This resort is truly the best I've been too! The service is amazing! The bathrooms are clean, large, and they have showers! The pool isn't too deep and a nice place for hanging out. The laundry room is SUPER convenient and the vending machines are a plus. Our neighbors have been kind and the community events are splendid! The resort is also right next to a Sea World, high school, and elementary school all within walking distance. I've had no problems walking to school!

I would not classify this as a resort. It is essentially a trailer park with RVs. No frills. Most of the sites are annual/long term/ or they just live there. Requested ADA/wheelchair accessible site, was assigned a site furthest from that. Employees were very friendly, the pool was beautiful, quiet, and well maintained. The laundry room is nice, all the machines work well, and it is air conditioned. You can download the app or swipe your card. Either way, you get charged a 25 cent technology fee for each washer and dryer cycle you use. That "fee" should just be built in the cost. Or just let people use quarters to avoid the fee altogether.

Having been here over six months has been absolutely amazing. Besides being well, taken care of, the park feels extremely safe and quiet. I feel like I can walk out my door at night if I need to walk my dog in safety. As for the staff Jennifer has been extremely great especially when I go in and I have a question. Plus, my puppy loves getting cookies from her on her daily visits. I appreciate that Mike and Jennifer are very good about letting the resident know if something is going on or that we need to prepare for bad weather. The park is well taken care of with frequent lawn maintenance. They allow access to a party room and a pool, which we will be using this summer. They are very dog friendly. If anything is broken things get fixed fairly quickly.

As we prepared ourselves for retirement, we sold our home and began downsizing. We searched and visited many RV parks trying to decide where we would live. Last year we purchased our first RV and chose Admiralty RV thinking we’d be here for a few months. Well it’s been 14 months and we’re still here and haven’t given it a second thought of living elsewhere. The management and staff here are amazing. The amenities are always super clean and working properly. They’ve made improvements to the playground which make it so inviting for the children. Oh and the pool, let’s just say we spent so much time in the pool during the summer. The best part is enjoying the fireworks, from Sea World, while in the pool. It’s like having them right in your own backyard. Despite the pool always being used it was always kept clean. The best part of living here are the maintenance staff. Jacob has gone over and beyond in assisting when I needed any kind of maintenance work and always within a couple of hrs. He is super friendly and always willing to assist you with anything you may need, big or small and always with a smile! As for packages, the office staff is great in receiving and organizing them and have never had a package missing (and I order a lot of packages) Choose Admiralty for your next stay whether it’s a weekend, short term or long term, you will not regret it! Thank you Admiralty staff for all you do!!

Google
First time staying here although itvwas a short stay I found the park very clean and well kept. The service and people were very pleasant and helpful. There is lots of trees and shade, quite, and located close to Sea World. I would recommend staying here. Thank you for your hospitality and welcoming attitudes.

Google
We have been living here long term for about a year now. We have loved our time here. The staff are friendly in the office, and are great about regularly encouraging people to keep their sites clean, but not in a rude or annoying way. The park has been a nice quiet place to call home, with very close and easy access to Sea World, and well as quick access to major highways to quickly get around San Antonio. It’s about a 20 minute drive to downtown. The park has been making some upgrades to the park since we have been here, like replacing the playground with a new one, and adding a nice pickleball court. The park also has the absolute best view of the Sea World fireworks during the Summer and holidays. The pool is nice and always clean, even during the winter, which according to my kids, has the occasional warm enough days for a dip in the pool. Most places wouldn’t maintain the pool as well during the winter, but this place does. We plan on being here for a while, and will always choose this place in the future. Monthly rent is definitely the most fair compared to other places around. Hopefully that doesn’t change.

Google
Not all QRV locations are created equally. Site was semi level with electric meter top hanging by its wires. Staff is functional. Aging facility with indifferent commitment to upkeep. Showers are older and water temperature varied alarmingly during use. Pool was cloudy, the next day gates locked as repair men were visible. The free coffee is a single serve machine under the watchful eye of a silent clerk. Clubhouse, exercise room and coffee/popcorn are all locked away at 5 when the office closes. All this for 79 dollars a night, felt like robbery.

