13 Best Airbnbs in Sedona, Arizona in 2023 - AFAR

"Imagine if someone took a Santa Fe–style casita and then busted through some of its thick adobe walls and replaced them with nearly wall-size panes of glass. That’s the architectural vibe at this West Sedona guesthouse, which is blessed with incredible natural light. During the days, those windows offer outstanding views of Thunder Mountain; by night, you can quite literally stargaze from the comfort of your queen bed. The space feels remote, on the western edge of town, and its surrounding 2.5 acres include a gas grill, a firepit, an outdoor dining area, and an outdoor bathtub." - Lyndsey Matthews, Nicholas DeRenzo

Absolutely exceptional stay in every way!!! The property, landscaping and outdoor decor is gorgeous. The hospitality is over the top; they've thought of everything you could possibly want and more. Couldn't list everything but highlights are freshly baked bread in the villa, calming music greeting our arrival, fresh cookies in the lobby, super delicious breakfast that can be brought to the villa. Our room, Twin Kyody, was beautiful and decorated with every detail in mind - two working fireplaces (one in bathroom), balcony overlooking the red rocks, super soft carpets, full kitchen with all amenities and cute table set every day. Massages in the spa were the best we've ever had. We will absolutely be back!!

Adobe Grand Villas and its staff/employees made our trip memorable. My husband and I went to Sedona to elope, and we stayed at AGV. The moment we walked through the entrance, we were greeted and taken care of as if we were old friends. The inn keepers were constantly checking in on us, making us feel at home, and showing their excitement for us on our elopement. We had a superb breakfast every morning, we had fresh bread baked in our room every day, and had impeccable service every time we saw anyone. The room was immaculate, the pictures don't do it justice. I cannot wait to spend every anniversary at Adobe Grand Villas.

My husband and I stayed in the Timbers room for 3 nights. Overall this B&B is a unique property that is pretty peaceful and quiet even though it is a minute off the main road. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a nice size. After a full day of touring, we enjoyed having a glass of wine on the balcony. Yes, the smell of freshly baked bread fills the room when you enter in the afternoon BUT after the first day, we asked them not to bake any more bread for us and it was there for us day 2. It is extremely wasteful to bake a whole loaf of bread for 2 people. I hope they put the leftovers to good use. There are a few things that need improvement - the lighting in our room was insufficient - especially in the bathroom. It was very dark even with all of the lights on. The showerhead is a waterfall but with uneven water coming from the spout, virtually no water pressure, not ideal for rinsing conditioner out of your hair. Isabel greeted us upon arrival and was extremely helpful and thorough in her tour of the property and the room. She offered to make dinner reservations for us as well. We met Daniel on the second day and he was very accommodating at breakfast. The B&B is very clean and overall a very convenient place to stay. However, I believe it is overpriced for what it is.

We had such a great stay at AGV! We stayed in Cactus Flower for 4 nights. The villa is beautiful, including 2 gas fireplaces, balcony, mini-kitchen, jacuzzi tub, shower, king bed, and a sleeping nook for our 10-yr old. The breakfasts were all fantastic - including the to-go breakfast they packed for us when we had a 7 am tour. The fresh baked bread filled our villa with delicious aroma to greet us after our days of hiking/site-seeing. Amazing staff, and beautiful grounds. Will stay again on our next trip to Sedona.

We had a wonderful stay at Adobe Grand Villas in the Tuscany villa. The room was well appointed and decorated, very clean. The team made the stay extra special by recommending amazing restaurants, hikes and spa services. Very friendly! It’s evident they take pride in the property and showing genuine hospitality towards their guests. Definitely recommend!

We spent 5 nights over Easter holiday. Third time in Sedona, first time staying at Adobe Grand. We have remorse we didn’t find this for our first trip! Our kids loved the hot tub and pool and the nightly cookies and hot chocolate. Daniel, Isabella and the whole team go the extra mile, we had a truly memorable stay. Location is perfect. We stayed in Silver Spur and had so much room and a private patio. We did kayaking down verde river (ate pizza and listened to music at the winery afterwards), pink ieep broken arrow tour, day trip to Grand Canyon, visited slide rock state park and countless hikes around Sedona (our favs were soldiers pass with cave extension), devils bridge, thunder mountain and chimney pass. We loved our meals at mesa grill and elote cafe. The breakfasts at Adobe Grand were fantastic, we really enjoyed the detail and presentation/variety each morning. Thank you Adobe Grand for a truly memorable visit. Kenyon Family.

