We stayed here for 6 days. I love that there is a kitchen, fridge, and washer/dryer. ||The hotel is across from the main station and is convenient for taking different transportation modes and groceries. The apartment is bigger than a typical hotel room so our stay was very comfortable. The front staff did tell us that our room would be cleaned on day 3 and we were able to reach out to front desk if we needed any towels or tablets for the washer in between cleaning day. We didn’t need daily cleaning anyway, so, this didn’t bother us at all. ||Location is safe and I definitely recommend staying here.

Very very very pleasant stay here! Loved that it's near the train station enough to be convenient but also far enough to be private. Rooms were huge and clean, there's a washer/dryer and even provided detergent. Service was amazing, the reception ladies were always very helpful in whatever we needed. We even left the luggage till 9pm (on checkout day), used the shower and towels. Highly recommend stays here if you are around Vienna!

This is a lovely Aparthotel within close walking distance of Vienna’s Hbf main train station plus the D-line tram and Belvedere Palaces. The convenience of the location, coupled with its quiet environment and high quality offering and services makes this an excellent choice for both tourists and business travellers. We were intrigued how many kitchen appliances and equipment could be assembled in a confined space and we enjoyed both dining in and eating out nearby. The pool and sauna are also clean and of good size and quality. Above all, we were welcomed warmly and the staff were very friendly. We have stayed with this chain of accommodation in many cities, and we would rate this one as amongst the best.

The staff is nice but the rules of the house might not be very friendly. You need to go to reception for replenishment instead of being sent to your room; and the equipments in the room are not very easy to use. For instance, you cannot lower the temperature of the shower, the screen sharing function of the TV keeps going wrong, the cups prepared for tooth brushing are very dirty. But overall it is a very nice place to stay.

It only takes about a 5-minute walk to the train station. There are many fast-food restaurants nearby, and also supermarkets, which makes it very convenient to buy groceries and cook in the hotel. The room was clean and came with a kitchen, though the cooking utensils may not be fully sufficient. One time, we suspected that something might have been stolen from our room, so we went to the reception for help. They immediately realized the seriousness of the situation, spent a long time talking with us, and even asked the manager to assist. In the end, it turned out to be a false alarm, but their patience really impressed me. We stayed here as a family for seven nights and really enjoyed our stay

This hotel is very well situated near the Hauptbahnhof and just about any mass transit stop (bus, tram, U-Bahn). While not in the center of the “action,” it’s a nice quiet area surrounded by corporate buildings. However, you can get into the old town within minutes by mass transit . Our studio apt was very clean, modern, and had a washer/dryer — very rare for hotels and much appreciated since we’re light packers. The staff is excellent and efficient, and the little touches (free apples at the front desk, free extra coffee pods upon request) make it very special. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!