Yelp
This is the second time we have stayed at this park. We have never had any big issues and it's a decent size. The highlight of our stay was Jennifer from the front desk and Jacob. These 2 went above and beyond to make sure our stay was awesome. Super nice people that radiate positivity. Pros of the park: laundry, vending machines, pool, 2 bathhouses, recreation area, pickleball court, level cement sites, pet area, super close to sea world with a shuttle offered, awesome staff. Cons: hot water in showers runs out fast and if someone was in there before you there might not be hot water at all. Trash blows around A LOT and the lawn care people make it worse. Overall, we really enjoyed our month stay and highly recommend this campground.

Yelp
Admiralty has a great view of SeaWorld's fireworks shows! The staff is friendly, the resort amenities are clean The pool is nice and clear.

Thiago P.

Yelp
Only thing that set apart this experience for me was the showers. The smell soon as you go in. Broken pipe kinda crap smell. Totally hated it was enough for me not to want to be back here ever again.

Trent P.

Yelp
You will not find a more pleasant and gracious place to stay. Either short term or long term. I lived there for 2.5 years and in that time the hospitality, generosity, kindness and community centric environment made all the difference. Mike and everyone at Admiralty made the difference in just having a place to live versus a place to call home. Admiralty is a treasure and hopefully be around for many years to come. A place for families and individuals to come home to.

Yelp
Wish I could have given them a better rating but their prices were excessive. I mean, supply and demand in regard to location but good grief. $60 per night!? Other locations of equal or better quality are much less expensive. Laundry room: cashless, card reader wouldn't accept even a new card. Had to use black magic to figure a solution and was able to apple pay with my phone. They did have military discount so that was the reason they got a 3 out of 5 or else it would have been a 1-star.

Yelp
While on a road trip from California to Florida, we stopped in San Antonio TX for 3 nights, as we wanted to explore the area and visit Sea World, which was super close to the RV park and made things easy. It was also a easy distance from the Riverwalk. The sites were great and the park was super clean and beautiful. Also the rates were not bad and we felt they were quite fair. If we do this road trip in the future again, this is on our list to return to. So if you are traveling and looking for an RV resort, we would totally recommend this one. We were in site 106 and there was a little bit of a drain issue when we first arrived, but we let the office know and they took care of it right away.

Yelp
I've now been staying at the Admiralty Rv resort for a year and I can truly say it's nothing short of perfect. And I believe specials thanks to be given to Mike the manager and staff for keeping the place so clean and peaceful. I absolutely love it. And don't plan on moving. This is a great place to stay to visit and to live. Everybody is kind, courteous, and professional. And they all deserve a raise! Thank you Mike so much for having me here at this. RV Resort and I will be staying for a while.

Yelp
Our go to campground for San Antonio! We've been staying here, and the San Antonio koa, for roughly 10 years. Admiralty has had some real highs and a few times lows. But I feel where it's at right now, it great. Everyone at the front is super friendly. Got to our space which is pretty much spot on side to side level. The flow is good, can be a pain coming back from a day out having to drive the rows to get back to your site, but it's not that terrible. Proximity: 10 minutes from Sea World (which I hate the business as a whole and vehemently disagree with their business) and 25 without traffic from six flags. The closest nice campground six flags, might I add. They have a playground, a pool, and a dog playground area. Overall, really dig this place.

Ken B.

Yelp
The park was clean and very close to sea world. Easy access to highway and local stores. Bathroom and showers were very clean and looked great. Staff was nice.

Jami G.

Yelp
Nice pool, great customer service, clean park! Area for kids to play and a dog parks! Highly recommended.

Nik W.

Yelp
Nice place, but they need to trim their trees. My bus hit about every tree on the way out. For the price you would that they would keep them trimmed high enough for the clearance of a Class A.

Garrett C.

Yelp
Fantastic RV resort!! Friendly staff! Clean grounds. Family friendly. Plus an amazing location!!! They offer allot of amenities, pool and laundromat. Right next to sea world. Easy access to lots of restaurants and nearby stores! I would highly recommend to my friends and family!!! 10/10!!!

Yelp
We recently stayed for 3 days at the Admirality while sightseeing in San Antonio. When we arrived - checkin was easy, and getting to our spot and parking - all easy. The pull thru's were concrete, but kinda close to each other. We pulled in and hooked up - no issues. Showers were good, but only 2 out of 3 had parking - the ones in the back - no parking for those of us that can't walk that far. Park was very quiet with lots of trees - thumbs up. It was quite a distance from downtown San Antonio - our main sightseeing area. Lots of restaurants and shopping stores nearby, as needed. I would definitely stay here again !

