All Good. Big room, including a "chaise longue", comfy bed. Good sized bathroom. Clean. Nice bar area and super bar staff. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety of expected items and decent coffee. Good location, easy to walk to everywhere we wanted to go and cheap taxi from the station.

It is a nice hotel outside. But the rooms are dirty. Also, service is not personal at all. Just hello and bye...they had motivation like 0. Rooms are spacious but dirty. Dust and dirt everywhere...someone already used one towel before we entered the room. It was wet and was on the side. And someone used toilet paper and the garbage bin...it was the end of our vacation and when I saw that unmotivated staff members, I didn't bother to say anything. Breakfast was good. The bar is nice and they have parking for 25e per day. A lot, but needed because they are at a good spot very close to the centre. That was the only good thing, 2 stars for that. In total, it is OK for a short stay. Even though they have a kitchen in the rooms. Good idea but not good enough for that price to be honest. It all looks like it needs some better management and better cleaning lady's.

This hotel ticked all the right boxes. Clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent professional staff. Close walking distance to the old city and all the main sights. Breakfast was outstanding with everything you could want. Highly recommend!

The service overall was decent, but they only provided 1 water bottle for our room for 3 nights. There also wasn't anywhere we could find to refill our reusable bottles with filtered and cold water. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. The room was nice and spacious and allowed us to spread out our luggage to get better situated while traveling abroad.

Had a great 2 night stay in room 427. Hotel was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and location was superb. Breakfast was nice and the luggage storage process on the last day was easy and efficient. I would recommend staying here. ||Thank you

My husband and I spent 6 days here. They welcomed us back--we had stayed in one in Frankfurt in 2017! They also had a handwritten note in the room. Special touches. We are already planning future trips around cities were this chain is.

We were staying in Nürenberg for a week, so needed a hotel with a big room and possibillities to make food/breakfast. We loved the stay, and will come back if we visit Nürnberg again. Though: could have more toilet paper per room, so we didn’t have to ask. The gym could have a bit heavier weights. Still a 5 star from us
