Very great location easy walking distance to town centre. There are plenty of trams 🚊 to hop. No complaints about the rooms, nice and big roomy. Service was great when we arrived. Cooking is available if you wish you cook meals. Very clean, neat tidy. Washing machine and dryer all in one.

Great Space for a large family, rooms are cosy, with great amenities supplied. Beds are comfortable, with lots of pillows for comfort. The kitchen utilities are all provided, except coffee mugs are not big enough for a coffee! Very happy with my stay and will also stay again when we visit Melbourne next time due to the space and cupboard space provided. Staff are friendly and housekeeping always checked in to determine if we need new towelling or amenities.

Our family stayed at Adina for 10 days over New Year’s, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. The cleanliness of the rooms was unacceptable. Even though we received one free cleaning during our stay, the standards were shockingly low. Bedsheets were not changed even after seven days; they were simply fixed to look presentable, but my keen eyes as a mother could tell they were the same sheets. This made me wonder if they were even changed from the previous guests.
The fridge door was filthy, and I had to clean it myself with alcohol wipes. Lets not talk about the toilet with brown spots around the seat. The garbage bin had dried food and liquids stuck to it, and even after leaving it outside in hopes it would be cleaned, it was completely ignored. The dishwasher was another disaster, with old food clogging the filter, making it unusable. I avoided cooking and only made hot milk for my kids. Bought paper cups and paper plates and utensils so that i did not have to use the dishwasher and we were tourists so too busy to clean with sponge
The hotel seemed severely understaffed, with only two cleaners for the entire building during one of the busiest weeks of the year. While two receptionists were polite, the third (working the morning of December 29) was rude, dismissive, and condescending. She ignored greetings, smirked, and made it seem like it was the guests’ fault the staff was overworked.
The only redeeming quality of this hotel was its location and the 2/3 lovely receptionists. Unfortunately, the lack of cleanliness, poor customer service, and gloomy atmosphere outweighed any positives. I will not stay at Adina again and cannot recommend it to others.

We had stayed at this hotel before and had an incredible experience, but unfortunately, this time was nothing close to what we remembered. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a room that didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards. The bathroom was dirty, with visible mold in the shower. Some of the towels were also stained, and the balcony was covered in dust and cobwebs, which was off-putting.||||While a few staff members were friendly and polite, others were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in providing good service. One of the biggest issues came when I asked for assistance with a special request. One of our party members couldn’t use the elevators due to personal reasons, and the staff made it seem like this was a huge inconvenience. I explained that we were there for a birthday celebration and were flexible about when it would be convenient for them to unlock the door. While they eventually agreed to help, we were made to feel guilty for even asking.||||It’s a shame because we had such a great experience before, but this visit was far from enjoyable. I hope they can improve the quality of both their facilities and service in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Adina on Flinders Street. The location is incredibly convenient—close to public transport, within walking distance of the CBD, and near several popular attractions. During our visit, we had the pleasure of interacting with three different staff members, all of whom were helpful and informative. The room was spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and laundry, a large lounge area, and a beautiful front balcony. These amenities made our extended stay feel just like home. We will definitely be returning to Adina on Flinders Street in the future!

Terry literally saved our weekend! After previously booking at another hotel and discovering there was no aircon we called Adina and booked a room. From the phone call with Terry, our arrival, through to departure the staff made our experience. Once in the room, the features and location were fantastic. It was definitely worth the stay and in future we will stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff , massive room well appointed,
Easy car parking.
Unfortunately the bathroom was very dated and small considering the size of the apartment,
Lifts and hallway decor starting to look dated .
Room was a little noisy at night
Overall would definitely consider staying here again!

Horrible check in experience with Terry Xynos. We booked a room for 4 people and he refused to check us in. We attended with an additional 5 people to freshen up before dinner. He treated us disgustingly and walked into the back office several times refusing to speak to us. I recommend staying at a different hotel where staff have respect for guests.

Yelp
What a fantastic little find! I stayed here recently for work purposes and found the rates to be very good, location to be very good and besides getting a little yelping lost in the car park trying to find the entrance, the facilities also, very good.
This place looks a bit old from the outside but the amenities are clean, the staff friendly and the rooms very comfortable... the bed was very!
Would love to book this place regularly for my work trips and probably will. King size beds and two tellies! Plus 2split system ACs in every room, you can actually physically adjust the temperature of your rooms... bonus!
Also, on 550 Flinders Street, you will find yourself situated right across from Leftbank/Southbank and the Crown Casino. A great little 7-11 on the corner for your Krispy Kreme donut cravings and a beautiful stroll next to the river and you can even go to the Melbourne Aquarium... everything is pretty damn close by!
Will be back.

Yelp
This is a shitty apartment with some sorts of racial discrimination toward Asians. We had been assigned into a room that was commonly used by Asians from looking at the different trip reviews. There were bugs living in different places in the closet and Beds without bed sheets. On the second day, we switched a room. This one looked better but had a bathroom with no lock and broken dishwashers/washing machine. The washing machine was found with leftover washing components inside it. This place is not worth a stay. With its terrible rooms and disgusting yet somehow lazy housekeeping, it shouldn't be suitable for anybody who arrives in Melbourne.
