Excellent hotel with everything and more that you need. Reception was very helpful on arrival and especially on check out. Rooms have lovely high ceilings with a kitchenette, small lounge area with separate bedroom and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable bed. Wonderful coffee in the morning from the hotel cafe. Highly recommend!

Such an interesting old building, with high-ceilinged, good-sized rooms/apartments. Ours was a Studio, but a very generous size overlooking Victoria Square, the Tasting Australia fun venue. On our arrival in the afternoon, we received helpful, friendly greetings from a lovely female receptionist (sorry we missed your name). Parking was in a nearby carpark and worked out fine. It was a flat, easy walk to the markets and city attractions. In our studio the shower was over a fairly high-sided bath, so you may want to consider whether this is a potential problem. The courtyard was lovely for lunch and an afternoon drink. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our room was very comfortable, roomy, quiet and clean. We stayed 2 nights and with a small kitchen area, we could have cooked for ourselves, however we availed ourselves of the restaurant, bar menu and the dine-in option. It was all very good, and we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard as well.

Historic building in an excellent central location, so plenty of character but, like all old buildings (including my own) it was quite dark. The staff are extremely friendly, which is why I've given 4 stars & not 3-! We had to move rooms one night into a five-night stay, as the Courtyard -- which is now an independent business, something we had not realised from the publicity which suggests it is still part of the Adina -- was booked out back-to-back for Christmas parties. And it was LOUD. As in, drunken office-party LOUD. The courtyard would have been a beautiful feature of the hotel, & it was disappointing that during our entire stay we were not able to sit in it even once (but still had to endure the noise & inconvenience of moving). The pool area was a bonus, & the hot tub was fixed during our stay. Would return but only to an outward-facing room.

1 bedroom suite was extremely small and very dark Very few amenities provided. Couldn't even get a coffee mid day on a Saturday. May be a better place for business people who want that particular area.

I went to the bar and the area out the back. Very nice atmosphere and great service. Pricing on par with other places in town. Was extremely convenient as we went to a concert next door in the Town Hall afterwards.

Very convenient location. ~5min walk to the Central Market and ~10min walk to Rundle Mall. One of the free city buses stop is just around the corner and near the tram line. Really good apartment for a family to stay at. If we ever go to Adelaide, we will probably stay here again.
