Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders

I’ve come for 6 weeks of work for a prestigious job. Dirty back alley entrance via gps. Dirty carpet in lobby. Understaffed reception. Apartment is spacious and great view( because I knew to ask). No coffee machine! I’ve never actually experienced this in over 20 years in every level of hotel. No cutting board. No salt or pepper. No serving bowls and cold lighting. (Only over head except one standing lamp. )|Nice art and furnishing. Spent the day trying to cozy it up.

Top views from the balcony over the Yarra River and Southbank and a park. Great beds and pillows. Really large apartment, stayed in the 2 bedroom with a view. Quiet. Helpful if we needed something, serviced after 4 days but you can get anything you need by asking. Clean. Good fridge, microwave. Plenty of seating for the 4 of us, couches and dining room table. Will stay again.

Very spacious hotel apartments with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. Beautiful views of the river and botanical gardens. Near central RR station. Great value. Grocery store next door. The railroad operation is a little noisy but not abtrusive.

Our one bedroom apartment was very spacious and well laid out. The noise from the trains can be a bit much; you do quickly get used to it. Location is great; close to many facilities.

We had a wonderful stay with our family for the school holidays. We love the location with the tram stopping not too far away. Love all the great eateries around the area. Easy access to the apartments!

We stayed at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders last August and were genuinely impressed by the size of the apartment—it felt more like a full suite than a typical hotel room. Plenty of space to spread out, which was a welcome surprise. However, the nights were a bit chilly. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t quite figure out the heater settings, and ended up layering up just to stay warm indoors. A quick guide or clearer instructions on the climate controls would’ve made a big difference. Also, they only cleaned after a few days. If you had any concerns you would need to go to the front desk. Most of the staff were helpful. On the upside, the washer-dryer combo was a lifesaver—fully functional and perfect for a longer stay. And the location is unbeatable: walking distance to Hosier Lane, Degraves Street, and the CBD’s best cafes and galleries.

Just spent 4 nights at Adina & it was beyond our expectations. Our first contact was Abby at Reception & she was amazing & went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The Location, cleanliness & overall customer service ticked ALL the boxes. Some might complain about the prices, but we walked everywhere & with the IGA next door, tram at your doorstep & full kitchen facilities, we saved on transport & ate indoors with PJ's on watching TV after a long day out. I was expecting a high standard for my stay at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders, but my apartment surpassed my expectations! My apartment was very clean, comfortable and had excellent facilities. The location of the accommodation is excellent for many attractions. I highly recommend Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders.

What a fantastic little find! I stayed here recently for work purposes and found the rates to be very good, location to be very good and besides getting a little yelping lost in the car park trying to find the entrance, the facilities also, very good. This place looks a bit old from the outside but the amenities are clean, the staff friendly and the rooms very comfortable... the bed was very! Would love to book this place regularly for my work trips and probably will. King size beds and two tellies! Plus 2split system ACs in every room, you can actually physically adjust the temperature of your rooms... bonus! Also, on 550 Flinders Street, you will find yourself situated right across from Leftbank/Southbank and the Crown Casino. A great little 7-11 on the corner for your Krispy Kreme donut cravings and a beautiful stroll next to the river and you can even go to the Melbourne Aquarium... everything is pretty damn close by! Will be back.

This is a shitty apartment with some sorts of racial discrimination toward Asians. We had been assigned into a room that was commonly used by Asians from looking at the different trip reviews. There were bugs living in different places in the closet and Beds without bed sheets. On the second day, we switched a room. This one looked better but had a bathroom with no lock and broken dishwashers/washing machine. The washing machine was found with leftover washing components inside it. This place is not worth a stay. With its terrible rooms and disgusting yet somehow lazy housekeeping, it shouldn't be suitable for anybody who arrives in Melbourne.
