Adina Serviced Apartments Vienna

Just opposite the train station. Room is good and clean. Has an Aldi under so very convenient.|The only thing is no coffee or tea station in the lobby or in the room. |Has laundry facilities unfree so very convenient and reasonable price. Would stay again if I go to Vienna.

The hotel is in a central location, which was very convenient. Even on Sundays, many shops nearby were open, making it easy to find food and necessities. One thing to note is that towel replacement and similar services don’t come regularly, so you need to be aware of that. Aside from that, I was generally satisfied with my stay.

Great location. Apartment has everything to cover basic needs. All additional services are not included in the price. It is very close to Wien Hbf - Vienna Central Train Station. Quiet place.

First the good then the not so good. Property is a short walk from Vienna Central station which is really convenient. Room is spacious and facilities are new which is a rare occurrence here. However the front desk seems to have little clues. We were repeatedly redirected between 2 staff while checking in and were asked to pay eur 25 for sofa beds which was part of the room we paid for. It was only upon insistence and showing correspondence were the additional charges waived. Overall good hardware but need to manage the expectations of the staff here.

Nice, clean and quiet rooms near the train station. BUT hotel services are very poor and well below expectations for Adina. - There was only one staff member at reception. They were always busy with other customers and slow. The staff were also not very knowledgeable or helpful - they couldn't recommend a restaurant nearby, couldn't help us with laundry issues and didn't communicate how housekeeping and laundry work. - Despite being a service apartment, Adina doesn't provide kitchen utensils, or any basics like salt, tea, coffee. - Only a few laundry machines are available, in the basement. You need to download an app and pay 12 EUR for a wash and 30mins drying. We had an issue with the dryer and reception were unable to help - only telling us there was a laundromat somewhere on the other side of the train station. - Only once a week room cleaning Pretty poor service. I've stayed at Adina and other serviced apartments in other cities around the world and this is the most stingy hotel.

Average stay. Having just come from a fantastic Air BnB in Krakow for half the price of this we found it very underwhelming. ||Air conditioning is not air conditioning at all, rather a fan vent that we left on the whole duration of our 4 night stay and it only dropped the temperature from 23° to 21°.||There was basic cooking items (one pan, a frying pan and spatula) however if you wanted additional equipment it was an extra €25! There was a 2 ring hob but no oven.|There was a microwave though so easier to get ready meals if you don’t plan to eat out. ||The tv is not a smart tv but did have ‘chrome cast’ but this was very temperamental and we ended up watching Netflix via the iPad. ||Lighting wasn’t great, either super bright or dark. ||We only found the rooftop terrace on the last night as we were not made aware of this on check in but it could do with some TLC. ||Positives:|The room was a good size and the location is great with just being a 2 min walk to central station, there is an Aldi and lovely restaurant just across the precinct.

Excellent location close to the Hauptbahnhof, though in a surprisingly quiet area. Room (studio twin) spacious and comfortable with all the amenities needed for our stay. The wifi is stable and fast and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Zero complaints, would stay again!