We stayed in the Wagon Wheel Villa for four nights in mid May, and loved every second! The blooming flowers looked and smelled wonderful as we walked past the pool area to our room. Upon entering our Villa, it felt like we were transported back to the Wild West. The fresh baked bread from our kitchenette was a nice touch. The staff (Isabelle, Daniel, Mary) made our stay even more magical as they quietly catered to our needs. The gourmet breakfasts were outstanding and not to be missed (7:30-10am). On the mornings we knew we wouldn't make it back from our hike before 10am, we had breakfast delivered to our room. All we had to do was reheat our plate in our kitchenette. The pool was heated and the hot tub was even warmer which helped soothe my aching muscles. There's fresh baked cookies every day near the coffee/tea station, and nonalcoholic drinks in the refrigerator pool side (as well as in your room refrigerator). We had our dinner reservations set-up prior to our stay but Isabelle was more than happy to assist changing times and/or locations if need be. The location (West Sedona) was perfect as well. It was a quick car ride to the popular trails and traffic getting to dinners in town was a breeze. Would love to come back!!!

Yelp
This place was extraordinary! The location has beautiful (views of the red rocks, the service was outstanding (Isabelle and Daniel went out of their way to ensure we made the most of our vacation), the room was spacious (we stayed in the Twin Kyody villa), bread baked in-room daily (great to come back to after a long day of hiking and to make sandwiches for the next day's hike!), daily fresh cookies (different kind every day) in the lounge area, delicious breakfasts cooked fresh every morning to get your day started right (they'll pack up a breakfast for you the night before if you scheduled a tour the next day before their breakfast time), and a 24-hour heated pool and Jacuzzi (we visited over the Christmas/New Year break, so having these things heated made it a no-brainer in which to partake). I can go on and on--I have nothing but great things to say about this place--thank you for making our very first trip to Sedona a very memorable one! Highly recommended B&B!

Yelp
Prime location, immaculate facilities, beautiful suites, attentive, passionate, helpful staff. Daily fresh baked bread! What more can you ask for! A true gem.

Yelp
Adobe Grand is a selection of little, separate, buildings, each one designed inside differently. It is a 5 star resort and all of it is magical. You will love it here. This place is expensive so enjoy it. We spent most of our time here. There is little reason to leave. We stayed in a beautiful room with a private entrance. We had a lovely room. It was spotless and just so pretty. We had 2 fireplaces and a comfortable large king bed. We had freshly baked bread and that made the room smell so wonderful. It must be made there. We loved the jetted tub and the bathrobes were so soft. There is a wee kitchen with a frig and microwave. The TV was nice. We did not use it often. They have free WiFi. What we really loved was the charging station for our cars. We were with another couple. Each morning we had a wonderful breakfast. They also have fresh cookies. It is located in beautiful Sedona, one of our favorite places in Arizona. Everything in Sedona is expensive, so we love the few time we are able to go. The staff was very nice and helpful. They have a beautiful pool. We were very happy.

Yelp
Absolutely adore this place!! Service was friendly, the room was spectacular and the breakfast was truly fabulous. Service: everyone we met (Terry and Mary at the front desk and Adrian, our server at breakfast, and the housekeeping staff we passed along the pathways) were all so pleasant. We were travelling with our 13 year old son and they had the Murphy bed set up on the room for us when we checked in. The grounds: beautiful and well maintained. They have a pool and spa that is open 24 hours a day (quiet hours between 10pm and 7am I believe) and they have a small onsite spa for massages if you'd like to indulge. The pathways to each of the rooms is beautifully landscaped with flowering plants and trees and sculptures. The wagon Wheel room: this was amazing!! From the front door you are immediately immersed in a rustic Western space. The room is huge and has so many details you can spend quite some time just exploring the room. One of the first things you notice upon walking in the room is the smell of fresh baked bread... and you'll find a scrumptious loaf of bread in the kitchenette, along with a fridge full of cold drinks and a basket of snacks. Chocolates are layed out on each side of the bed (and one on the Murphy bed!). Their attention to detail here is amazing. Breakfast: OMG... this was just fantastic. The breakfast sandwich was really tasty and each element was prepared perfectly. The cranberry orange scone was seriously the best scone we've ever had... and the hash browns were perfection! What a treat! Gorgeous presentation backed up with exquisite flavors and textures. Perfection. They offer private chef prepared dinners here by appointment. If you're staying here you can opt to have it in your room. If you're not staying but would like the dinner you can dine in either their gorgeous dining rooms or out on the patio by the pool. Thank you, Adobe Grand Villas, for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning next time we visit Sedona!

