A lot of recent reviews are fairly accurate. I spent two nights here. The location is exceptional, right down from Wien HBF which is convenient to take the U1 line into the city centre (Stephansplatz). The room itself was clean and efficient. That is where a lot of the positives end: - Staff was consistently overwhelmed and were quite curt and in cases rude when something was being addressed (check in/check out, location of facilities, etc) or witnessing other patrons being treated poorly when also engaging with staff. Only one working computer the day I checked in which caused some delays. - Only one functional elevator, which created delays going to and from the room. I used the stairwell for more convenient access (but know most people aren’t going to traverse 5 flights of stairs) -Rooms are cleaned once per week, on Mondays, so do not expect daily cleaning or turn down services. - Basic cooking utensils are available in the kitchenette in your room, but a more extensive package can be requested from the front desk at an additional cost of €25. - Although I did not have breakfast included with my stay, the location of this is at another Adina property around the corner, which to me seems inconvenient and defeats the purpose of purchasing to begin with. Overall, excellent location to the main railway station metro access. But experience at hotel was subpar. Your money will be better spent elsewhere.

I was a tad nervous given some of the reviews but honestly it was basically everything we hoped it would be. Room was huge for the price with an equally large bathroom. I'm not sure what people are expecting from a place for this price but it was extremely good value in Vienna which can be very pricey. Only issue I had with the staff (which others have mentioned bad things about) was a mixup on checkout about whether I owed anything which I knew I didn't. They were still very friendly and understanding through the mixup and eventually told me it was all fine. Aside from that everyone I dealth with was very friendly and professional.

The hotel location is superb. Just 120m from Wein Main station. There is one receptionist Hassan that I want to give him a 200% good review as he is welcoming, warm and friendly to explaining everything we want to know. All my teammates have the same thought. We met total of 4 staff in our 3 nights stay and Hassan is the best among all. The room is clean when we check in with towel supply but they only provide one bottle of mineral water for a twin sharing room and there won’t be any housekeeping service for guest rented less than a week. These are the off side about the hotel.

I'm very glad I booked 3 nights here. Our room is spacious, clean and modern style with good AC, the quilt and pillow are so so comfy. The location is perfect, only 5mins walk from the HBF station. The tram D is nearby within 4mins walk and you will find the main attractions.9/10, since they don't have the cleaning service, you have to drop your trash in the room on -2 floor and ask for the extra towel if you need. But the staff are friendly with a 24 hour front desk. Overall very excellent experience, we enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna! The location was so convenient, right next to the Hauptbahnhof Central Train Station. (Note that you can walk through the station and exit via the exit nearest to Burger King)The room was also very spacious and comfortable. Recommend!

I stayed at Adina Serviced Apartments in Vienna in a three nights stay at the end of August 2025. Very smooth check in, they managed to give me my room eventhough I was in two hours early of check in time, very good service. Hotel room was big, nice and clean, bed is very comfortable, bathroom worked fine - and there is a little kitchen, a little pot and frying pan, and plates and cutlery for two. The apartment also have a dining table, TV and a fridge with a frost department.|The hotel is situated very close to Vienna Central station conveniently for the three stop metro train (U 1) trip to Stephans Church in central Vienna and a good 15 minutes train ride from Vienna airport. Supermarkets and shops are very near at the Central station, and restaurants and cafés also at the central station or on the square in front of the hotel. The hotel is absolutely recommendable and very covenient situated.

We faced internet disruption in the first 2 days in our stay in Adina serviced apartments, we asked to check out and have refund for the remaining as there is no internet and they rejected the request. The room is poor in many aspects, no free tea, cofee, sugar as in other hotels, no iron or iron table. Although we paid whole amount in check in, they asked for extra 25 Euros while check out claiming it for kitchen box !!! It should be 2 stars not more. if i will go next time to vienna i will go to Novotel, just their neighbor and much better service.

Good stay with location close to central station. Cafes and supermarkets nearby, transport is just kins away from hotel. Hotel provides hand soap/body/shampoo . Theres a mini kitchen, with kettle provided. Theres also washing machine and dryer within hotel which requires seperate payment via app. Theres also a car park underneath which also requires payment at the machine before exiting. Always nice to stay here after 3 visits.
