We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders last August and were genuinely impressed by the size of the apartment—it felt more like a full suite than a typical hotel room. Plenty of space to spread out, which was a welcome surprise.||However, the nights were a bit chilly. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t quite figure out the heater settings, and ended up layering up just to stay warm indoors. A quick guide or clearer instructions on the climate controls would’ve made a big difference.||Also, they only cleaned after a few days. If you had any concerns you would need to go to the front desk. Most of the staff were helpful.||On the upside, the washer-dryer combo was a lifesaver—fully functional and perfect for a longer stay. And the location is unbeatable: walking distance to Hosier Lane, Degraves Street, and the CBD’s best cafes and galleries.

Just spent 4 nights at Adina & it was beyond our expectations. Our first contact was Abby at Reception & she was amazing & went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The Location, cleanliness & overall customer service ticked ALL the boxes. Some might complain about the prices, but we walked everywhere & with the IGA next door, tram at your doorstep & full kitchen facilities, we saved on transport & ate indoors with PJ's on watching TV after a long day out. Perfect getaway. Can fully recommend the Adina. Toni & Melina xx

We stayed 3 nights in the loft apartments (62) which have a separate entrance to the main tower of apartments. The location is great and the apartment was very clean and very spacious. There are only stairs to the apartment but it’s not a huge amount to the first floor and was manageable with our luggage. If you couldn’t manage more than 14 stairs then I don’t recommend. Decor is nice and we had a welcome pack of fruit, coffee grounds for the espresso machine, muesli bars, yoghurt and cereal. The location is great and so handy to walk everywhere. We did experience some very loud live music from the bar downstairs on our first night which made it very difficult to sleep even with headphones on and listening to a podcast. Bar hours are 4pm-1am but closed Sunday and Monday. One of the cupboards didn’t open as stuck on carpet which maintenance could easily fix. There is an IGA supermarket next door which is very handy to pick up anything you need.

I stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders in April 2019 with a friend. The property had a spacious and homey feel, making it a comfortable base for a city stay. While the interiors were a little dated, they were still pleasant enough for a relaxed visit.

An excellent place to stay for a business trip. Apartments are large and spacious. Bathroom functional but not too modern. Excellent staff. Clean and good internet. Great bed.

We were 3 friends visiting Melbourne for 4 nights and stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. What a great stay!|On arrival Rowan & Terry were very friendly and efficient checking us in. They provided us with a map and suggestions for our stay. Luckily we were able to check in early - as we were arranging to store our luggage our room was cleared for us!|Our apartment was clean, spacious and sufficient cutlery/crockery. Beds and pillows are very comfy. We felt safe with having to use our keycard to access the lift and also entry after hours. |Yes there is noise from the trains but our bedrooms were situated at the back of the apartment.|Location is great - we walked everywhere. Was good to have the small supermarket next door.|Will happily stay here again when we next visit.

One of the most successful online bookings I've made, just perfect! The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the pillows were just like home. The room was exactly as described and spotless! Location 200mtrs from Federation Square, perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. The building was safe, only accessible with a swipe key. Peice of mind! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, I think I was more excited about this than anything else lol.

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders in Melbourne. While the location is great and staff were generally helpful, we had a terrifying experience with the hotel elevators, which severely affected our stay. Early in the trip, one of the two lifts was shut down. A few days later, the remaining lift broke down as well, and we were told someone was stuck inside. On the 8th day, we ourselves got trapped inside the lift, which suddenly shook and stalled between floors. The emergency button only connected us to the elevator company, who couldn’t help much. After more shaking and a very tense wait, we finally got out when the lift randomly resumed and opened at another floor. It was a traumatic experience. I couldn’t stop shaking and cried when I got back to the room. For the rest of our stay, we took the stairs up to the 14th floor. I later read other reviews and realized this wasn’t an isolated incident — these lifts seem to break down often. We appreciate the porter who helped with our luggage on checkout, but honestly, this experience ruined the end of our trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they seriously fix their elevator issues.

Yelp
What a fantastic little find! I stayed here recently for work purposes and found the rates to be very good, location to be very good and besides getting a little yelping lost in the car park trying to find the entrance, the facilities also, very good. This place looks a bit old from the outside but the amenities are clean, the staff friendly and the rooms very comfortable... the bed was very! Would love to book this place regularly for my work trips and probably will. King size beds and two tellies! Plus 2split system ACs in every room, you can actually physically adjust the temperature of your rooms... bonus! Also, on 550 Flinders Street, you will find yourself situated right across from Leftbank/Southbank and the Crown Casino. A great little 7-11 on the corner for your Krispy Kreme donut cravings and a beautiful stroll next to the river and you can even go to the Melbourne Aquarium... everything is pretty damn close by! Will be back.

Yelp
This is a shitty apartment with some sorts of racial discrimination toward Asians. We had been assigned into a room that was commonly used by Asians from looking at the different trip reviews. There were bugs living in different places in the closet and Beds without bed sheets. On the second day, we switched a room. This one looked better but had a bathroom with no lock and broken dishwashers/washing machine. The washing machine was found with leftover washing components inside it. This place is not worth a stay. With its terrible rooms and disgusting yet somehow lazy housekeeping, it shouldn't be suitable for anybody who arrives in Melbourne.