Yelp
My spouse and I stayed at the Wagon Wheel Villa which was a dream come true. Staying there was like living at Ken's Mojo Dojo Casa House, full of Men & Horses. It was an incredibly fun experience. The indoor jacuzzi was phenomenal for bubble baths, as the weather wasn't the best to try it outdoors or to even enter the pool outside. It is a pity they don't have bidets in their toilets. The entire experience at the Adobe and their daily fresh bread, cookies & breakfast were just spectacular.

Yelp
A little gem in Sedona. The staff are amazing and attend to your every need. Homemade bread daily in your room. Amazing breakfast daily. A beautiful pool and hot tub. Small place so it was quite and relaxing. Worth every penny. My only recommendation would be better shades in the room the morning light shines right threw.

Connie S.

Yelp
We had a great stay at the Adobe Grand Villas! Our Sagebrush Suite had the best mattress ever and was nicely appointed with special touches like fresh raisin bread baking in the room when we arrived. Our breakfasts were excellent and the staff were attentive and friendly.

Yelp
The Place is awesome, and the themed rooms are beyond fantastic. My daughter had her wedding in Sedona a few years back, and this was the perfect place. I was thinking about sending them back for a mini getaway, but the room rates have gotten insane. I paid around $400 a night and the rooms are close to $800. It's too bad that these rooms have become unaffordable and that's the only reason for 3 stars.

Yelp
Our room was beautiful fully stocked with complimentary drinks, snacks, fruit, and fresh bread baked daily in the room and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. The service was the best in the business, friendy and helpful. Every morning we had the free breakfast which was outstanding. The jacuzzi bath with fireplace, walk in shower, 24 hour pool and hot tub, along with other luxuries made our stay wondeful. We stayed in the Country Garden.

Mary D.

Yelp
The staff was extremely professional and understanding and efficient. We stayed in quiet Hacienda Villa. It was spacious, as it's 2 apartments in one massively space. Beautiful Fireplaces EVERYWHERE! All Inclusive meant all inclusive. The breakfasts were delicious and parking was plentiful. Even though I made a hiccup in the reservation duration I am confident that we will come to an equitable solution . I plan to return soon! I

Yelp
What a great bed and breakfast stay! Probably the most fancy bed and breakfast I have been to. Amenities are better than most hotels. The rooms are huge and each one is unique and different although they do have similar amenities. Each room not just contain one but 2 fireplaces. All the bathtubs are huge. I'm not sure if a fireplace was needed next to the tube but certainly felt relaxing watching the fire. There is a little backyard for each room. Due to the stay being all booked, we ended up having to switch rooms during our 4 days stay so we got to check out the different rooms there - well at least two of them. The best thing about this place is the unlimited food! Good texture Fresh bread daily if you want. Breakfast is included and you can dine in their dining room or request to have to food brought to your room. We ate by the pool daily which was nice. Service was top notch especially by the kitchen staff. It felt as if we were eating fine dining. Menu is different everyday. The chef came out to check if you liked the food. The food were cooked very well - especially the pastry. I loved their morning scones! Fresh cookies were always at the common area so you can get some when you want. They also provided snack bars inside the room so you can take on your hikes. Those bars were really helpful when we got hungry in the middle of our hikes. We also got a fruit basket which was nice! Water and drinks were complimentary too. No need to go to the market! Definitely a nice place to stay in Sedona. We did overload with carbs and gained a few lbs despite the intense hikes. One advice would be to bring a small humidifier to Sedona as the humidity here is really low at 10%! It was hard to sleep due to my nose feeling so dry.

Yelp
My first time at a bed and breakfast, I wasn't disappointed. Stayed in two different rooms bc they had to move us. Each room had its own unique space and design with fireplace and had different antique items in the rooms. All drinks and snacks are complimentary. Best of all they bake a fresh loaf of bread for you each day in the room. Well thought of with the amenities. Considering your time at Sedona is hiking mostly. Breakfast is excellent not a continental style. Fresh made cookies daily as well. Can't go wrong with that!

Yelp
We were fortunate to stay at this hidden gem last February'22! We cannot wait to go back!!!! Very private, secluded & quiet! Romantic spot with to die for breakfast each day!!! Great spa, also. Loved our time there off the beaten path.

Lina A.