Brandi M.

Yelp
Very clean restrooms and showers. Laundry facility was also very well taken care of.

Yelp
My fiancé and I were travel nurses in the San Antonio area for about seven months. We were able to reserve a very fair price for a monthly rate at admiralty. The location offers 30/50 Amp hookups, as well as internet (but would recommend getting your own from spectrum), and dump sites on your pad. The pad you will stay at is surrounded by grass and trees, perfect for dogs. The area is quiet but carries a family/friendly community vibe--wave to your neighbors, they'll wave back. Admiralty offers a large dog park for your pup to run around and go potty, as well as bags and a trash can at multiple sites. The clubhouse has a very large pool, big enough for laps, which I did approximately 4 of. All jokes aside, the pool is very spacious and has plenty of recliners to tan/read at. Packages are very organized for pickup due to excellent staff organization. The weight room is nothing special, but it is available and not at many RV parks--it gets the job done for body builders who live there, to guys who went there twice like me! The staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and live on-site. This was hands down a great experience for us and we would definitely book here again if in the area. RESERVE NOW! It's the BEST!

Yelp
Admiralty RV Resort was the perfect location for touring San Antonio's River Walk, the Alamo and downtown San Antonio. It has all of the bells and whistles of an upscale resort complete with a pool and only minutes from Sea World, Six Flags, Splashtown and more. We had a back in site which was easy to maneuver into with full hook ups. Great TV reception. Our space had a nice tree overhanging it to give shade. Most of the pads do have nice trees. The pad was cement. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest we have ever seen or used in our RV experience. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable, especially if we would have been there long enough to enjoy and use the many amenities. Definitely a family oriented park that could be a family vacation destination.
google avatar

Barbara W.

Yelp
I would rank negative stars if possible. Bathhouse is closed at night for what they called "deep cleaning". They didn't clean the bathrooms at all! The park is completely infested with roaches and crack heads knocking on your doors.
google avatar

Yelp
We stayed one night at this resort last Summer. We were supposed to be hired, and drove 800 miles specifically for that. We got there, got a night for free, found out we were not hired and that we had to pay for nights until we were... which could take up to 2 weeks. That being said, me and my partner are avid Travel Bloggers. So here is the review of the park. The management looks like they are trying to get the park looking great, but it's just missing the bar. It's kind of trashy, kind of smelly, and kind of creepy. I would not recommend and glad we got out of there when we did. Do yourselves a favor and STAY AWAY!

Charles P.

Yelp
Absolutely the cleanest and friendliest place I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and helpful. The amenities are first class,

Yelp
Our family traveled to visit family that live in San Antonio. Our group had an RV and rented two cabins for some of our older passengers on our trip. The park was tidy, organized and very helpful upon check in and checkout. free coffee, tea and coco is set out by the front desk. We found it to be a quiet space tucked into a neighborhood where we felt safe. you're close to restaurants, grocery stores and the highway. From speaking with the new owners (they just took ownership spring 2021) they've done some cleanup, painting and landscaping. The cabins are in good shape, but they do not truly sleep 4 unless you're a close family (one queen bed & one pull out couch). That being said, having the kitchen, shower and plenty of space, make it a good alternative to getting a hotel room for a few days, or renting a complete house thru VRBO. our group was even able to Instacart (food delivery service) to our site. The small porches at the front of the cabins were nice, but railings a bit flimsy (we had older family that needed them). only had one rental car for two cabins so were able to use one of the parking pads as a small patio. our sites had some medium size shade trees, some sites had none. you do not need to park an RV in this park to rent a cabin here. All in all a pleasant visit to a park I probably would not have sought out, but glad we found. Would definitely plan a return visit if I ever find myself in San Antonio.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place, that was before I talked to Kim Foley the GM. I could here her yelling at an employee and talking about me while she thought I was on hold. It all starts at the top and this serpents head should be removed, until then I will not be staying at Admiralty until Kim is gone.
google avatar

Daniel D.

