From the moment we arrived—well before check-in time—we were met with exceptional service. Lisa kindly waited for us and helped store our luggage when we showed up around 11 a.m., which we appreciated after a long trip. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed. When we requested a few extra coffee pods, we not only received them but were also given cozy robes to enjoy the pool area. Such thoughtful touches made our stay even better. On our last night, we decided to stay in and order dinner through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, I accidentally sent the order to the other Adina property. Cue the “super-hero music”—because Christoph Nitzsche and Srdjan Sopanja came to the rescue. They went above and beyond to help me communicate with the delivery driver (Romi) and were genuinely willing to divide and conquer to retrieve my meal, even offering to go to the other property themselves. Truly next-level service! To top it off, when my phone was about to die, they immediately helped me with a charger—and provided plenty of comedic relief throughout the ordeal. Their kindness, patience, and humor turned a stressful mix-up into one of the most memorable parts of our stay. I would return to this hotel based on their service alone. Highly, highly recommend.

We had booked 2 - 2 bedroom suites for our family of 7. I had emailed with the hotel several times to make sure that we had suites adjoining or nearby but when we checked in one was on the 8th floor and one on the 3rd. They were able to find us a second unit on the 7th floor - apparently there is only one 2 bedroom unit on each floor - something that was not communicated to me at any time during my previous emails. The units were not fully equipped - in our unit the stove didn’t work (they did come and fix it), there were no basic condiments like salt and pepper, coffee and tea supplies lasted 1 day, we had no frying pan, no sharp knives for cutting, no way to make a meal. In addition the bathtub didn’t hold water (we had to bathe our grandkids in the 8th floor bathtub). The 7th floor unit had a dryer, but the 8th floor unit only had a washer and there were no instructions available at the QR code for our units. Lastly, when we got into the suites all the rooms were set up for 1 person per room despite the reservations for 4 people per unit. We requested, and got the duvet cover and pillow cases quickly, but the fact the rooms weren’t set up was a problem. In addition, the pillows were abysmal - they need replacing with firmer options. ||The best thing about the facility was the staff. Everyone was helpful and smiling and did their best. I’m not sure where the problem lies - management, communication, lack of facility upgrades or updates. The hotel is clearly meant for the business crowd who might stay a night or two, but for a family staying almost a week it wasn’t a good experience. I am giving it 3 stars because the location was close to transit and the river and the train station and restaurants and the staff was nice.

This hotel is within 12 mins walk of the train station and centrally located to visit the major attractions in Frankfurt. We were here to visit the Christmas Markets and it was convenient for that. We had a one bedroom apartment and the room was clean and it also had a washer and dryer which was nice to do our own laundry. It was, however, missing a few things such as coffee cups and paper towels in the kitchen, and we were facing the river side of the hotel (no river view) which I would NOT recommend because if you open the windows like we did at night for fresh cool air it is extremely noisy all night long from road traffic and people going home from bars. Having just come from the Adina Apartment Hotel in Nuremberg and having stayed at the ones in Hamburg and Berlin before - I would have to say this one is nice but not as nice as them and missing the details I mentioned above - hence the 4/5 rating. The Front Desk here however was very helpful and I would still recommend this hotel.

This was our first stay at an Adina hotel. We spent four nights in a one bedroom unit. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the central train station, the old city and the main shopping district. Our only surprise was that they only offer housekeeping services every three days (you can request it more often). We don't need it more often than that, but we hadn't been aware. If you run short on supplies you can call the front desk and they will bring them to your room.

This is an adequate business hotel in an excellent location. The price is right and it is fine. The staff were also nice. But I stayed at this hotel previously in 2019 and it seems to need a refresh. The couch had holes in it, mold in the shower and worst of all, smoking is allowed on the terrace of each room with ash trays to accommodate this nasty habit. The first room I was assigned smelled of smoke and they were nice enough to move me immediately. The second room was improved so I went with it but it still had some remnants of smoke. This is common in Europe but given the international audience in Frankfurt should not be allowed. Overall it he price is right, the staff is nice, the accommodations are good and the location is great. But improvements could be made.

Stayed here for two nights/three days and absolutely loved it! The hotel is in a great location—close to everything. Super clean, spacious rooms with a kitchen, a very comfortable bed, and I especially loved the bathtub. The breakfast was nice too. Highly recommended!

Great location! Easy access to the old town and all the city's sites. With subway, very easy to reach the greater Frankfurt area, too. The room is well equipped and large, though the bed is, as almost always in Germany, two singles pieced into one, so you only get to sleep on one anyway. Some staffs are nicer than others, and they don't routinely answer your call or email.