Yelp
We had the most beautiful room with gorgeous artistic touches everywhere, including a huge rock-lined waterfall shower and lovely Southwest art throughout. The staff could not be nicer or friendlier: my daughter left a necklace behind and they promptly called us and mailed it back immediately. The complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast each morning was the best that I have ever had in a b-and-b. We got up eager to look at the menu board each morning! Plus I have never stayed in a place with so many complimentary snacks and drinks, including fresh-baked cookies each day and fresh bread in your in-room bread maker. The location is close enough to the center of town to be convenient, but also a bit removed from the main drag so it is very quiet. Can't wait to stay here again.

Yelp
We visited in early October 2023. We received reserved, attentive service. VERY large, well appointed rooms. We had two small, private sitting areas outside. Included with the room was freshly baked bread and snacks. Truthfully, we didn't partake but I do not like being "nickeled and dime" so this was a refreshing change. Breakfast was enjoyable in a quiet setting. The only disappointment we had was Sedona itself. We honeymooned there in 1991 when it was an artist colony. It has grown up but not in a good way. Traffic is insane and all the new, tiny shops sell plastic things. We could not wait to get back to our room.

Laura B.

Yelp
No stars if I could. A disaster of a place. Water was shut off, hot tub was grimy, free sodas but fridge wasn't cold. That was not a gourmet breakfast, good, but not great. The daily bread gimmick was more of a hassle. The shower was a drafty cave, the bathroom floor an ice rink, the fold out bed a back breaker. No place to put luggage. The decor was clutter. No towel racks near the sinks. I especially liked the hunt for another roll of toilet paper. And bring your boots, the parking lot is a big muddy puddle. Honestly, I've stayed at swankier campsites.

Yelp
Doesn't look like what you would expect but this place is Amazing will be our go to stay cation location awesome room and features and breakfast was awesome!!!

Yelp
Amazing and beautiful weekend. They really do make fresh bread in the room! Beautiiiiiiful fire places. We stayed in Tuscany and Cactus Room, and both were lovely. We had chef come in serve dinner for one night and that was lovely. The breakfast was beautiful and chef Michael accommodated for me since I'm a vegetarian! Daniel at the front/breakfast was amazing and had beautiful energy!! We will be back.

Yelp
Spent two nights in the Cactus Flower room and was very pleased. This is a very different experience from staying in a regular hotel. The rooms are really like small homes, with generous seating areas, kitchenettes, and gargantuan bathrooms. The decor of each is very specific, but they have photos of each online and I found that the photos for the Cactus Flower were very representative of what I got. I enjoyed the Spanish feel of the room architecture and accessories. Some of the villas are... not to my taste (read: ugly), but there is enough variation that anyone should be able to find something to please them. I loved the big jetted tub and had a couple of long soaks following great hikes in the area. This room has two fireplaces (two more than necessary in July) but it was cool. Had some minor quibbles with the room: the soap/shampoo niche in the shower is about a quarter-mile from the actual shower head; you may need an engineering degree to operate the television with its fifty remotes; the bed was so high I practically had to have a running start to get in. But the overall decor and feel is so plush, spacious, and special that I can't let those things vex me too much. The grounds are beautiful and lush, with blooms everywhere you look. I enjoyed a post-sunset soak in the hot tub. There are a couple of fountains tucked along the pathways as well which provide soothing background noise. The location is great, tucked just off the main road in a residential area but still only about ten minutes from downtown Sedona. Very close by is a trailhead with nice hiking. I did a sunrise hike on the Lower Chimney Rock trail, which is level and clearly-marked with beautiful scenery and flora. Other notes: -The cooked-to-order breakfast is a nice bonus -It's stellar that water, sodas, and snacks are included and restocked daily -The breadmaker in the room is a nice distinctive touch, though how much bread can you really eat? (The loaves are huge.) -There's a Safeway nearby in case you need any supplies for the room -Include a dinner at Elote Cafe in your Sedona plans -Also make a trip out to the Chapel of the Holy Cross for an astounding architectural accomplishment in a stunning setting

