I had a wonderful experience at the breakfast buffet. The reception team (Alyana,Donne, Jobea, Joshua)were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The servers were not only attentive but also incredibly polite, ensuring my needs were met without being intrusive. Their smiles and courteous manner set such a pleasant tone for the morning. The food selection was fresh and well-presented, and their service made the entire experience even more enjoyable.

This review is based on a one-night stay after our original hotel had a sprinkler issue, so please keep that in mind. The Admiral Hotel has a very unique Filipino-Spanish boutique style. The building itself is beautiful, but a combination of the dim lighting, rainy weather, and "Clue" mystery game-style decor created an atmosphere that I found comically creepy. The narrow elevator also felt a bit claustrophobic.|Upon entering our room, we were greeted by large wall portraits of historical figures, which, combined with the dim lighting, was a bit startling. My wife thought it was "special," but I was serious about turning on every light to make the room feel less like a haunted mansion.||Setting the decor aside, the room was comfortable and served its purpose for the night. The bathroom was magnificent with its white and gold marble, though the shower pressure was a bit weak. They provided an espresso machine with various coffee flavors, which coffee lovers would appreciate. I, however, enjoyed the selection of four different kinds of TWG tea.||The staff were friendly but seemed a bit reserved, waiting for us to approach them first. The beautiful infinity pool unfortunately lacked shade and was closed due to a lightning and thunder alert before we could use it.|Ultimately, our stay was short and uneventful. While the hotel wasn't for me personally—I prefer my luxury hotels without a "haunted mansion" vibe—I can see how someone like my teenage son might love the unique decor and special features, like the secret door in the hotel!

Manila - MGallery, and I can confidently say it’s the best hotel I’ve experienced in Manila. From the comfortable bed and high-quality amenities to the exceptionally attentive staff, everything exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail in the room design made my stay both relaxing and luxurious. One of the highlights was the rooftop pool and bar — the view was absolutely stunning, and the cocktails were top-notch. I also enjoyed the buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of both local and international dishes. Special thanks to Valerie, whose service was warm, professional, and truly memorable. She made me feel genuinely welcome and taken care of throughout my stay. If you're visiting Manila and looking for a high-end, relaxing experience with outstanding hospitality, I highly recommend Admiral Hotel Manila. I will definitely be coming back.

From the moment we arrived for check-in until the time we checked out, the staff were nothing short of exceptional. Every team member we encountered was genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive, making our stay truly comfortable and memorable.||I made a special request in advance as it was my husband’s early birthday celebration — since he was leaving for the ship on the day of our check-out — and the team went above and beyond to make it extra special. They surprised us with generous complimentary treats and thoughtful touches that truly made the occasion unforgettable. We are so grateful for their kindness and effort in making my husband feel celebrated before his departure.||A special mention goes to the amazing breakfast buffet team — Alyana, Yeoj, Albert, Alyza, and Joshua — who went out of their way to make our mornings delightful. Not only was the breakfast selection excellent, but they were also incredibly kind in allowing our 8-year-old daughter to enjoy the buffet complimentary, which made her feel extra special. Their cheerful attitude, warmth, and genuine hospitality really stood out.||Thank you to everyone at Admiral Hotel Manila for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We truly felt welcomed and valued throughout, and we look forward to coming back again soon.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would come back. Good points include the helpful and courteous staff, cozy room, and nice interiors of both the hotel lobby and the room. Food at both the buffet and in the speakeasy bar was delicious and reasonably priced. Areas of improvement include consistency of service, missing items in the room-like the pillow menu, electrical sockets in the room need replacing, some are too loose already and work desk needs thorough cleaning to get rid of glass stains.

We chose the hotel since the location can commute to tourist attractions easily. What I did not expect is staff hospitality. They are very attentive and very helpful. The food quality is quite good but some local menus are not my cup of tea.

My husband and I had an excellent stay at the Admiral Hotel. It was beautifully decorated with art history. The staff was extremely hospitable, accommodating, and friendly - particularly Griffith who picked us up from the airport and helped us with our bags, as well as, Michelle who so thoroughly cleaned our room each and everyday and even made sure to give us extra water since we always filled up our water bottles. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the complimentary drinks were exceptional. We had added a breakfast buffet for our stay and it was delicious each day - a lot of different options to choose from. On our down times, we spent our time at the pool, where it overlooked the Manila bay beautifully. We recommend having the nachos as a snack by the pool. My family often visited their Chinese themed speakeasy. They served great food, had an occasional live band, and good drinks. Overall, we had such a positive stay at the hotel. We highly recommend a stay at the Admiral.

We’ve stayed here last July 15-17,2025 for my Mom’s 60th Birthday Celebration at the Grand Harbour Ballroom of Admiral Hotel. I love that they are pet friendly and very considerate towards the needs of our dog. They have a nice pet relief area which makes it easy for our dog to do some potty time. I would also like to commend their staff (receptionist, security, house keeping and most especially their concierge). They were very attentive to all our needs especially we became busy during the birthday of my Mom. The facilities are definitely top notch. The interior, the ambiance and the location.The food was also one of the highlights during my Mom’s Birthday. Our overall stay was indeed a Five-Stars experience! Would love to go back here again. There's numerous Accor and hotel options to choose from, but something convinced me to stay at this one. Once I got here I understood why my spider senses were correct. The decor was clean and they gave me a welcome drink. The staff was helpful and accommodating. They told they're still in the soft opening stages so only a few floors are open. The decor and ambiance was premium and unique. There was a bar/cafe on the bottom floor if you needed anything before 10pm. Overall this is a great option if your in downtown Manila for a few nights. It's affordable, new and walkable to the mall.

Most wonderful stay! The staff is so proffesional and the rooms are cozy. Food was great and the pool area is relaxing although the pool is quite small ( no laps). But it was a great experience
