Adirondack Lake Cabins

The perfect location to experience all the Adirondacks have to offer including hiking, water sports, and the most beautiful scenery around. Our cabin was clean and cozy and we loved enjoying our morning coffee with a view of beautiful Adirondack Lake. DON’T miss out on staying here if you’re in Indian Lake!

A perfect cabin, perfect location directly across from the lake, fire pits with wood was a great touch, cabin was very comfortable especially with the screened porch! The owner was extremely pleasant to talk with on the phone.

Booked a last minute winter getaway to the ADK and loved our stay. Queen bed and bunk beds were cozy with a great main room with an eating nook and small kitchenette great for cooking breakfast. TV was enjoyed by the kids. Heat was great and hot water in the shower. Friendly service and very clean! Central to all kids of winter fun. Cross country skiing at Garnet Hill was amazing (we were first timers) and is super close to Gore. Off to sled and skate in Speculator now. Fantastic weekend!

We stayed in cabin 7 recently. Cabins are very clean and organized. Great location near all amenities. Highly recommend Adirondack Lake Cabins. I will be returning for another stay in the near future.

Stayed an extended period of time in the cabins, I can’t express enough how wonderful these cabins are they may be little but they hold a big punch. They have everything you need in them. You have a beautiful view of the water and impeccable cleanliness and the beds are comfy.

We had the best stay in Cabin #7! The cabin was clean and cozy, and comfortably fit me, my husband, our child, and our dog. It had all the basic amenities we needed, and the view of the lake was amazing and relaxing! We did takeout our first night and used the on-site grill our second night - both very convenient! Also lots of trails and bodies of water nearby. Cassie was extremely friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be back!

Our second trip to Adirondack Lake Cabins was just as amazing as our first. Again, the cabins are clean, cozy, and have everything you need for an amazing stay. The location lends itself to having lots to do. It was a short drive to finding a favorite mountain hike and we carried our kayaks across road and kayaked with the loons. Beautiful setting! Indian Lake is a great community with fun eateries and friendly people. Highly recommend staying at Adirondack Lake Cabins. Jake and Cassie will help you have a wonderful stay. We will be back again soon!

Jake and Cassie, the owners, are so friendly and accommodating! - just amazing! They outdid themselves with the cabin accommodations as well as the "extra" touches outside to make the stay welcoming and cozy. We stayed in Cabin 2 - cozy, adorable, clean, and just perfect for a getaway weekend. The cabin allows easy lake access to kayak (we carried ours easily across the road for both a sunset kayak as well as a morning kayak with the loons). We hiked during the day and relaxed on the enclosed porch to watch the lake. Amazing trip! We will definitely return!

We had a family event that necessitated a lodging for folks out of state ,with one cabin where we could cook and "host" people who were staying in the smaller cabins. This place worked, not only as a perfect location for us to have this large family gathering, but in its location to other places we wanted to visit. The largest cabin was well stocked with a gorgeous stove/oven and ample eating area. The bunk room downstairs meant we could jam in many folks in one main location. There were three bathrooms in the house! Our friends/family, who spilled over in the nearby cabins ,loved them. The beds were comfortable and the vibe was truly ADK without being over-the-top. This place would be perfect for a large family gathering. It would also be great to stay for smaller ones. The fire pit out back was stocked and ready for us to go, but there was a thunderstorm. It is the ADKs, after all. I think it is a perfect location to nearby Blue Mountain Lake, and very close to the "town centre" of Indian Lake where there is a tiny movie theatre and some of the best BBQ ever at Willie's (when it is opened). I would love to come in the winter, as there are cozy fireplaces in some of the cabins. BTW, as I read some complaints about road noise, I have to add that I was in the big cabin with the master bed's window looking out at Lake Adirondack from across Rt. 28, and there are some cars that go by. Nothing disturbed my sleep, and I am a light sleeper. What traffic there is, and it is nothing compared to most town standards, dies right down at night. It is not as if you're on a busy suburban street! I did hear loons in the early morning, and that is well worth being on the side nearest the lake. If you want complete silence and a true ADK experience, you need to backpack out to a wilderness area (which I recommend), but even campgrounds are bustling and noisy. This spot is perfect for the person who wants to enjoy the views, visit the museum, take smaller hikes, and eat some top-notch BBQ. If you want at place to stay comfortably, prepare meals, use the fire pit and charcoal grills, and have access to the lake and some of the restaurants in the area, this place cannot be beat. Plus, Cassie and Jake, the owners, are wonderfully responsive and can set you up for a terrific rafting trip. I will be back.

Wonderful rustic retreat! Our cabin was charming. It was attractive, clean and we had nice view of Lake Adirondack. We loved being close enough to walk into town. The little kitchen very adequate for our stay and one day it rained and we enjoyed just staying in the cabin with the fireplace on. The view of Lake Adirondack is nice and enjoyed seeing a float plane taking off and landing. We will be returning!!

Use to be a good place to stay. New owners bumped up the prices and put bunk beds in. Use to stay there all the time. Never again.

This is my go to place to get away. We have been here many times & it is always excellent no matter what time of year. Located right across the street from Lake Adirondack its the perfect location for snowmobiling, skiing, fishing, kayaking & swimming. The owners are super nice & always accommodating. Cabins are always immaculately clean & cozy. Couldn't get our vehicle started this morning... it's 4°F, and Cassie(one of the owners) brought us a cord to plug it in. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Right on the busy road! If you like road noise, this is the place for you. Can't even sit outside, too noisy! Cute cabin, but way over priced. We paid $1675 for a week and left after 3 days. Couldn't sleep! No waterfront access except public place on the other side of the highway--ugh, also noisy! Owner was sweet but that doesn't make up for it. Of course you don't see the road in any of the pictures.

We loved our cabin. Exactly what we were looking for. Super clean, cozy and gives you the complete ADK feel. Close to so many nearby hikes and lakes that we wanted to explore. loved that Indian lake had everything we needed but is not overcrowded with tourist. Perfect getaway. Can't wait to go back.

my family and I had the pleasure of staying in the main house which was beautiful! waking up so close to the lake in the beautiful Adirondacks was an amazing experience. access to the cabin and amenities was very easy and simple process 10/10 will be coming back to stay in the future!

We stayed in cabin 4 and it the most splendid view of the lake, wow! The cleanliness of the cabin was really impressive as well. We are so excited to have found Adirondack Lake Cabins. We've already booked our trip for next year!

had the best time at the main house with my family over the winter! such a beautiful house & location. Lobed that Gore Ski Mountain was only a short distance away & can't wait to come back in the summer!
