Close to the airport, super easy to get by tram. Very nice people at the reception. The room was spacious and clean, and quiet, as we asked. With a little kitchennette, cups, plates and everything. Fantastic!The only minor thing was bathroom (obviously tired) but considering te price nd location that botered me the least. So you get what you pay for.

Location is easy to get to centre of Paris via Metro and twenty minutes ride. If going to D Orly airport, tram is a few yards from hotel and direct to there. Apart from that AVOID. We arrived really late and room allocated stank and smelt of mackerel. The pillow was stained, walls dirty and furniture damaged, as well as sheet torn,drapes not hung well. Reception gave us an alternative room, however again sheet was stained shower was not cleaned, had mould and just generally not clean, even soap container had mould,only one pillow bedside lamp did not work, no mattress protector , just a thin sheet on .We spent four days only once did they change towels the day before we left. Walls are thin you hear everything. This is only suitable as a night stay to get to airport if you have no alternative.Would not recommend. Also it's at least 1hr 20 mins from CDG airport. Hotel spoilt what was overall a good trip to Paris

The check-in was very slow, but the rest of service was pretty good. We were given a better room after the 1st one smelled smokey. It was very convenient to get to Orly Airport.

It's a bargain hotel, pure and simple. Pros: It's very close to public transport and super easy to get to and from the airport. The showers were hot and functioned well. Bed linens looked like they were fresh (strong crease marks from having been folded and not slept on). Bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly. Close to small food stores and a bakery. Our room had a small kitchenet with basic cooking utensils and 1 or 2 pans (didn't use any of it though) as well as a microwave. Cons: walls and floor look quite dirty and it does give a feeling of grunge to the place. We weren't sure if the floor had been mopped or not as you could see multiple footprints. Not saying it wasn't, but it was hard to tell. The walls were indeed quite dirty and the counters were old and decently worn. Again, the feeling of grunge is definitely present. We had some homeless (I think) that were out in front of the hotel who were yelling all night long. It made it quite hard to sleep. I'm not normally to pissy about noise but this was quite bad. Not sure if it's a common issue or if we just had bad luck. Summary: it's a bargain hotel that provided us clean sheets, a working shower, a small kitchen and a comfortable bed. It is dirty looking though and does feel kind of dirty because of the appearance of the walls and state of some of the furnishings. It was the cheapest we could find in the area that had easy access to the airport. If you want better quality your going to have to pay extra and stay somewhere else. For me, it was acceptable for what it was, somewhere to sleep for the night until my flight the next day. To management: I understand its a bargain hotel. But a coat of paint would really go a long ways in improving the perception of cleanliness.

Location was great for what I had to do in South Paris. Room was big enough and the small kitchen very convenient.Reception was also very welcoming.

I have stayed at this hotel many times, and the behavior of the hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Ms. Natalie, has always been completely respectful and professional, and they do whatever they can to help.

**"Absolutely Disgusting - Avoid at All Costs!"** I had the unfortunate experience of staying at this filthy excuse for a hotel, and I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. The room was a complete nightmare. Dirty floors, stained sheets, and an unbearable stench of mold and fungus hit me the moment I walked in. It’s clear that this place hasn’t seen a proper cleaning in years. As for the balcony, it was even worse. There were no tiles, just bare, grimy concrete. Cigarette ash was scattered everywhere, and the walls had some kind of oily substance spilled on them—it was beyond disgusting. I sent photos of this horror show to the supplier, explaining how unsanitary and unacceptable the conditions were, hoping to get a refund. Their response? They said the pictures weren't enough proof and refused to give me anything! I don’t know how this place is still allowed to operate. It’s unsanitary, uncomfortable, and downright revolting. If you value cleanliness, basic hygiene, and your health, do yourself a favor and NEVER stay here.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the apartment, I stayed at the reception for more than 30 minutes even though I had already made a reservation, the window faced the road which was very noisy in the apartment because of this I couldn't rest.((