The hotel is not TOO far from the train station, and its right by the river promenade. Since this was the last night of our 3 week trip and we had started in Frankfurt we knew our way around pretty well. You can get to old town in a few minutes walking. The hotel itself is massive - we got upgraded to a suite on the 12th floor which had a stunning view! The room was clean, a little bit worn, but still great for what we needed. The bed was comfy, and the shower was fantastic. We got the breakfast there which was decent.

Yelp
I think Stella C. really nailed all the details, Go read her review.. I do not need to go into anymore physical description bc that review covers all practical aspects. However I'm adding an extra star because staff here is so great. First, we had a room that was on the 5th floor without a view. My spouse has stayed here several times. And had always had a view, so he went and asked reception, if they could by chance offer something with the view, because he had told me so much about it. Sure, they said, and sent us up to the 12th floor. Amazing view. Thank you so much! Then it turned out that neither the microwave nor the dishwasher worked. I just assumed we were going to have to tough it out and I was going to hand wash and have to use one of the two pots that Stella C correctly mentions are available. We had already. Moved in and I was disinclined to have to change rooms. Then reception called and said they would like to upgrade us to a corner room on the 13th floor. No charge. Then they sent somebody up with a cart to help me move, Because yes, the corner suite is amazing and it was worth moving. So here I am, sitting on my balcony with a crazy view of the Rhine and downtown. And I Could not be happier with the experience. Thanks Adina!

Yelp
Stayed here recently for a work trip and as someone that is from the U.S, it was an overall great experience. I am leaving a review to help any fellow U.S travelers. -Apartment style hotel, I chose a corner unit which had a separate bedroom, living area with kitchenette. For longer stays, having a bedroom you can close helps make the suite feel less like a cramped hotel room and being able to close the door helps to reduce outside noise. -The corner unit was quiet in terms of hearing any people in the hallways or stairs but hearing people from outside the hotel was a different story -Small washer and dryer in the bathroom was handy. Just use youtube to figure out how to start it since it's all in German. The dryer takes forever so don't overload. -The kitchenette had a refrigerator, 2 burner cook top, dishwasher, water kettle, toaster, capsule coffee maker, and microwave/oven. -The microwave is a Bosch so it took me some figuring out how to get it started. Again, google it to figure out how to just use the microwave function. It has to warm up to the setting in order to start heating food up. The stovetop is good enough to cook plain meals but there are limited pans (only 2). Limited utensils but enough to prep small meals -The capsule machine is a German brand so the normal Nespresso original line pods are slightly smaller than the Leysieffer Kaffee capsules. Meaning, they fall right thorough the pod receptacle but with some creativity, you can get them to work. I do wish they sold the capsules that this machine required at the hotel or the local groceries. I require a lot of coffee in the mornings. -Lots of windows which made for a great view of the city and Main from different angles but in the summer, the suite got really hot if curtains were open in the heat of the day. -The "AC" is barely a warm breeze. It is not what Americans are used to from air conditioning where a condenser engages so adjust your expectations. Prepare for a warm room if you are here in the summer. You can open the windows but then a few flies would get in even on the top floor. Again, this is the EU so adjust AC cooling expectations -It seemed like everyone smoked! Opening windows might let in the smell of smoke from someone on their balcony -You can hear people yelling and partying especially the weekend nights sometimes pretty late into the night but it's to be expected. This area is full of tourists, EU bankers, cars, motorcycles, police sirens, commuters, think New York City or San Francisco, not a quiet suburb. -Entire suite is carpet or soft surfaces except little kitchenette so there tends to be a lot of lint and dust. Not a bad idea to bring travel humidifier if you are sensitive -The location is great. Just 5 minutes walk away from the U-Bahn (underground, subway) Willy-Brandtz-Platz stop. A fare ticket is good for the U-Bahn or S which is like their buses. -15-17 minute walk from My Zeil mall area -Opera house 5 minute walk away -the Main (river) is just a 6 minute walk and it's a great spot to jog along the waterfront with multiple bridge access to cross sides -Uber picks up from this location quickly. The hotel will also order a taxi for you if needed -10 minute walk to the Eiserner (Iron) Bridge, village of Romerburg and tons of restaurants of all different cuisines -The Rewe grocery store is a small hike if you have bags of groceries, but grocery order was super easy and convenient with the Flink app -Many museums within 15 minute walk including MMK, Stadel, Schirn -Bathroom was a decent size for Europe. Water pressure and temperature in shower was great. Only weird thing was the tub was set pretty high up so it is a bit steep to step out of which could be a problem for some -TVS, you won't be able to set up your Fire stick or device to it as the HDMI cable is different than US ones plus many streaming providers won't allow streaming outside the U.S. But they have channels in German, Arabic, French, and limited English (CNN and some British channels) -Hotel Staff were professional, spoke English fluently, and were super helpful. If you arrive early or have to check out, they will check your luggage. They answered any questions via email quickly as I was preparing for my trip which was reassuring -Free WIFI -elevator required hotel room key to get to your floor so deliveries would have to go to front desk or meet you in the lobby -Small, basic gym and pool. -Depending on traffic, uber ride to the airport is 25-45 minutes Overall, a nice apartment style hotel in a great location near the U-Bahn, many banks, museums and hotel staff were professional and pleasant. I liked being able to eat meals in and access to washer/dryer in the unit. It's not a luxury resort style hotel with spa and concierge and I would have loved more modern TV options and a cold air conditioner, but the location worked great, and proximity to Ubahn , I would stay here again.

