This had a nice vibe upon entry. The room was nice but smelled very mouldy probably due to the humidity. The service was average and they only recommend their own restaurant or Lime Cafe for food but hotel restaurant has short hours and Lime Cafe, well make sure you read the reviews before going there as you will pay for your mistake if you don’t. If you want some water, save yourself $20 and just head out the back door to the public park toilet block where there is a water filter to fill your water bottle up. The location is fantastic but most of the people who work here are just showing up to work with little hospitality.

We stayed two nights in a one bedroom apartment in this well located accommodation just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Darwin. It’s near many lively restaurants, cafes and bars although the ones we chose relied more on their location than the quality of their offering. ||Adina is unexceptional but functional, with kitchen, washing machine, TVs, aircon, WiFi etc. The only quirky feature was the (literally) zigzag shape of one wall of our bedroom. We had a view of a road, car park and blocks of flats, no doubt the waterfront would have been far preferable. ||The breakfast buffet was acceptable but again without having any special appeal.

We were booked into Adina as part of a package and were, in the main, very happy with the choice.|Rooms nice and large, bed very comfortable - unfortunately no view though - but wasn't too keen on the shower over the bath as there wasn't much room to manoeuvre into the bath.....|Lighting in the bathroom was reasonable but no night light meant putting on the main bathroom light which also switched on the noisy fan...maybe something to look at in the future.|We were also told that our booking included full breakfast but this was the buffet breakfast totally self serve and did not include cappuccinos or the like which were an extra cost.|On checking in we were told that the rooms are only serviced every 4 days.|I must say the staff were helpful when we approached them with any questions..a funny thing though, we got into the lift and didn't realise we needed to use our keycard for the lift to go up....

Stayed for a week over Easter/ Anzac. |Okay so this hotel had some fabulous points but then some things just simply let me down where they failed to meet expectations. |Room with kitchenette and bathroom with laundry facilities- fabulous. |Utensils in kitchen lacking - a peeler/ and grater would be excellent and container to store food items in fridge would be handy. |Plenty of power points and usb points - well done! |We had a room overlooking the wave pool- we loved this but may not suit all as it can be a little noisy. |Lounge space and sleeping area - spacious compared to other places I have stayed BUT couch disgusting stained and dirty and I put a blanket over it to cover it to sit on …. surely the hotel is making enough profit to replace / upgrade or buy nice covers - it looked like stains that I didn’t even want to think about too much… |Room service was fantastic- they even came and tidied on days when I didn’t expect they would do - so thank you to cleaning staff. |Service Desk - Helpful and professional enough but could tell some were not trained well or inexperienced BUT again last day asked if we could return to hotel to collect our things and have a shower- lady said no problem ( we went on day trip to Katherine- final day) then when we returned late evening before 10pm the guy behind the counter said pool is closed and not possible. Well that was a lie as the pool was open to 10.30pm every night as I had a evening swim every day I could over my 7 day stay! Disappointing way to end our stay!!! |Onto the food … breakfast serviced at Curves as buffet breakfast… disgusting food … sorry but honestly a complete rip off. Did that day one and then we went to Coles and shopped and made own breakfast rest of time except a lovely brunch one day in Darwin CBD. I have eaten in a lot of hotels around the world and this was definitely one of the worst I have ever had!!!|Drinks at pool bar … average… we ordered a couple but nothing was fabulous, and service was below average- very slow and just doing their tasks. |Lastly the pool… love a swim and used the pool 2-3 times a day everyday except 1. Pool itself looked quite clean - bit older but liked the style undercover and open BUT|Pool area was never cleaned up, expected patrons to tidy up own glasses or someone’s else’s to sit in a clean area… ??? This happened every day during more peak times. Had to ask on 2 occasions for towels as there were none, had early morning swims and still rubbish and glasses and dirty pools from day before on more than occasion. Lastly didn’t feel the music suited a morning chill vibe when having a relaxing morning swim. It was more a afternoon bar pool vibe playlist! |Overall the hotel…..great location, not bad service would I stay again…….undecided…..

Our go to place ever we are staying in Darwin. The waterfront has so much to offer tourists with everything in walking distance even if you want to go up to Darwin city itself. Apartments are big & have all the things you need, including a washing machine, dryer, kitchenette, large fridge & balcony. Has in room dining options through curves, on site pool has access to a bar for food & drinks, 2 min walk to the wave lagoon ($) & enclosed beach area. Plenty of restaurants, 2 pubs & retail shops including stokes wharf. Checkin /check out easy. Highly recommended place to stay.

The room is spacious, amenities adequate. It is mostly clean but certainly needs some detailed attention. Some confusion about Adina Waterfront as opposed to Waterfront Apartments nearby. Certainly, the nearby restaurants, bars, and facilities are great for guests.

Lovely hotel. Excellent location. Ocean view room. Staff friendly and helpful. Room very clean and had everything we needed. |Short walk to wave pool, wharfs, restaurants, and shopping.|Reasonable rates. If you have a car, parking next door in multi story carpark. Access to hotel. Book through hotel $19 per day.

Overpriced. Air con was noisy. Hotel ran out of Tea Bags! Never felt like there was much of a care factor. Room was musty, but clean. Self contained units are soarsely supplied with their utensils, storage containers and cooking equipment. No T towels provided and although there is a washing machine and drier which is great, you get charged for powder. Expected better for around 450 bucks a night.
