Aditya Resort

This was our third stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The friendliness and hospitality of the staff, impeccable cleanliness of the hotel, and unique designs of the rooms make us want to keep revisiting it. This time we came to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff went above and beyond to make our day memorable, decorating the room with candles, a delicious cake, tropical fruits and sweets, all complimentary of the hotel. We loved the private pool experience, which offered a beautiful view of the ocean. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. We always enjoy borrowing a book from the little library area, which has a wide variety of interesting books. Direct access to a scenic stretch of the beach is a plus!

I truly enjoyed every moment of my stay at the resort. Everything was simply amazing, from the antique-inspired interior and exterior design that gave off such a peaceful and calming vibe, to the beautifully maintained room that was fully facilitated and in excellent condition. It felt like every detail was carefully thought out to offer both comfort and charm. The entire atmosphere made it a memorable experience. And the meals, absolutely unforgettable! If I could rate the cuisine, it would easily be a 10/10. Every dish was delicious beyond words. I’ll definitely have a visit again!

We spent two weeks at this hotel in a pool suite and agree with other reviews that this is a splendid hotel.|Do not be put off by the very unimpressive entrance off the main road. Once you reach the hotel everything is very well laid out and maintained. Our villa Shakti (they do not have room numbers) had a reception area with very comfortable seats and a mini kitchen including a full sized fridge well stocked with drinks. The main bedroom area was very spacious with a large sitting area leading onto a large patio with no fewer than ten different seats incluing two bean bags on the patio and two sun loungers in the garden area. The bathroom area was very large and well equipped.|During the whiole stay the housekeeping team maintained a very high standard of cleaning and the garderners and pool staff attended everyday.|We were on a half board package which we seemed best as we did not see any other restaurants nearby. The food and service were excellent for the whole stay.|All in, a first class hotel and we will return.

We had the most incredible experience at Aditya for our honeymoon stay. The whole team at Aditya (especially Mr. Susil, the kitchen staff, and the spa staff) helped make this the best vacation! True, 5-star Sri Lankan hospitality can be experienced here from every individual you interact with. The location is incredibly serene as well, with a private beachfront with scenic views. Some highlights of the stay were the fresh and tasty food from the kitchen as well as the incredible ayurvedic couples massage through the in-house spa. The team at Aditya also helped arrange a beautiful, private beachside dinner for us, making our stay even more special. We will 100% be back here for our next visit to Sri Lanka!

This was truly a 5 star experience from beginning to end! From the warm welcome and efficient check in on arrival to the very spacious and luxurious suite and to the absolute superb food. We genuinely couldn't fault this hotel in any aspect at all, and we have traveled all over the world. This was a special treat for our 41st wedding anniversary and it didn't disappoint! The very professional team which seamlessly keep the Aditiya Resort running so efficiently are an absolute credit to their management and owners. You can tell when people love what they're doing and really do care about their customers/guests satisfaction, we will definitely visit again and are very happy to give Aditya Resort our 100% personal recommendation.

I have only good things to say! I have recently stayed at Aditya with my family and loved it so much that we are already planning another stay. All the stuff was super friendly and very helpful. Lifeguards are attentive and on alert, barman makes the best drinks and the food was the best food I ever had in Sri Lanka (visited many times). The hotel is small and beautiful and it’s not located in busy touristic place (which I was so happy about). You can watch mongooses, bats and squirrels while having your food in the restaurant. The place itself and very pretty looking, calm and has great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

We went as a group of 4 friends and booked in at Aditya Resorts which turned out to be the most unforgettable stay of our lives. The property is beach facing with stunning views, aesthetic rooms and excellent amenities. Warmth and attentiveness of the staff, truly stood out thoughout our stay starting from pre-arrival arrangements following through the entire stay. Every meal served at Aditya is DELICIOUS and we cannot say enough about it. One needs to experience it. We genuinely felt pampered and cared by Aditya staff.||Aditya also has a suite of excursions that we can choose from. We opted for the madhu river safari which was an excellent experience and a must do! In addition, there is village cycling and city tours which is all recommended if you are first time in Galle. In addition, Christelle Spa in Aditya is a definite must visit with the best inhouse spa massage services. We cannot stop raving about all the services that we received while there. The resort will not let you down if you are to plan a stay there.||BIG thank you to the entire team of Aditya for facilitating the entire stay and helping us create beautiful friendship memories.