Yelp
I would definitely recommend this boutique hotel. I surprised my BF with this trip for his 50th birthday and everything was perfect. We stayed in the Wagon Wheel room since BF is new to AZ , I wanted to give him a true AZ "western" feel. It was all done so tastefully, not cheesy or too kitschy like I was worried about. It was a huge hit - how often do you get to sleep in a big covered wagon?! It was chilly while we were there so we got to take advantage of both fireplaces. We really enjoyed walking in to our room with the smell of fresh baked bread along with a birthday balloon and candle for my birthday boy. Each day there were complimentary snacks available that we packed to take out on our hikes. The breakfast was great and they delivered it to our room and set our table for us so we didn't have to venture out too early. We loved the big jetted tub, we have the same one at home, but this one was way cooler since the fireplace was on right next to us. I loved the Aveeno products in the room as well. We had lunch on our own private patio (great subs from the Hilltop Deli!) and had so much space in the villa - it's truly more than a room. The staff was so attentive and pleasant, they really seemed to love their job and truly made us feel welcome. We didn't get the dinner with Chef Michael (it was booked), but I will be sure to reserve early NEXT time! Since we couldn't get in, we got recommendations from the staff on some other amazing restaurants and they even offered to set our reservations for us! We also enjoyed Reiki services with Robin & Jill in the spa...we figured we'd try something "Sedona-esque" and Reiki has that Sedona energy / vortex vibe to it! The service was relaxing and soothing, I'm glad we tried it for the trip, but next time I might just go for a massage! Robin was awesome and we enjoyed a couples massage "class" in our room the following day. She was really personable and made it comfortable and relaxed. We learned some massage tricks that we have already put to use! I've stayed at various places in Sedona, but this is by far the best for a romantic weekend away - the best part is that the rooms are all so unique...next time I might try the Vision Room! *We had dinner down the street at Dahl & DiLuca and I would recommend that for a special night out!

Yelp
This bed and breakfast was very inviting and the room we got was beautiful. It was a little bit confusing trying to find where it was at but other than that the stay was very amazing. The staff were so kind and there is refreshments and snacks included in your stay. The pool area is beautiful and even the patio areas off the rooms were great. We would for sure stay again just to be able to try a different room since all of the rooms are different and have a different theme. My only little complaint is the bread we got in our room had raisins in it and I'm not a raisin fan LOL but this place was great and is very family friendly.

Yelp
1st time there. Location was a bit odd. 1st impression walking onto property I was REALLY concerned. I even asked the office staff if this place had nice rooms. Once we walked into our room my mouth dropped to the floor. It was amazing. The morning breakfast was fabulous as well. This will be the only place we stay in Sedona. Owners should invest in a minimal facelift just the entrance, that would make the whole experience perfect.

Meg C.

Yelp
Avoid at all costs. We booked this hotel and changed our plans less than 24 hours later only to find out they charged 100% of the room charge to our card. Our reservation check in date was well over 45 days out and they charged the full amount on a flexible cancel room. Secondly after calling to cancel they then informed us of the $25 charge to return our money that they never should have taken in the first place. Interesting how they could take our $5,000 in less than 24 hours but we now have to wait 5-7 days for it be returned minus $25 admin fee for cancelling. What a joke. When claiming to be a "luxury" property, this isn't luxurious service or policies. Will never travel here and will advise others to avoid as well. Your $$ is well respected elsewhere.

Yelp
We have enjoyed L'Auberge the last two times in Sedona but the glowing reviews about the lavish breakfast convinced me to give it a try. I am so happy I did because while in the same price point but the many extras seemed a better value. The available snacks, hors d'oeuvres, drinks, water, etc was generous and made us feel like our very rich friend invited us to a private ranch. Breakfast was anything you wanted and expertly prepared. Our Timbers room was beyond a fantasy and would easily accommodate a family of 4. So expertly decorated and beyond lavish. I loved the fountains, the fireplaces and flowers everywhere! Everyone we encountered at the property is dedicated to our peace and comfort. We enjoyed just being in the room and would have loved to try the special dinner the chef prepares but the flu got him so we will try that next year. As much as I love L'Auberge, Adobe Villas has a warm family feeling that the 4 Diamond Awards are well earned.

Yelp
We loved our stay in the White Dove room! We felt like we were in a fairy tale! All of the details were magical from the furnishings, to the fireplaces, to the included snacks, drinks etc! One of the nicest places I've ever stayed! The food was amazing, and they were extremely accommodating to my vegan diet! We'll definitely be back here again!

Yelp
This place is a GEM! We had an amazing weekend and the staff.. where do I even begin, they all were phenomenal! Between Jessica, Jorge and the chef Michael, we would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this B&B to everyone! My husband and I finally got to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and it was just perfect! We stayed in the "Tuscany" suite and it was beyond wonderful. The staff was very friendly, personable, and overall hospitality was outstanding! Thank you all so much.