Yelp
We had such an incredible experience here. My kids absolutely loved it. The pool is huge and well kept. The laundry was a clean area. The playground was fun. The sites were nice. Many really good things to say including a convenient location

Yelp
First day here and I can't really complain about anything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We weren't sure if we would be making it before they closed and we were told not to worry. Upon arriving and getting checked in the staff showed us to our spot and even guided us in. If the rest of the days are like the first it is going to be a good month in SAN Antonio. From what I saw at night is that the park is well maintained. The RV spots are equipped with an all concrete pad anda nice patio area with a table. The park has a heated swimming pool, laundry facility, pet park, basketball court, playground, and multiple shower locations.

Ralph B.

Yelp
Had stayed here on the way to South Texas for the past 10+ years. Called to reserve a spot and now you can't bring your trailer in if it is over 10 years old. I could send them pictures of my rig and they might let me come in, but the heck with them. My stuff is in good shape and I will not give them the pleasure of business. Going to blazing star right down the road.
google avatar

Liliana V.

Yelp
It's a very nice and neat place, staff is super friendly and the premises are located in a very good spot since we have a lot of stuff very close by, I have really enjoyed being in here, neighbors are super friendly and overall it's a place where you can enjoy yourself, the only thing is that we are so close to the other RVS that is almost being inside them, but that mostly the only issue I see
google avatar

Pubillones M.

Yelp
The park is very friendly and a great location. The pool and club house is fantastic. The only few negatives would be the lack of several amenities that are pretty standard at most parks in this price point. 1. No trash pick up. While they have golf carts you need to ensure you walk your trash to the dumpsters near the entry/exit. 2. No cable. They tell you that you may pick up a few on your anntena, but we had no luck. We aren't there to watch tv but in the am and pm it is nice to catch up on the news of watch a little something while you wind down. 3. No internet. You get a pass for 24 hrs but after that if you still ant it you need to pay. With my work, even though I'm gone I still need to keep connected so my work doesn't pile up.
google avatar

Jimmy D.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here for about five months in our 39' fifth wheel. The park is clean and well maintained. The staff was great. We never had a problem , most likely because we followed the rules. If you want to party all night and get loud this isn't the place for you. If you want to speed around the park in your vehicle, this isn't the place for you. I was treated with respect from the staff, I guess you get back what you give out to them. I would come and stay again with out a doubt!
google avatar

Gayle N.

Yelp
Nice good looking park. Concrete level pads. However, the sites are very close together. As I am writing this, our neighbor is parked within 2 ft. of our picnic table. We're staying here because of the proximity to Lackland but $55 is pretty pricey for no cable or internet. No trash pick up. Showers are adequate. Prefer the KOA.

Kimberly F.

Yelp
My husdand and I love this place. It has a nice pool , dog park also has a playground. The staff was very friendly and answer all my questions. after we got set up we sat out side the neighbors were very friendly. This resort is very clean and well maintained. We will definitely come again . Fairmans

Yelp
Loved staying here, we pulled in Christmas Day and even though the manager was off duty, JB came over and met us, checked us in and then even helped us unhook our trailer from our coach and get settled. He then made sure we joined everyone for the community Christmas dinner at the clubhouse where we made instant friends. I would recommend this park to everyone looking for a well run, friendly, clean, big laundromat, heated pool, all hookups, close to everything including Seaworld, RV park
google avatar

Chris M.

Yelp
So far I have had nothing but great experiences here. I travel from one city to another week to week and leave my Rv here mostly unattended. No one has messed with it. Security seems great. A nice safe strict speed is enforced and so far the neighboring units have been courteous and quiet at night. I looked at other parks to stay at when I'm in town and I am happy I chose this location. What is really great it's next to sea world so when my daughter comes to see me. I don't have a long commute at all. Dang near anything you need is located close in proximity. Highly recommend for working people or family coming to visit San Antonio for a term
google avatar

Dana M.

