I would like to share our experience at this hotel.
It was highly recommended by friends as a fantastic place with exceptional service — the kind of place one can return to again and again. At the same time, they mentioned that the service had declined in recent years.
Now that we finally visited, I can say the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast excellent, and the property itself truly lovely. However, the reception staff were not as attentive as expected — a few important details were forgotten.
What truly disappointed us, though, was a very unpleasant experience in the spa — perhaps the worst we’ve ever had. We asked to speak with the hotel manager, hoping at least for an apology, but no one responded. We left the hotel without a single word of acknowledgment.
We usually stay at five-star properties of this level, yet we have never encountered such poor communication or indifference.
If attention to detail and outstanding service matter to you, unfortunately, this is not the right place.
I sincerely hope the hotel management reads this review, as we truly wished to speak in person but felt completely ignored. This message is simply a reminder to be more attentive to your guests.
