As a so-called four-star hotel and having had good experiences with Adinas in Europe I would be led to expect more from this place. I found the quality of the resort to be far from expected and more comparable to that of a Summerstar caravan park in rural WA. Firstly, housekeeping is not done every day. When we requested for it, we were declined. Aren’t there criterion for four stars to be awarded to the hotel? When the bedsheets got itchy, we requested again for housekeeping. This request was acknowledged but nothing was done- not even the dirty towels were changed or new towels provided! When towels are (rarely, if ever) provided they are dumped at the door almost like the housekeepers couldn’t care less. The beds were comfortable and a good night’s sleep was attained. However, the second bedroom door could not be shut completely and had to be forced closed with a stool. Even then, light from the living room could still seep through. Nice, I’d guess, if you fear the dark. The couch was grimy and filthy. So was the carpets. The toilets were clean but very humid and dank. The room was sufficiently big. For the price, I’d guess it was decent value for money. However, this place can barely call itself a hotel, let alone a four-star. The persons in charge at Adina had better buck up and take some pride in their operations. It’s just shameful. I wouldn’t be surprised if the housekeeper was just chilling in an empty hotel room all day. I’d love such a life. I’m glad to be staying at the Hilton when I return to Perth at the end of the month. Go in with your eyes open.

I am glad I chose this hotel. It's clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's in the center of the CBD area. So it's nearby to everything and it's convenient. Highly recommended! Note: The only thing that I don't like is the choice of gifts - A red wine change to a small chocolate. See picture.

The location is fantastic and very close to the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. Very friendly staff! The room is spacious and clean. However, a few things would need to be looked to enhance customer experience. As an example, the Philips tvs in the room are very old, the remotes are not working, and the furniture and some appliances such as the microwave are old style. Other than that, it is a good experience overall.

Partner and I booked here to attend a play at His Majesty where it was a short walk to the theatre. Plus there was lots of different restaurants to choose from for dinner along the way. Our room was a mini apartment with one bedroom. Everything kind of had that old and tried look, but was tidy and clean and we had a view of the city. However, when we returned after the play the room across the hall had cooked up a stinky curry that smelled up our whole room! For some reason it smelled worse in the bathroom even the next morning! My sleep wasn’t the best due to the bed being too hard so we both woke up with a sore shoulders. It was nice and quiet all night for sleeping until 7am where some lady out on the balcony next door was cussing to someone on the phone. Never used the shower since it was your old style bathtub with a shower. Not the easiest to get in and out of fearful of slipping. Over all it wasn’t a bad stay, but room is in need of a facelift and maybe some seal around the door to keep hallway smells out. Mentioned at checkout the smell in our room where they were very apologetic but no discount or anything forgot to mention the hard bed.

Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. There were some issues with water pressure in the kitchen sink - avoided by using the bathroom taps. We never received our complimentary bottle of wine on arrival, but service was otherwise efficient and friendly. Location was convenient with paid parking on site being convenient for our hire car.

I booked at Adina for its location to venues i was attending. After booking online i realised I need parking, so I called and was told the system was down but I could book parking. This happened three days straight so the person on the phone told me to email, so I sent an email and received one back saying regardless of the phone situation we do not book parking. I questioned as to why I have been told two different things via phone and email to which I received an email back in italics and bold again telling me they do not book parking, so I thought I would call and to my surprise I was told I could book parking. It wasn't until I told the person on the phone I had an email saying I couldn't that they back tracked and said I couldn't. That's fine I understand with limited parking you can't book but train the people answer the calls whoever they may be that your hotel can not reserve parking. The biggest shock was when I got to the room. The glassware in the cupboards were dirty, stains on the floor, stains on the couch, the dirt on the dishwasher, the inside of the bath had the enamel chipped and it was rusty, the cupboards looked like they had been melted in the bathroom and the black mould on the roof of the bathroom cupboard that housed the washer and dryer and the bathroom doors would not close or open properly. I contacted the hotel after our stay to let them know what I have written here but no reply which doesn't really surprise me. The staff didn't really seem concerned about much. Definitely in need of an overhaul. I know this wasn't limited to just my room as I spoke to another guest who was extremely upset with the condition of his room too. Very disappointed with my stay.

Rooms and service were of a good standard. Location is convenient near the heart of Perth's CBD and a stone's throw away from the Perth Convention Centre. Everything one needs for a short stay is there. Pool, Sauna on site and within walking distance to plenty of eateries and cafes. Staff were accommodating. stayed for a week and received room service once, which was fine but you'd be able to request additional service if needed. Parking is expensive at $30 per night, limited parking near the entrance otherwise there's gated parking downstairs. A heads up that security will patrol outside and you' may receive a written warning/ a friendly reminder to register for parking on your car if you don't park in the right spots.

Room was pretty dirty. No exhaust fan in bathroom so quite dank. Beds quite comfortable. Couch absolutely wasn’t. Good supply of instant coffee and tea. No hot water in our room so we were changed to another, eventually, after wasting an entire morning waiting for maintenance. Didn’t actually come here to deal with plumbers. Highly advise mgmt to check facilities before filling room. Overall opinion, spend your money elsewhere

Yelp
Spacious apartment, Modern decor, and convenient Location!!! The first thing I loved about this place is its proximity to major attraction points. Its right in front of the Perth convention center and very close to the kings park. The apartment are spacious consisting of small kitchenette, large living room with dining nook, a medium sized bedroom and good sized toilet. The apartment is clean and finished with modern decor. I just had issues with the bed as it was somewhat hard. the staff was friedly and helpful! Amenities: Washer dryer in unit. Also, you get 100MB free per day and you can pay 9$ for unlimited excess. There's extra fee of 30$ for parking/day as well. There's a restaurant downstairs which is little pricey but you can grab quick breakfast.

Yelp
If you have to stay in Perth for an Extended period of time, it doesnt get much better than this place. Located in the heart of the CBD, it has easy access to the downtown area, and is close to the bus station. Woolworths and the Hays Street Mall is only a 10 minute walk from here. The best feature about this place - LARGE rooms for a reasonable price, I was staying at a corporate rate, so I got in under 200$ / night, I'm not sure that's the norm, but given that you get a little kitchenette, a Washer and Dryer, a separate bedroom , and a little patio, this was a great deal ! Also - you'll get charged for parking , and Internet usage - so be sure to budget for that. Friendly staff, though they appear to be college kids, so expect to tell them something two or three times before it gets sorted out.

Yelp
It was nice but the the first problem was trynna get to the level our hotel room was on.the view isn't so nice because you see the esplanade station and you hear the buses all the time.the bathroom cupboards and draws probably need a update.an pushing two beds together isnt counted as a king or queen size bed either

Yelp
I was in Perth for a week on business and this was a difficult place to stay. The location is excellent as my meeting was at the convention center which is right across the courtyard. However, that's where the positives end. The Internet is an absolute joke. The connection is lousy and even when you are connected the speed is worse than dial up. My colleagues and I routinely had to try to access the Internet at 3am when there were the fewest possible guests online to even get anything done. My room was a studio and the bed was pretty bad. It was a "king" bed which was actually two twin beds pushed together. The mattresses were rather uncomfortable and there were two very thin pillows included. Uncomfortable to say the least. I was expecting laundry services in the room, but found there to be none. I wasn't made aware of a laundromat in the building and was simply told sorry, no laundry available. Finally, the restaurant in the lobby leaves a lot to be desired. All in all, I gave them 2 stars for the location. However, I would rather stay at the Hilton that is just a block further away and not have to deal with everything I mentioned above.
