We were 3 friends visiting Melbourne for 4 nights and stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. What a great stay!|On arrival Rowan & Terry were very friendly and efficient checking us in. They provided us with a map and suggestions for our stay. Luckily we were able to check in early - as we were arranging to store our luggage our room was cleared for us!|Our apartment was clean, spacious and sufficient cutlery/crockery. Beds and pillows are very comfy. We felt safe with having to use our keycard to access the lift and also entry after hours. |Yes there is noise from the trains but our bedrooms were situated at the back of the apartment.|Location is great - we walked everywhere. Was good to have the small supermarket next door.|Will happily stay here again when we next visit.

One of the most successful online bookings I've made, just perfect! The location was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, the pillows were just like home. The room was exactly as described and spotless! Location 200mtrs from Federation Square, perfect. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Couldn't have asked for more. The building was safe, only accessible with a swipe key. Peice of mind! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, I think I was more excited about this than anything else lol.

Nice and roomy. Good location. Though our room didn’t have good shower. Drain wasn’t draining properly and water was just spraying all over the floor. Bit noisy due to construction close by.

The suite felt really deluxe - spacious, comfortable and modern, with a beautiful view towards the south bank. Housekeeping was very attentive. The location is very convenient, close to so many great restaurants. There was some noise from the major rail corridor across the street, but the bedroom itself was fairly soundproof. The front desk was occasionally closed with a note saying 'phone for service', but that was never an issue, and the staff we interacted with were very friendly and helpful.

We recently stayed for 8 nights at Adina Apartment Hotel Melbourne on Flinders in Melbourne. While the location is great and staff were generally helpful, we had a terrifying experience with the hotel elevators, which severely affected our stay. Early in the trip, one of the two lifts was shut down. A few days later, the remaining lift broke down as well, and we were told someone was stuck inside. On the 8th day, we ourselves got trapped inside the lift, which suddenly shook and stalled between floors. The emergency button only connected us to the elevator company, who couldn’t help much. After more shaking and a very tense wait, we finally got out when the lift randomly resumed and opened at another floor. It was a traumatic experience. I couldn’t stop shaking and cried when I got back to the room. For the rest of our stay, we took the stairs up to the 14th floor. I later read other reviews and realized this wasn’t an isolated incident — these lifts seem to break down often. We appreciate the porter who helped with our luggage on checkout, but honestly, this experience ruined the end of our trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they seriously fix their elevator issues.

Location is very good on Flinders St, easy to hop on trams on Flinders or Collins Sts. The reception can keep your room before you check in, and can also park your car in their dedicated parking spaces for a fee. Getting up to parking just needs to be done via intercom. Good view of the Yarra River from the room and small balcony. Spacious apartments. Stayed at a two bedroom apartment with a couple of friends and there are two bathrooms so each couple have their own, and the living/dining space is also sufficient. Kitchen is set up for minimal cooking, has microwave, fridge, oven/stove, toaster, kettle. Unsure if there are baking pans though. Water pressure is good and loved the scent of available shampoo, soap and lotion. Bed is nice and firm though found the longer pillows a bit too high even for a side sleeper like myself. The bedroom side windows at the back can get a little bit noisy if cracked open due to other buildings nearby and early morning bin collections, so close it before you sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Overall very good stay. Can recommend to families who need the space or small groups.

It was fine but nothing that makes you say ohhhhh this is nice! Good value room, and clean. Best part is probably the location. Parking on site for $30. Friendly staff for check in and out.

Check in was a breeze, Great location, fantastic rooms , easy parking Unfortunately during check-out Sunday 23rd (9:15am) my wife was rudely spoken to by the female staff member who seemed every uninterested in doing her job. As someone who has booked the Adina apartments on a frequent bases, This was very disappointing! And will consider booking as where moving forward

Yelp
What a fantastic little find! I stayed here recently for work purposes and found the rates to be very good, location to be very good and besides getting a little yelping lost in the car park trying to find the entrance, the facilities also, very good. This place looks a bit old from the outside but the amenities are clean, the staff friendly and the rooms very comfortable... the bed was very! Would love to book this place regularly for my work trips and probably will. King size beds and two tellies! Plus 2split system ACs in every room, you can actually physically adjust the temperature of your rooms... bonus! Also, on 550 Flinders Street, you will find yourself situated right across from Leftbank/Southbank and the Crown Casino. A great little 7-11 on the corner for your Krispy Kreme donut cravings and a beautiful stroll next to the river and you can even go to the Melbourne Aquarium... everything is pretty damn close by! Will be back.

Yelp
This is a shitty apartment with some sorts of racial discrimination toward Asians. We had been assigned into a room that was commonly used by Asians from looking at the different trip reviews. There were bugs living in different places in the closet and Beds without bed sheets. On the second day, we switched a room. This one looked better but had a bathroom with no lock and broken dishwashers/washing machine. The washing machine was found with leftover washing components inside it. This place is not worth a stay. With its terrible rooms and disgusting yet somehow lazy housekeeping, it shouldn't be suitable for anybody who arrives in Melbourne.
