his finger saying "honey it's a different shoe so you will have to pay the difference" Now I didn't have a problem paying the difference if he would have given me a valid excuse, but the way he reacted and spoke to me in a demeaned way was just unacceptable. Won't be shopping here again, didn't appreciate the way he spoke to me feeling superior in front of his coworkers and other customers. Ps: I also got a display shoe, meaning it was tried in only God knows how many times! Oh but he failed to acknowledge that... terrible customer service.

Valerie made an impossible situation possible with her exceptional customer service. Not only did she find all items I needed for my purchase, she found a solutions to most my clothing problems. She kept her demeanor professional and sweet while I know I'm not the nicest customer at times. Definitely will be shopping here again because of her hard work.

This Adidas store is extremely lacking. I've been here multiple times now and it's extremely difficult to get help. You have to go out of your way to get someone to help you try on a shoe. Additionally, I've made in-store order pickups, and it took forever for the order to be ready. Coming here feels more like a high end fashion store where the service doesn't really care about you.

Went here to return a few items I purchased online. The store was very well organized and neat. The cashier helped me process the returns quickly. Will definitely be back.

I mean, I love love love adidas and have never been to this location until now. This location had all the good stuff! I've been to other stores and nothing even caught my eye. I'm here, everything caught my eye. It's big and clean and everything was so organized and well placed. I cannot wait to bring my husband back on here so we can get our Adidas apparel on point. COVID-19 - there wasn't any social distance practices here but the store was empty when we went in. They did have a small bottle of hand sanitizer at the entrance/ exit. I didn't see them sanitize after we left but again, there was no one there. Although, they could've prepared for the next customer seeing as my friend used her debit card for the purchase. Any-who, I'm going back sooner than later because the items in this store needs to be in my closet.

Great customer at this location, greeted promptly. Warm and vibrant inside. Solid selection of kicks, and merch, lots of cool stuff on sale. Had some great sneakers talk with the GM Julian. Good job!

I'd advise against visiting this place if you appreciate honesty and kindness. Unfortunately, during my recent visit, I had some unsettling experiences. One of the managers misled me about parking validation, and another manager's behavior was shockingly rude and unkind, which doesn't suit someone in a position of power. I was told that the latter manager's behavior was due to the early store opening, but I believe that's not a valid excuse for such unprofessionalism. I really hope the district manager holds herself and her team accountable for their actions. Sadly, my birthday celebration at this location ended in tears due to these unpleasant encounters with the manager and district manager. Because of this, I've decided not to be a customer of this brand anymore and won't spend my money at any of their locations. Please take care of your sanity and finances by considering other options.

I came to Adidas century city mall and was helped by Martha who went above and beyond to help me with a complicated return. I can't speak highly enough of her and her efforts to help me. She definitely deserves a promotion at this company.

I needed a pair of shoes, and it said online the item was available for same day in-store pickup at this location. I selected in-store pickup, made the purchase, went to the store, and they said they had the shoe in stock, but couldn't fill the order. They suggested I buy the shoe in store (again), and cancel the original order online. I bought the shoes, got online, and was told I could not get a refund for the purchase I made online. So now I paid for two pairs of shoes and only have one pair. The store is blaming the website, and the website representative is blaming the store.

I was over there last Thursday, I wanted to buy a few staff but unfortunately couldn't find anything because of the low number of items for men. they only have 2 workers at the shop when I was there and they were busy with other clients... I don't think I'll visit or buy at this store again ... not worth the time of driving over there especially... walk-in only if you are in the area...

I went here looking for a Y3 hoodie and ultra boosts. Tons of staff, but they were all busy talking to each other. No one bothered to ask me anything or if I needed help. It wasn't just me. I saw a couple of other people hounding staff for assistance. Others just left and so did I. Not worth the visit despite them having items not available at other branches. Definitely not the most welcoming Adidas branch and by far the worst customer service at this mall.

The employees at this store are so rude and do not care about customers at all. I've been there multiple times with the same result. Rude comments, unhelpful and no compassion.

This is my go-to adidas store in LA...located on the 2nd level near Nordstrom. They have lots of good drops here, and the staff is friendly. Masks must be worn upon entering, and socially distant. The store is pretty big, and has lots of good adidas items instore. I think its the best adidas store in LA. Check hours of operation prior to going. You can book an appointment session on the adidas app to avoid the lines.

This adidas store is so under appreciated! In the middle of the century city mall, lives a huge adidas store. I went in to see the ivy park release, and there were still merch!! they also have great display windows of Beyoncé which made the experience even better! May not be getting a tour this year but she is still finding ways to take my money.

Purchased a new pair of shoes. Put them in the closet and six months later when I needed them I pulled them out. I wore them about a month and they just started falling apart. Apparently the glue used to assemble them had evaporated. Of course it has been six months and there is no one to call or return them too. Just will never buy Adidas again

Outstanding and helpful staff! Beautiful store with so much variety! I bought sneaks, dresses, and some soccer trainers. Will leave a more in depth review soon, just happy to get this adidas location added to yelp. Jack in shoes and Martha the manager are real superstars.

The customer service here is just top-notch trash. It's a dumpster fire. I got treated better at DrMartens, Asics and Nordstrom. I was ready to purchase a pair of sneakers and few pieces of clothing. After my experience, I went to Asics where they did not ignore me. Nor did the other places. I visited the afternoon of Sunday, February 6. There are probably better stores to visit but this one was absolute garbage.

I came in to exchange for a better size . Black dude at the counter had no kind of costumer service. I felt unwanted . Adidas need to train their employees more. How do you work at a retail store with that attitude. Horrible.

Went in to purchase adidas face masks, and mentioned a return issue from a previous online order. Jeffrey took the time to investigate further, and helped me resolve this on the spot with the managers approval. Jeffrey had no idea about the stressful day I had, and the time he dedicated was a serious breath of fresh air. AWESOME customer service Jeff!

I came to the store to exchange a shoe, and the sales associate Marilyn was really rude and demeaning. She kept running me in circles. When I went to the store in Santa Monica and told them of the issue I was having they told me I can bring back the shoe. When I took it into the Century city store Marilyn kept making different excuses as to why I couldn't exchange the shoe. She was really unhelpful and demeaning. I didn't appreciate her lack of help.

First off this mall is amazing and second this store always carries the newest outfits. The staff was really welcoming and helped me find my husbands LAFC gear plus I got myself something for me!!!

Pretty well organized and well stocked store. Came in to do an exchange for a different size but unfortunately they didn't carry the style I bought online. I was able to find something else though. It was an easy exchange process and they gave me credit for the difference. There's a womens section to the left and guys on the right. Always find great stuff here for my little cousins.

I was on the phone with the adidas staff and asked what percent they have on sale and the staff member says 40 percent, but when I went to there it's 30 percent. I was about to pay for some shoes that I reserved over the phone and I asked again what the discount percentage and she says 40 percent but I saw on the machine where I swipe my card but it's at 30 percent. I showed the staff calculation what 40 percent price is and the store manager show up and told me it's actually 30 percent and asked the staff if she says 40 percent. She lied to the manager saying she wasn't the one pick up the phone. I know it was her because when I walked in and told her that I called for the shoes and give her my name. She says oh I remember you. Also on the phone she told me they're closing at 9 pm but at 8:30 pm they told me they closing right now. I'm not sure if they just want to kick me out or something. The store manager says they also don't do voucher or military discount but other adidas stores do.
