We keep coming back to M Gallery Admiral Hotel because it is not just well placed in Manila with a great view of the bay. From the moment we arrived, the staff impressed us with their warm and courteous demeanor. They were consistently attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met without us having to ask twice. Whether it was assistance with luggage, local recommendations, or special requests, every team member we interacted with was helpful, and genuinely eager to make our stay comfortable. Their exceptional service truly made a difference and added a personal touch to our experience. Special mention to Janvir, at Front Desk, for his attention to detail. Kudos!

Wow! We’ve stayed at some stunning hotels this fortnight but this hotel is incredible. We’ve just checked in and everyone is exceptional - the customer service is outstanding and property is beautiful. Everything looks shiny and new and the people here are brilliant. Ivan from the front desk, Ryan from concierge and Val from Guest Experience are huge assets to this hotel. Incredible! Dexter who makes the drinks is brilliant - he is so entertaining and friendly. He has absolutely gone the extra mile during every interaction! I am so impressed already and can’t wait for the 4 days at this hotel. We will be sharing and promoting this hotel as much as we can. So so so impressed!! We just came from Fairmont Makati and wish we had just booked here for longer. They were great but this is exceptional. The personalisation in particular is super special - I am still wowed by how personalised this checkin process was!

The check in time is not as early as I hoped it would, it took 2hrs before the room is ready I was patient because I did ask for the availability of the upgrade. I was told I got a room upgrade, but it doesn’t feel like it as it’s located on the lowest floor and have a view of a street side. |While waiting, I had lunch on the El Atrio, because even Im a Gold level member its not enough to be on members only lounge, you have to be platinum or diamond to get in. |The lunch I had is disappointing, the risotto have parts uncooked, when I bring it to the attention of the staff, it was replaced and with complimentary fruit platters. |We had plated dinner and the plates are small. |My friend finds the chicken wings not fully cooked when brought to attention of the staff, she said it wasn’t but still replaced with a new one. For a 1000 peso dozen chicken wings its very underwhelming. We also had a mac and cheese and we could not guess what kind of cheese was there if there is any. |I suggest you remove the non spirit orange coffee because thats just blech. As much as we wanted to have the afternoon tea, unfortunately the Filipino “twist” is just not for us. The chocolate batirol wasn’t available as well. |The tainted glass design is nice. The room cleanliness is ok. For whatever reason that the laundry bag and tray is on my bed when I entered I don’t know. |The breakfast is ok. |Renz is very helpful.

Manila - MGallery, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel I’ve experienced in Manila. From the comfortable bed and high-quality amenities to the exceptionally attentive staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the room design made my stay both relaxing and luxurious. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar — the view was absolutely stunning, and the cocktails were top-notch. I also enjoyed the buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of both local and international dishes. Special thanks to Valerie, whose service was warm, professional, and truly memorable. She made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. If you're visiting Manila and looking for a high-end, relaxing experience with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Admiral Hotel Manila. I will definitely be coming back.

You can experience the warmth and presence of Filipino culture while staying at the Admiral Hotel. The staff is very accommodating. A special thanks goes out to Alyana, Vianne, Albert, Renz, and Chef Jullie, who ensure that all of our requests and needs are met. The cuisine is also excellent!

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would come back. Good points include the helpful and courteous staff, cozy room, and nice interiors of both the hotel lobby and the room. Food at both the buffet and in the speakeasy bar was delicious and reasonably priced. Areas of improvement include consistency of service, missing items in the room-like the pillow menu, electrical sockets in the room need replacing, some are too loose already and work desk needs thorough cleaning to get rid of glass stains.

We chose the hotel since the location can commute to tourist attractions easily. What I did not expect is staff hospitality. They are very attentive and very helpful. The food quality is quite good but some local menus are not my cup of tea.

It was such a pleasurable, and delighted experience here the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us, even with one of the staff members securing a van so we can get to one of our important destinations, despite getting stuck in the flood along the way, but ultimately reaching our destination. I could not have expected that anywhere else and we were blown away by the consistent friendly, courteous, and professional service they provided. The rooms were luxuriously pleasant and has hands down has made it to my list of one of the best hotel experiences I’ve stayed at. Thank you guys at Admiral Hotel Manilla!

There's numerous Accor and hotel options to choose from, but something convinced me to stay at this one. Once I got here I understood why my spider senses were correct. The decor was clean and they gave me a welcome drink. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They told they're still in the soft opening stages so only a few floors are open. The decor and ambiance was premium and unique. There was a bar/cafe on the bottom floor if you needed anything before 10pm. Overall this is a great option if your in downtown Manila for a few nights. It's affordable, new and walkable to the mall.

Most wonderful stay! The staff is so proffesional and the rooms are cozy. Food was great and the pool area is relaxing although the pool is quite small ( no laps). But it was a great experience