Yelp
I stayed here with my boyfriend while we are visiting the Frankfurt area. The room was extremely large and very well taken care of and clean. The hotel also offered parking in their garage and suggestions for things to do nearby. The reception area was very helpful and told us about a nearby Festival that was happening that we visited. it was in a nice part of town that was close enough to all of the main things happening nearby and in the city centre. It was also a five-minute walk to the river. I'd recommend staying here if you're staying in Frankfurt.

Yelp
Stayed here one night, and really enjoyed the oversized windows in several areas of our one bedroom, along with the corner unit we received. The river below welcomed musicians and locals strolling during the evening. The unit itself was very comfortable and clean- we had a washer dryer which was great after all our traveling. The parking garage however, is super small- considerably tight parking spaces, and it's best to get the passengers out so the driver can park. We had to try three different spots, and our rental car was considered an average small sedan. Also, you are limited to only thirty minutes of free wifi per day. These two factors combined are why I don't feel it's worth a five star- it was not "borderline perfect". Drive to the airport from here is only about fifteen minutes, easy navigation there as well. Great location to the nearby downtown activities.

Yelp
This is a very good apartment-hotel. The rooms are modern and decent sized for the price (around 160 EUR per night). The location is pretty perfect, about a 10 minute walk from the Romburg. The small ground floor pool is acceptable as a pool. Parking is 22 EUR per day. The service is good, though they do nickel-and-dime you a little bit like a hotel that caters to business folk.

Yelp
This place was wonderful! Never really sure what you're going to get with European hotels that you find on the internet, but this was a pleasant surprise. Modern, nice location, and "apartment hotel" really describes it - the rooms were huge with a large bathroom, good sized bedroom and a central area with TV, couch, table, kitchenette. Even a little balcony. The room was well appointed with iPod hook ups and flat screen TVs. It was also in a great location, very close to the Main train station, a block from the river and a short walk to the Dom plaza. They also have a restaurant and bar area downstairs which was lovely and served very good food. All of the staff there were very nice as well, from the front desk to the bar staff. Highly recommend this place if you looking for modern comfort. I'm looking forward to trying other Adina hotels in Europe!

Yelp
A wonderful hotel in an ideal location about 10 min walk to the center. Staying at the Adina hotel is like having an apt in Frankfurt. It has all the amenities and comfort of being at a home away from home, and it is especially ideal for families traveling with children. Although the hotel has a great restaurant, room service and provides a grocery shopping service, we enjoyed doing our own shopping and preparing our own meals. As all the reviews have already mentioned, one of the best thing about Adina is the staff and their impeccable service, which is not to be taken for granted in Germany. Even before arriving when I emailed with special requests, the staff was always accommodating and prompt with responses. I'd booked this hotel because of the excellent reviews on Trip Advisor, and what a great find it turned out to be! It definitely lived up to and surpassed our expectations.

Yelp
Hotel Adina as beautiful apartments all with very modern features. My apartment was a corner on the 11th floor and the view was beautiful - tons of windows that open for fresh air lots of natural light and a great size for one or two people. The bathroom is very nice and the separate bedroom is also great. There is a desk a couch and a nice kitchen area complete with refrigerator and freezer and even a washer dryer in the bathroom. Finally there is a TV in the bedroom and another in the main room. The location is good, only one stop from the Hbf and you can walk to the hauptwache area. Would highly highly recommend this place!

Yelp
Good facility, kitchen, laundry all in one apartment. Comfortable living. Most important, the location is near many tourist attractions. High quality price ratio.