Yelp
Excellent accommodations. Thank you to Tonya for her attention to detail. She had a Happy Anniversary balloon waiting for us at check in! A fresh loaf of bread was finishing baking in our room at check in! One important detail for east coaster.....our stomachs were ready for breakfast at 0630 the next morning. Since Grand Adobe doesn't serve breakfast until 0830, we had to go down the road for breakfast. We had a super meal at the Coffee Pot which opens at 6AM!

Yelp
Amazing! Everything about Adobe Grand Villas is extraordinary! The accommodations were impeccable. We stopped here after hiking rim-to-rim and the luxurious tub, fresh baked bread (2 loaves! 1 gluten-free for me), fireplaces in the bed and bathroom, the balcony with breathtaking views along with the awesome staff were all amazing. Breakfast was delicious. The grounds are like a park. If you're planning a trip to Sedona, you must stay here! A special thanks to Tanya for going above and beyond and making our stay even more incredible. We'll be back!

Yelp
Fantastic time here ! We walked into our villa with the smell of warm bread baking ! Incredible decor. We had a private dinner in the dining area prepared & served by Chef Michael which was phenomenal ! The best fillet mignon ever !

Yelp
Great service and cute villas! The only drawback is the room smelled like chicken nuggets for a couple of days after the delicious bread was made. We were pleasantly surprised by the bread, but we don't eat bread, maybe they should ask first, but trust me, not complaining, just had a hard time with the strong smell during my 3-day stay. We told them not to make it the second day and they listened. Everyone took care of us, the food was AMAZING, the breakfast, WOW!

Erin D.

Yelp
We Loved this charming bnb! The service was amazing, breakfast is delicious, rooms are super spacious and very clean. I like that they have aveda products and lots of snacks in the rooms, plus a microwave. We extended our stay many times and they were always so accommodating. We will absolutely come back if we're in Sedona again!

Yelp
We stayed 5 nights at the Adobe Grand Villas in the country garden villa. It was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. Everyone was amazing that worked there. We had a fresh homemade breakfast served to us every morning and fresh baked cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast and cookies were different every day and you never knew what to expect but it was always delicious. From the first day we walked in to fresh baked bread in our villa and they reloaded our snacks and drinks daily. I would recommend this is where you stay if you come to Sedona. Great location! Great service! Great chef! Great everything ! We will be back !

Yelp
Our family stayed here to end our 10 day tour of National Parks in the area with a luxurious night at the Adobe Grand Villas. Every aspect of our stay here was thoughtfully curated from the fresh, warm bread welcoming you to your room to the divine, bed-side dark chocolate helping you drift off to a restful night's sleep. Lush, foliage and flowered walk-ways curve off to private room entrances and surround a zero entry pool to create an oasis of comfort and relaxation. All of the staff was friendly and very helpful! Our chef-prepared breakfast was perfect and pleased even our teen's picky palates.

Yelp
We've stayed at a few different places in Sedona, including top-shelf AirBNBs and L'Auberge de Sedona. We believe the Adobe Grand Villas are head and shoulders above these and other alternatives. When you combine the little things like: - great service - complimentary everything (water, snacks, soda, hors d'oeuvres, etc) - daily turndown service w/ a pillow mint - fresh baked bread on arrival and on-demand ...with comfortable accommodations, you have yourself a winner. We'll be back and will tell our friends about this wonderful place, too.

Yelp
We stayed at Adobe Grand Villas for three days at Christmas (3 adults in a two bedroom villa). It was a 6 STAR experience in summation- the 5 Star standard award would not cover the beauty, service, food, amenities and general feel of this sixteen villa property. Be sure to have Chef Michael prepare you one of his customized gourmet dinners to be enjoyed in your villa or in the beautiful lobby areas!

Yelp
I booked this because of the reviews, complimentary breakfast and happy hour. The rooms are nice, spacious and themed. Turns out breakfast from 830-10 only and no happy hour because of covid, but same price? Outside architecture is neat-pool is small.

Yelp
This is a solid 5 star resort. The room accomodations are exquisitely designed and add an element of luxury and immense comfort. The attentive staff gives you personalized service, tending to your every need. Our daily breakfasts were cooked to order, with excellent quality of food. From Michael, to Jessica, to Maria and everyone else on staff..... you all ROCK! We are beyond grateful for this wonderful trip to Sedona. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you. :)

Yelp
Great room if you get the Vision Room. This is a must do as you will feel like you are on an alien planet and the decor is simply eclectic. A few sharp edges in the room add to the adventure. Take a long look in the mirrors wink wink.

Yelp
One of the most exciting and well designed hotel we ever stayed at. The rooms are tastefully made and were a great hit for the family. We surely will visit again!

