Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Central

Great place to stay if catching the country link train or for a couple of days in the city! Nice clean room with tea & coffee facilities. You can get Menulog out front of lobby. Though food Cafes & restaurants are handy. The train station is only a minute walk . The reception is very friendly & extremely helpful. We needed some more pillows & reception were very accommodating.. brought them to our room. Our room was very quite, the cleaner was very friendly. We use to use this place before covid because of proximity to the country platform, so didn't hesitate using it again when we needed to travel regional. Has reverse cycle air-conditioning & TV, clean comfortable bed. Highly recommend

A short walk from Central station with immaculately clean lobby and rooms. Also a large parcel was left by a friend for 5 days before we arrived and they thought nothing of it. Josh and other young lady on reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are nothing short of above comfortable and just shy of luxury. Laundry and fully functional kitchen as well as a very comfortable living room. I would highly recommend and will be back!

The location is most excellent and convenient, right on central station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The two floor apartments feature a full kitchen, including all tools, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher. Even a washing machine and dryer are provided. Air-conditioning is a must. The bed is comfortable. I'm not assigning five stars only because I believe the noise insulation - both for the outside and the other rooms - could be better. The air con is not very quiet either. But I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Theater weekend away with girls. When making decision on accommodation close by to venue n transport was very satisfied. Request for 2bed appartment with 2 bathrooms was granted at a very reasonable price. I asked for 4 single beds as 4 in party. The room was perfect n request carried out. The staff were ever so friendly, professional n helpful with any questions. The room was on the 1st floor n thinking we'd have noise due to busy location and Saturday night. Motel was heavily booked but not a peep from other guests along with outside noise. Clean, spacious comfy bed with all amenities taken care off. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone staying in Sydney. Many thanks Adina

Good clean rooms at a very convenient location. TV was super old and didn't really have any free entertainment options which sucks when all you want to do is kick back and watch TV. Staff were nice. It's not a holiday destination but a good spot to stay between travels.

Day staff had little idea on what was booked as had a late check out for the next day. Was stated that on booking and paid for as well plus ordered a king size bed which they didn’t have in the room already. Had to wait for half an hour after arriving for them to make sure the room was ready. Terrible customer service from night staff. How can people talk to others without respect. Not once did I disrespect them or was loud. They definitely had a power trip that night. Very uncomfortable beds. I feel in pain from the night sleep and can hardly move my neck. Never again will I go there.

I stayed here for 3 nights in one of the penthouse lofts. The room was very well kept and the hotel is in an excellent location. It was my anniversary and the staff put swan towels, chocolate, wine and a lovely note on the bed for us. Amy and Josh at the reception are amazing and very professional. Would definitely stay again.

I gave 5 star as I found it super accessible location and clean, comfy beds. Neat clean bathroom. All facility is excellent except the bad carpet and couch in the living. The carpet is in fair condition and stained at many places. The couch has minor smell and lots of stains. But these things can be ignored when everything else is exceeding expectations. Kitchen has everything what you need for 4 ppl. Everything in the apartment is working and functional, kettle toaster cooktop microwave oven fridge.

Got the bi-level 'penthouse' and love that we have a balcony and upstairs... these apartments are better than the standard hotels because they include full kitchens with plates and utensils as well as laundry... yet housekeeping come to clean and bring fresh towels. This location is great for train travel around the city and from the airport

Hotel is in a very grubby and poor area of Sydney. It is, however, located next to the major central train station which is convenient to get to and from the airport and intra city trips. No hotel dining facilities exist but you do have the whole of fabulous Sydney to chose from! Rooms uncomfortable and basic but clean. If you need a basic, low cost hotel that you don't want to spend any time in, then this place is an OK choice.

We opted for the Bed and Breakfast option to have breakfast at the restaurant next door to the hotel. The restaurant had no options for breakfast- basically just eggs. We ordered gluten free toast for myself and eggs for my friend. The waitress brought it to us as one entree- all of the eggs were on top of my toast. When we sent it back, the toast came back totally white not toasted at all. When I complained about that, the waitress stuck her finger on my toast to show where it was a tiny bit browned. We were disgusted and left. When we returned from our day, we tried to get into our room and our key wouldn't open the door. We went down to the front desk and they sent someone up to try the override key. This didn't work either. Then, they brought maintenance up and it took 20 mins for them to finally get the door open. We received a call later from the front desk asking us to change rooms as they weren't sure they could get the door changed in a proper amount of time. We have a meeting to attend shortly so this wasn't an option. They were very rude and said this was the only option. After much discussion, they sent maintenance back up and the door was fixed in 5 minutes. Honestly, this hotel is just all over the place with no real administration. It's fine and comfortable but it hasn't been worth the trouble.

Never ever stay here, ever! There was a fire alarm evacuation last night and we were told it was the second inside of a week. Which was interesting because the first thing we said when we walked in was that the little box that the mini-fridge is crammed into is very hot due to no room for air circulation. Our room smelled like smoke when we woke up on the non-fire alarm day when we had turned off th a/c. The windows are painted shut so you can't get fresh air in the room, you think you can when you look at it, because it was designed to open, but you can't. There was hair on the bed when we first got in, there is also a strange stain on the curtains. Housekeeping didn't know how to work the thermostat, and when we complained about the smoke smell they just sprayed some green disinfectant on the edge of the carpet. I'm also not sure anyone that works here speaks English.
