This was our very first time visiting Perth. The Adina Hotel was a very good choice to stay in. Very clean and the atmosphere, staff and service was great. The only negative we have is that the cook top had a greasy film on top of it, and the range hood didn't sit flush like it was supposed to. On closer inspection, there was a broken piece that had broken off onto the cook top. We left the room daily and returned in the evening to find fresh towels in the bathroom and rubbish removed, which was nice....on one of the days our bed was made (I made it most days) Adina is very central so you're very close to cafes, restaurants and shops. Amazing, we'll definitely be back!!!

We stayed in a 5th floor self contained apartment in May 2024. The hotel is clean, spacious and the rooms are surprisingly quiet, considering the busy intersection where the hotel is located.||Helpful staff, very clean and room has everything you need, including full size kitchen and fridge.||Highly recommend if you are attending the Convention centre for a concert. The bar isn't accessible after a concert and the restaurant is not open for weekend breakfast, so be prepared to go into the city to eat and drink, or take your own supplies.

Besides the air-conditioning being hard to keep at a comfortable level, our stay way very enjoyable. very convenient to the Conference Centre and the city. once we discovered the short cut through level 1 to the overpass we enjoyed connecting to the city

The lady that checked us in and checked us out 10-16 June was very lovely and definitely helped make our experience more enjoyable. The rooms are a little bit dated, the main frustration was actually using the elevators and outer doors because the key slots don't read that card properly so it takes a few attempts. The rooms are cleaned daily which was quite nice to have and the location is very convenient, not far from the action of the CBD at all, majority of the city can be reached in 15-20 minute walk. It was our first time visiting Perth, and the hotel did help provide a memorable experience. I have alsp stayed with Adina previously in Sydney and would be happy to do so again.

Great location. Close to the station, shopping and food. Staff were helpful. AC was very loud in one of the bedrooms in the apartment. A great bar next to the apartments. Nice central location

Adina Apartment Hotel Perth is excellent! The apartments are modern and fully equipped, the staff is friendly and professional, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disappointed. The whole reason we chose hotel for our stay was due to the promoted heated pool and HEATED jacuzzi and we paid for the late check out so we could use these services. Neither of these things were heated to even close to an appropriate temperature. When we questioned reception on the lack of heat they informed us it was set to 20 degrees. This is not adequate to advertise yourself as having a heated pool/jacuzzi. Heated pools should be heated to between 27-30 and hot tubs/jacuzzi should be heated well into the mid 30s. Zero compensation was offered. Also promoting the fine/dining and bar available when its not open at all until 5pm I can respect and understand the restaurant/bar not being open out of peak times.. but choosing not to heat your pool or jacuzzi makes me think you're choosing to keep it cold so guests don't want to use it so you don't have to clean it. Will not be recommending to any friends or family.