Yelp
My husband and I just stayed here for 4 nights. We stayed in the Visions room which is a little sharp for klutzes like me... The staff are very caring. I became sick on my trip and they offered soup and delivered bread. This is a unique place. The staff is wonderful and the food is delicious.

Yelp
WOW! We stayed here in Late June 2020 for our Mini-Honeymoon and it FAR EXCEEDED our expectations! We would give it 10-stars if we could. The property was beautiful, our room was perfect, the staff was amazing. The things that really make this place special are the little "extras" you didn't expect. I won't ruin it for you, just go experience it for yourself. We even booked a couples deep-tissue massage and that didn't disappoint either! If you're on the fence, don't be. Book this place, it's worth every penny! The Peace & Tranquility you'll find at Adobe Grand Villas is almost unmatched by any other lodging we've stayed at throughout North America.

Yelp
We picked this hotel based on the reviews and it is awesome. The room, the service, the amenities, the additional touches all make it worth while. From the oversized villa with an oversized bathroom to the drinks and snacks and fresh bread and breakfast that are included, we can't recommend this place enough.

Yelp
We stayed here for 6 nights in the "French Quarter" room on our very first trip to Sedona. Simply put, I cannot recommend this place enough. We loved absolutely everything about it. It's tucked away in a quiet street off the main road in West Sedona, and you would never know it was even there if you weren't looking for it. For some, that may be a con, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet we were able to get here. The breakfasts were fabulous. We ordered off menu about half the time and enjoyed every bite. The fresh baked cookies in the afternoon AND the fresh bread baked in our room daily were also delicious. The villas themselves are very spacious and private, and the bathrooms are just incredible. The staff here is friendly and attentive without being intrusive and the overall vibe here was very quiet, making it a great place to relax. Normally by the end of a stay I'm ready to go home, but I was truly sad to leave this place. I think if you're looking for a proper resort experience or really want to prioritize a stay in Uptown Sedona, this is probably not the right place for you, but if you want to get out and explore the area (and really, why wouldn't you?) while still having a luxe experience, you will love Adobe Grand Villas. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Yelp
We stayed in the Timbers room and while it's a bit... Themed... I can appreciate that the owners / designers really put their all into this hotel. I would definitely stay in this room again because the bathroom, and waterfall shower, were fabulous. Tonya was our hostess and she was very helpful and personable. We were lucky in having the private dine in service with Chef Michael and Oh.My.God his food was amazing. My husband and I got different selections from the four course menu and we shared to get a taste of most the items. The portions were surprisingly large but the food remained AMAZING. That polenta cake with mushrooms...my goodness. And how he got such simple ingredient salads to taste so spectacular is beyond me. He was very sweet too, asking if we would be having breakfast with the hotel. The breakfast was also delicious...freshest scones we've ever had. In the lobby he puts out sweet and savory treats for the guests depending on the time. I can't gush enough how great his food is. And just the openness of the kitchen / dining room..they are very warm and inviting. This place is such a great value, adding to the fact that we just fell in love with Sedona.

Yelp
Unbeatable value in Sedona. We were able to make a few adjustments upon arrival and stayed in "White Dove". The Innkeeper greeted us and escorted us to our villa while explaining all of the amenities of the faculty. We were absolutely blown away upon entering out villa. The facility itself was incredible but the vistas I all directions were indescribable. This is the only place I will ever consider staying if we return to Sedona. The inclusions are too many to list and the staff is beyond accommodating. It feels like coming home but with a waitstaff! The grounds are incredible, the breakfasts were great, all snacks included plus desert in the lobby every evening!? Too much!!! I loved it and my wife is ready to move in! Thank you Adobe Grand Villas for an amazing experience!

Yelp
This place raises the bar on what a bed and breakfast can be. The weekend we visited, Sedona was packed - traffic was a bear and everything was crazy croweded. You don't experience any of that here - the location is serene and quiet, just what we wanted. We stayed in the Visions room, which is way more awesome than the photos on the website show. We had the opportunity to do the private chef dinner, and it was AWESOME. Unequivocally the best professionally cooked meal I've ever had. And the breakfasts are great, too. We are already hoping we can return again soon to experience a different themed suite and have another chef's dinner - worth every penny.

