I consider this halfway between a motel and a hotel, fantastic location, close to everything, you wouldn't need a rental car as you can uber or walk everywhere. Close to ferry's, restaurants, darling harbour, malls etc... One bedroom apartment was spacious. Great to have a washer and dryer as we were able to pack less clothing. Only fault would be could be abit cleaner. Service and breakfasts included were great. Would happily stay again. Also has free WiFi.

Excellent location, plenty within walking distance. Able to book reservations across the street by the harbor for dinner or lunch. Use the walk-up at family counter daily for breakfast and delicious smoothies with our coffees. Restaurant onsite was never open during our week stay. Very clean amenities and easy to access from pool and gym. Great water pressure and temperature in shower. Laundry access was crucial for us. Loved the security lock down as it felt very safe throughout. ||Surprised that they gave us a gift of champagne for holidays. What an amazing experience!||Kinda a difficult setup if you have your own car, but so much nearby and public transit then a good idea to leave it behind anyway.

Absolutely terrible experience at Adina Apartments. We booked for two nights but left after just one — the room was disgusting. Dust poured out of cupboards, the entire place was filthy, smelled mouldy, and the air conditioner rattled so loudly all night we couldn’t sleep. The beds were old, sunken in like canoes, and worst of all — I woke up covered in bed bug bites, which I showed to the receptionist and the manager. The apartment was run-down and completely unfit for guests. This was meant to be a special anniversary getaway after a 2.5-hour drive, and instead we were met with dirt, noise, and discomfort. To top it off, we booked parking through Adina and were charged an extra $30 for so-called “overstay” — despite leaving the next day within 24 hours. Their parking times don’t even match the room check-in/out times. It feels like a sneaky way to overcharge guests. Check in time 3pm but parking 3.30pm check in time I do not recommend staying here. Extremely disappointing on every level.

We enjoyed everything about this apartment except the bath over the shower which was actually dangerous. They need to rip the tiny baths out and have a level floor shower. Luckily we’re still young enough to throw a leg up into the bath and although we were under a foot away from the ceiling, and were not tall, the thin glass protecting the splash could easily be fallen through as the wobbly bath under foot felt like there was no support under the tub, and it was narrow and curved edges so with a face full of soap it could be quite easy to loose balance and fall.

Rooms tired and need a refresh. Carpets old and wrinkled, bathrooms dated and dark. Convenient location though and rooms are clean.|Limited views of Darling Harbour from tiny balcony.|Bedrooms small and cramped. |Would stay again though due to convenience and accessibility .

The room itself was spacious, however, it stunk of cigarettes. Even though it’s supposed to be a non smoking venue. There was a dangerous lip between the hallway and the bathroom and the shower was over the bath, which is a falls hazard. The staff barely spoke or smiled. The noise coming from Darling Harbour/roads disturbed our sleep and the temperature in the room was too hot. The sauna did not work and the pool was freezing. Plenty of better places to stay in Sydney.

We spent four nights here. The location is great, and the building has “good bones” but whoever manages / maintains this place needs to find a different job that they can be good at. Here are just a few items : The microwave keypad didn’t work. Microwaves cost $100, replace it. The dryer was so loud we could only run it when we were leaving the room. There was only one bent frying pan and a small pot to cook with. They cost $20 each, you can probably afford an upgrade there. The vent in the bathroom was covered in years of dust. Someone repaired two holes in the wall with drywall mud years ago but could not bother to get around to sand it. Both of these issues could have been solved in the last decade with 5 minutes of time in the room, a vacuum cleaner and a piece of sandpaper. I am baffled how simple maintenance could be such a barrier when you run a hotel?

I never write bad review on my travel experience, unless it is really obvious and annoying. The worst hospitality I had in my entire life staying in a hotel. Your receptionist needs to learn how to greet and treat guests from Adina Brisbane. I will never come back to this hotel. Room: bath room is leaking, soapy sewer whenever you take shower. Even rooms are dated, I would still give overall 3-4 stars initially, but because of the insincerity of the receptionist I changed my mind and give 1 star to this hotel. The only decent thing is location, 3-4 stars but not worth it at all because of the hostility I had. I though it was only me and was thinking if I did something wrong, but looking at others’ comments: it is relieving, it is truly the receptionist. Thank you for anyone who speak up in the previous google reviews and even Booking.com reviews, very important to treat people how you want to be treated. So I know it is not me, but the hotel staff. Adina Darling Harbour, please learn about hospitality from Adina Brisbane.

Yelp
We stayed here recently. Very dingy, run down and beat up. We stayed in a two bedroom unit. Carpet was very dirty and black in some areas like it had a build up of dust. Cabinets were stained and peeling. Exhaust vent over shower caked with dust and dirt. Bed was clean and comfortable but there was no attention to detail with cleanliness and the carpet was just a huge turn off. Fabulous location and awesome Modina Cafe but would not stay there again. Just gross...Unit 78-79. Awful...

Yelp
This hotel is pretty great. The rooms are large and we had a great balcony facing the harbour. The kitchenette includes a fridge and microwave. The bathroom has a nice deep tub, but I could see how it would be hard to get out of for some people. The location is excellent. Literally right on Darling Harbour. It was perfect for going to the WildLife Zoo and for our whale watching cruise. It was easy to walk across the King St. bridge and be right downtown. It was not really convenient for public transportation, but Uber kind of made it obsolete. The staff were really wonderful and I had emailed them in advance about our stay and they upgraded our rooms and left a wonderful card for my mom. Little things, like the fact that we left our luggage because we had arrived early and it was sent correctly to both our rooms without labels. The minus one star is for the wifi. 100 MB a day is literally enough to check and respond to like 10 emails. It seems unreasonable in this day and age (2016) to not provide free wifi.

Yelp
Finally! A hotel apartment with washer/dryer and kitchenette. After travelling for a month from one country to another, it's nice to stay in a place where you can wash your own clothes. We didn't use the kitchen since it is right at Darling Harbour. So many restaurants and choice of food. Just walking distance to Chinatown, downtown etc. Excellent location! It is clean and enjoyable! I highly recommend this hotel.

Yelp
First time in Sydney Australia and Adina Apt Hotel is in Great location! Walking distance to restaurant/bar, shopping, entertainment, transportation. Room we stayed at needs updating but we received excellent costumer service from Valentina. She's very informative and very helpful esp in getting us a better room, good advice on places to visit, places to eat. Highly recommended this place for 1st time travelers.

Yelp
This hotel is nice and the location was perfect. Our room was nicely furnished with all the conveniences of a small apartment. There was a kitchen with a refridge, stove top, microwave oven, sink, dishes and utensils. For laundering your clothes, a washer and dryer was also in the apartment.. As for the location, it is just a stones throw from Darling Harbor. In fact we could see the Maritime Museum from our balcony. Many stores and restaurants are within a very short walking distance. As for transportation to other locations within the city, the hotel is located close to a ferry pickup, so you are not limited to taking a taxi everywhere. We didn't do our homework before visiting Sydney. Therefore, we only found out about the My Multi Pass on our last day. This pass will allow you to get around town by bus, light rail, and ferry for a very reasonable price. My only complaint is that our maid was a bit sloppy in her cleaning habbits. Several things were not up to par. After mentioning this to the front desk, things were taken care of right away. When we come back to Sydney again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Yelp
Mixture of excellent customer service, cleanliness and location, it was a pleasant stay of 14 days. Can't recommend enough