Yelp
We stayed in 215 which is a Standard Plus site. It give you extra room which was super nice. Plus sites give you a parking spot in addition to your camper site. We have a 35 ft trailer pulled by a suburban so have issues parking them together or having to park them at an angle to where it takes up patio space. The parking space is directly next to your campsite. There is not many trees, but we didn't find that a problem. Our awning did an ample job of sun protection (I only even mention it because I've seen others complain about it) Many people also complained the owners were rude, which honestly made me the most anxious about this place. But we also had no problems in that area. They were very polite when I called about late check in and during our stay. They do have a list of rules but all were understandable. The sites were level and the bathrooms/grounds were very well maintained. It is literally right around the corner from Sea World and was about 20 mins to Six Flags Fiesta Texas. As well as 20 mins to downtown to park to see the Riverwalk and The Alamo. The pool area and playground were also very nice and our 6 yr old enjoyed them. I cannot stress how roomy our site was. We have a 18 mo old and 6 yr old boys and they need space. At no point did I feel we were squeezed in for space, which was really nice.
google avatar

Alisa B.

Yelp
Beautiful park with fantastic & friendly employees! The park is very well maintained, very clean in all areas (even in the dog park!), friendly people & quiet. Memorial Day weekend & employees having a BBQ, they eagerly welcomed us to join but didn't feel pressured. We will definitely return here!
google avatar

Michelle K.

Yelp
We've been here a few months now. They are very friendly and the social events are nice to have. They like dogs; most of us have them. Although some of us do not clean up after their dogs; no fault of the park, but to the park's credit, they still like us dog owners. Bathrooms/showers are a bit old, but very clean. Laundry is $1.50 per wash and $1.50 per dry; again nice and clean space The laundry room's lounge area has TV, games, books and magazines. Pool is inviting, operating daily from 10 to 10, heated all year round. I kinda think it is a waste to heat in the winter, but with SA winters, you can have 80+ degrees in February. The people are super-friendly. Note: if you are coming now and for the next couple of months, there is construction that just started in the adjacent lot. Make sure you are away from the noise that starts at 6am and ends around 5pm M-F and the DUST.
google avatar

Yelp
Great rv resort. Prices are not the cheapest but when it comes to rv resorts, cheapest is not always the best. Great bathrooms and showers. Pool and Main building very nice.
google avatar

Leonard B.

Yelp
Nice park on north side of San Antonio. Large, level paved sites. Be sure to follow the blue line. Good tv reception. Wifi is Tengo Net. 1st 24 hours is free.
google avatar

Jane D.

Yelp
We figured out today that we have been coming here for 14 years and each time the experience has been above expectation. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly and the facility is spotless. We look forward to many many more years here.
google avatar

Matt F.

Yelp
Great place to live. We've been here a few weeks and it feels like we've lived here forever. It's a very welcoming place and everyone is so nice. Prices are great and I love the different social events that are offered weekly.

Yelp
I'm a full timer and I've been RV'ING since 1995 so I know a good Park from a scam and this is a scam. If you enjoy sitting on your patio just inches away from your neighbors sewer connection and their slideout then this is your place. Are you tired of cable TV and yearn for the days when all you needed for bad TV reception was an antenna, then look no further because you won't have cable TV and you won't get all the antenna channels listed on their handout either. If you'd like to go back in time when over priced slow Internet connections were expected at RV parks and hotels then welcome to Tango! The Internet company of the 90's whose business model included per computer charges. Yes, you get to pay for each cell phone and computer that you want to connect to the Internet. Have a Roku? It better be a Roku 2 because you have a splash page to contend with. My advice is to bring a 4G hotspot with you. You Internet connection will be cheaper and more reliable. Do not stay here. It's all one big scam. You'd be better off staying at a Walmart. If my generator was working that's where I would be staying.
google avatar

Ramona D.

Yelp
Paved roads and concrete sites with a patio area and table for each site. However, not all the sites were level. We ended up in a site that had a downward slant significant enough to make it very difficult to unhitch the truck. I like staying away from the traffic of downtown so staying 10 miles outside of downtown worked well. But this park is within a couple miles of Sea World. Propane can be delivered to the site but it's pricey. Television was okay but internet is an extra expense!! Nice people. Really nice pool, laundry, and restrooms. Two separate fenced dog parks. We would stay here again if we came back with the trailer but would ask for a more level site.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
This place is everything you want in a rv park, nice friendly people and the pool and dog park are awesome. Nice clean place to stay...

P S.

Yelp
I don't even think about stopping here I was planning on moving but found out why they have cheap prices they don't care about their residence found out their Thanksgiving dinner was canceled all RV Parks I go to have dinner for their Residence on holidays my vice to you is stay away from here the good reviews you see must be from their friends and employees
google avatar

Melissa M.