Yelp
Disney Land for adults :-) Awesome theme rooms. Definatley will be back to try another room, 4 sure. Personal touches in every nook & cranny. Not your normal sterile chain hotel enviorment!!! Talk about WOW. Very special, felt like a VIP :-) Luved Secret Garden (Lunch) & Dahl & DiLuca's (Dinner), Did NOT like Rene's (overpriced & Stuffy) nor Martini Bar (Dingy, Yuck). Really liked Paige Springs Winery (balcony views!) and Jerome - (awesome hillside cowboy town - ck out Jerome Winery Tasting room & Grand Hotel: Ck out Asylum Dinning Room).

Yelp
We never dreamed we would come to Sedona for a four-day getaway weekend and the weather would be cold and rainy! The good news is that our decision to stay at the Adobe Grand Villas has been one of the best choices in accommodations we have ever made! As we sit snuggling by the fireplace in our villa (the Sagebrush Suite) on this rainy Saturday afternoon (when we were supposed to be out on a self-guided ATV adventure) we thought we would take some time to pen a "review-in-progress" halfway during our stay at this amazing boutique property. There is so much we want to gush about, we thought it would be helpful to offer our thoughts in a classic Top Ten format: 10. Centrally located to everything you want to see and do in Sedona. However, when you are inside the grounds of Adobe Grand Villas you feel like you are a million miles away from the tourist traffic and bustle. We loved a partial view of the Red Rocks of Sedona from our balcony. 9. Beautiful grounds and landscaping with lots of outdoor art and pottery. Everything is designed and executed with elegant Adobe/Southwestern flair and blends with the surrounding landscape. 8. An outdoor hot tub next to the pool (towels provided) that is open year-round; the perfect way to relax after a long day of hiking and outdoor activities. 7. Top-notch service. Starting with the reservation request and confirmation process, everything was handled promptly and professionally. Links to local dining, on-site dining menus, activities and on-site spa services were provided ahead of time. We appreciated the short tour of the property when we checked in. Daily housekeeping and turn down service (including ice delivery) was fantastic. 6. Complimentary breakfast for each day of your stay. You choose whether you want to eat in the dining room or have breakfast delivered to your villa. There are also complimentary daily hors d'oeuvres and fresh baked cookies available in the lobby each day around 5pm. 5. Even the smallest of Adobe Grand Villa's fifteen suites measure 850+ square feet. The first apartment we lived in, as a married couple, was smaller than this! If you run into bad weather during your visit (it is POURING rain and really cold in Sedona as we write this), it is a pure pleasure to spend the day relaxing in the suite with the fire blazing and the sound of the rain outside. 4. The on-site chef, Michael, is a gem. Do not miss the opportunity to make a private dining reservation and have him prepare a gourmet meal for you. Choose to have your meal served in the privacy of your villa, or dine in the well-appointed and cozy dining area in the hotel's common area. Meals are BYOB, which allowed us to bring some locally crafted Arizona wine, which we purchased during a visit to the Page Springs Vineyards the day before. 3. The warmth and hospitality of the Innkeepers and Staff. You are truly treated like a member of the family and no request or question is too small or troublesome. 2. The room décor is not only luxurious but also extremely functional. You feel like you are a guest in a million-dollar private home. Our villa featured two fireplaces, top quality sheets, a pair of overstuffed chairs, a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, a private balcony with table and chairs. The list goes on and on; it is unbelievable how much thought and passion went into the design of this property! 1. A cornucopia of thoughtful and complimentary in-villa amenities such as fresh-baked bread daily (in your own bread machine), wine glasses, cocktail tumblers and ceramic coffee mugs, tableware, coffeemaker, mini-refrigerator stocked with bottled water and soda, microwave, his & her robes, lighted make-up mirror, XM music channels, free Wi-Fi and lots and lots of outlets to keep all of your gadgets charged. Don't hesitate to book here --- you will NOT be disappointed. It is worth every penny, especially for a romantic special occasion getaway. We've posted a couple dozen photos to help bring our words to life!

Yelp
Woweee wow wow!!!! Adobe Grand Villas is as rich and amazing and gorgeously kept as a bazillionaire's mansion pad. Each room has it's own theme. I stayed in the Timbers villa with my mom and a friend, and it was big enough for all 3 of us! Didn't even want to leave the gorgeousness of this room to go sightsee! Spent a very long and luxurious time soaking in the large jacuzzi tub, lounging in the seated area, drinking some wine, and napping/peacing OUT on the most comfortable bed in the world! The people that work there are so sweet and so attentive to your needs. Ask them for any recommendations for what to do during your stay in Sedona. The breakfast, coffee and cookies made in the kitchen are DyNaMite! Well done, Adobe Grand Villas!!! WELL DONE!!!
