Adina Apartment Hotel Vienna Belvedere

We spent three nights in this hotel while staying in Vienna and had a very pleasant stay. We were out everyday and using it as a base so mainly just slept here on a night but had no complaints. The rooms were spacious, clean with modern nicely furnished decor. We used the spa twice during our stay, the pool is quite small and the temperature was cold but we were the only ones in there on both occasions so the size wasn't that bad in the end and the sauna was good. Overall a great stay during our travels as the hotel was so close to the train station.

Ideally located just a five-minute walk from the main train station, The location is unbeatable, just a 5-minute walk from the main train station, making travel effortless. ​The room was fully equipped with everything needed to cook, which felt like a home away from home. I also appreciated the self-laundry on the -2 floor; just download the app to reserve your washer or dryer. Truly convenient!

My week + a day at the Adina was exceptional. My room was clean and cozy. Equipped with refrigerator, washer/dryer combo, dishwasher, cooking and dining utensils, and an electric stove-top, the unit offered all the amenities for an extended and hassle-free stay. The staff, especially Sophie, were incredibly friendly and helpful. Being located near the local metro/tram station made quick trips to/from Vienna’s city center incredibly convenient. There is a small grocery within walking distance for last minute snacks and to re-stock the fridge. Do yourself a favor and check out the pool and sauna at the end of a day full of sightseeing. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

I stayed in a wheelchair-accessible room there for 5 nigths with my rolling girlfriend and it was 95% OK for her, the foldable shower-seat was very low (they gave us a small other seat as an alternative instead) and there was no shower-curtain in the bathroom. And the breakfast-buffet doesn´t really offer much choice if you are vegan or eat gluten-free ... But otherwise its very modern, staff were superfriendly, we even had a washing-machien & dryer in our mini-appartment and the location is great, just a minute walk form the main train station and with direct connection to the old town of Vienna by both tram or underground.

Beautiful clean hotel. Had great facilities with pool and gym which we didn't use on this occasion. The apartment was awesome with everything you need fir either short or long stay. We utilised the washer/ dryer which was excellent. Utilised all the kitchen. Staff were very welcoming and accomodating. Highly recommend

Convenient location just minutes from the train and tram. Due to the proximity to the train station, you are also offered the convenience of the stores at the train station - which includes a decent sized Interspar. 10 min walk to Belvedere Palace. ||Bed is quite comfortable. Even the sofa bed wasnt bad. There is a tub in the bathroom. My husband was quite happy with the rain shower. Washer/dryer available. The kitchen is stocked with the basics, along with a dishwasher. They supply laundry detergent and dishwasher tablets. If you run out, you can get more from the front desk, same with the coffee/ tea in the room. The space is quite small. There is minimal counter space. With 2 large suitcases, both had to be kept in the room, with one kept in the corner by the bed. ||There is a small gym, and a pool with sauna. My husband found the pool quite cold, although our daughter didn't mind it. ||Underground paid parking available. The parkade is bright and the spots are fairly spacious by European standards. ||There is water and a bowl of apples by the front desk. ||I had issues with the wifi, the signal kept dropping for me. ||Extensive cable channels to choose from, English channels included, although only 1 English family channel (Nickelodeon). ||This place would be perfect if the rooms were just a bit larger. As a family of 4, we felt a bit cramped. Adjoining rooms might have been a bit more comfortable.

Unfortunately the cleaning service definitely needs improvement. In both of the apartments we booked, there were sticky marks on the furniture, the floors were poorly vacuumed, and it was clear that under the beds hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. The cabinet handles were also dirty, and there were insects running around the apartment — which is absolutely unacceptable for this price range. Apart from that, the location is excellent, the building itself is nice and modern, and the interiors are stylish and comfortable. The kitchenettes are very well equipped, and the beds are comfortable. A big plus is the gym, swimming pool, and sauna — great options for guests. With better cleaning standards, this place would be a very good choice.

Next to the main train station - the area is nice and a little business like. Would recommend this hotel for families - the washing machine proved to be a life saver and the kitchen is fully equipped. The staff is generally super accommodating, a true plus. If you are looking for a place to stay during a city trip to Vienna with kids (or if you just like to have an fully equipped apartment instead of a hotel room) we would 100% this hotel. Can’t go wrong!