Yelp
We made reservations months in advanced. We asked to reserve a spot but they said there would be plenty to pick from. When we arrived they didn't the type of spot we reserved and had to go with a smaller one with no shade. Everytime we go to the desk Kathy makes rude comments about our two year old! Even called us names as we walk out the door. When we husband talked to the manager JB he said he didn't hear anything Kathy says. They have horrible customer service!
google avatar

Christy W.

Yelp
Enjoyed staying at this park! Level, concrete spots, with reliable electric and excellent water pressure. Store on premises with standard fare, and a beautiful, heated (year round) swimming pool. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Restrooms, showers, and laundry areas were all impeccably clean. Two small dog runs were provided for our fur babies, but many owners didn't pick up their messes. Surrounding residential and commercial areas appeared and felt safe. Was close to major grocery, shopping, and restaurants, and only a very short drive/walk to Sea World. We will stay here again.
google avatar

Ryan T.

Yelp
The park is very clean. It is very dog friendly. The staff is very friendly. The location is right next to Sea World!

Stephanie B.

Yelp
Very clean and quiet park. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Larry showed us to our camp site and helped us park level on the large site. Pet friendly with a clean dog park. The showers were clean, warm, with great water pressure. Excellent laundry facility. Full hook up sites. Will definitely stay here again.

Chris A.

Yelp
I have got to say management and staff extremely friendly very clean facilities well-maintained area and if you have any issues they come and help with any issue in about 5-10 minutes they're on top of things I have been to other parks throughout the state of Texas but if I am in San Antonio I know where I'm hanging my hat

Richard H.

Yelp
Nice clean campground with the nicest staff you will find anywhere. Spaces are very close to each other on the sides but that is to be expected when you are right in town. I like the signs and parking for check in and the golf cart escort to get you to your site. It's about a 15 mile drive to the Alamo and river walk but Sea World is only a mile or two.
google avatar

Alex H.

Yelp
If you are thinking of reserving a space here DONT!!!! The 5 star reviews must be from friends or something because the staff here if far from compitent or friendly. This all started in May, I called and asked a ton of questions about the property including sites and width of streets, etc. Then I had a friend that lives in the area check it our and found a couple specific spots that I wanted to reserve. So when I called I asked about those specific sites and was told those are premium plus or something like that and they tried to talk me out of the space by saying there are trees and birds and bird droppings. Well that's fine thank you but I specifically asked for an end spot where I wouldn't look out onto another rv. Fast forward to July, I called and confirmed my reservation and my VERY specific requests, I was told all was set. I then booked a cabin as well for my mom as she was travelling with us. At this time I said that I would be arriving late on Sunday and prob after hours. I was reassured that it was no issue and late check in are a norm. Fast forward to the day of check in I called AGAIN to confirm about the late check in and the woman on the phone nearly had a heart attack on the phone. She said late check in for rv isn't a problem but late for cabin isn't possible. Well I rushed faster than I should of but made it 10 minutes before closure and checked in. I go to my rv site and it's not what I asked for but the office was closed. Next morning I went in and was given a ton of excuses. I opted to just deal with it, but I asked if one of those spots came available could I move, I was told sure. Well I saw one open today so proceeded to the office to inquire and the lady seemed bothered that I even asked but she was trying to help until the old RUDE crotchety old guy starts raising his voice saying what's the damn problem. I looked his way and said I'm sorry I dont see how it's your concern, this lady is already helping me. He responded with it is my business I'm the damn manager. At this point I realized the level of stupidity I was dealing with, I thanked the lady for her help and proceeded to walk away. Well the old guy comes running out yelling at me to leave his park and started swearing at me. I laughed at him, pulled out my phone to record his antics and said I'll advise the owner of his actions, he responded claiming he was the owner and something about 26 years in the business..... I just kept laughing and walked away as he tried chasing me. I recorded him again and advised him that if he continues to harass me I'd call the police. Well that stopped him, he walked back to the office. This couldn't have been a worse experience. Had the moron allowed the woman at the counter to assist me it would have been over whether or not I moved spots. But now I'm going to find the REAL owner and show them the video of this supposed managers actions, along with other reviews from other sites that shows this is the normal procedures at this place. Again I say DON'T BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.....
