My wife and myself have just spent 20 nights at this marvellous hotel. We were there over Christmas and New year visiting our daughter and her partner. The room was fantastic and very clean. All staff were extremely polite and helpful during our stay. The location is fantastic for visiting CBD and is extremely well connected for public transport with the bus station within 50 metres and Elizabeth Quay train station only 100 metres away ( be sure to get your Transperth card) as it makes travel throughout the area very simple and very cheap. The kitchen in the apartments are very good with a full scale Christmas lunch being prepared with no fuss. All in all a very pleasant stay with wonderful staff who could not do enough for you.

We had a great stay at the Adina Apartments on Mounts Bay Road. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with plenty of space to relax. The location is fantastic — close to Kings Park, the river, and within easy walking distance of the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre, which was perfect for the show we were attending. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the stay feel welcoming and stress-free. We would happily stay here again when visiting Perth.

Stayed 2 Nights in transit. I was very satisfied! Excellent location, superb comfortable apartments (I stayed in Premier One Bedroom King), guys at the reception were always available 24/7, close to all CBD and Perth attractions… The apartments not only worked for my needs (fully equipped kitchen, quiet, …) but I liked a lot the vibe, the soft floors and that kind of stuff. Only point of improvement maybe they could make it easier for guests arriving late from a long trip over the world… To get breakfast or other meals ready in case someone asks. But if you do your research can probably arrange with hotel well in advance a “make it yourself” breakfast or other meals. So if arriving late, better bring your own food or arrange well beforehand with hotel. Overall excellent experience and will not hesitate to stay again here if I come over to Perth in transit for the future.

I had a 7 night stay with my daughter. Good location, close to Elizabeth Quay and ferry services and walking distance into Perth city and trains. Friendly staff on arrival. Check in was easy until our door wouldn’t unlock. After several attempts even with staff trying we ended up getting moved to a different room. Room was spacious but needed a good paint job. Comfy bed. Was quiet on the Convention Centre side of the building. No traffic. |Kitchen ok, a pair of tongs and a sharp knife would be helpful. |I think this place is on toilet paper rationing! |After 4 days our room had not been serviced, even though it states after 3 days it will be done. By this stage we had basically run out of toilet paper. I had to go and ask for toilet paper and for rubbish bags so the bins could be changed. Eventually after 5 days our room was sort of serviced with new towels and bed changed. BUT still NO toilet paper!! Floor not even vacuumed. Same tea towel for the week. I ended up just going and buying toilet paper, which I shouldn’t have after paying over $2,000 for a 7 night stay.

I really liked the apartment; it has everything for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, with a dishwasher and oven. The washer and dryer are also a plus. It's very cozy and bright. However, the TVs are really old, only the TV, and the key card is constantly stuck. This is annoying in the elevator because you have to constantly insert it; it would be easier to just tap it. Sometimes the staff ignored my requests and didn't bring me what I wanted. The nearest store is at least a 15-minute walk away. It's a bit confusing at first, but after a few days you get used to it. Overall, I'm happy with my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Perth CBD. Checkout was a little slow but apart from that everything else was good. The room is self contained with microwave and tea coffee making facilities. Would stay again.

Night team were good, morning team would try not to see you as you walk past , made it awkward feeling, apartments are in need of updating, bathroom cupboards all expanding from water humidity and the chipboard is showing , cleaning is very standard , fibe for a stop over or work but wouldn't use for a holiday

Yelp
Spacious apartment, Modern decor, and convenient Location!!! The first thing I loved about this place is its proximity to major attraction points. Its right in front of the Perth convention center and very close to the kings park. The apartment are spacious consisting of small kitchenette, large living room with dining nook, a medium sized bedroom and good sized toilet. The apartment is clean and finished with modern decor. I just had issues with the bed as it was somewhat hard. the staff was friedly and helpful! Amenities: Washer dryer in unit. Also, you get 100MB free per day and you can pay 9$ for unlimited excess. There's extra fee of 30$ for parking/day as well. There's a restaurant downstairs which is little pricey but you can grab quick breakfast.

Yelp
If you have to stay in Perth for an Extended period of time, it doesnt get much better than this place. Located in the heart of the CBD, it has easy access to the downtown area, and is close to the bus station. Woolworths and the Hays Street Mall is only a 10 minute walk from here. The best feature about this place - LARGE rooms for a reasonable price, I was staying at a corporate rate, so I got in under 200$ / night, I'm not sure that's the norm, but given that you get a little kitchenette, a Washer and Dryer, a separate bedroom , and a little patio, this was a great deal ! Also - you'll get charged for parking , and Internet usage - so be sure to budget for that. Friendly staff, though they appear to be college kids, so expect to tell them something two or three times before it gets sorted out.

Yelp
It was nice but the the first problem was trynna get to the level our hotel room was on.the view isn't so nice because you see the esplanade station and you hear the buses all the time.the bathroom cupboards and draws probably need a update.an pushing two beds together isnt counted as a king or queen size bed either

Yelp
I was in Perth for a week on business and this was a difficult place to stay. The location is excellent as my meeting was at the convention center which is right across the courtyard. However, that's where the positives end. The Internet is an absolute joke. The connection is lousy and even when you are connected the speed is worse than dial up. My colleagues and I routinely had to try to access the Internet at 3am when there were the fewest possible guests online to even get anything done. My room was a studio and the bed was pretty bad. It was a "king" bed which was actually two twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were rather uncomfortable and there were two very thin pillows included. Uncomfortable to say the least. I was expecting laundry services in the room, but found there to be none. I wasn't made aware of a laundromat in the building and was simply told sorry, no laundry available. Finally, the restaurant in the lobby leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, I gave them 2 stars for the location. However, I would rather stay at the Hilton that is just a block further away and not have to deal with everything I mentioned above.
