outstanding boutique Hotel located right on the lake with a beautiful view of the island church. It’s also just a short 3 to 5 minute walk to the boat launch area that will take you directly to the island. It’s also only a 10 minute walk from downtown where there are plenty of restaurants and shops and then another 10 to 15 minute walk after that to see the castle. We highly recommend this hotel. It has a wonderful breakfast that is more than just continental, including made to order eggs and sides. The air conditioner works excellent the shower has very hot water with a large flow and the rooms are beautifully appointed with a combination of both eclectic and modern.

Absolutely beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Free parking and very kind staff. Highly recommend. Was a fabulous stay, for my wife and I during our 5 year wedding anniversary trip. Would absolutely return, if ever in Slovenia again! :)

Found this gem whilst needing to stay whilst passing through Bled and wished we’d stayed longer. The Villa is like a home from home, if your home is a 19th century on the banks of Lake Bled overlooking both the Island Church and hill top Castle. There are touches everywhere that makes this feel like home and is so far away from a faceless hotel. Breakfast was top quality, had everything in a cosy dining room served to the table by super friendly staff. Big shout out to Allen, our flight was delayed and he helped with a very late check-in, and was a great host through breakfast and check out. Whilst the town is a short stroll, it’s an even shorted stroll down the road to many lake activities where we hired a row boat to visit the island before a swim in the lake. Far too short a stay in Bled, and when we return, we’ll be back here. Thank you.

The Adora (Portuguese for 'Loves') is a very comfortable and warm place to stay in January. I was working in nearby Croatia when I viewed their drone video on the Adora web site. Built in 1878 it reminded me of the lumber baron Victorian homes you can find in North America. My prestige suite on the ground floor came with a fireplace (working), dining area, large terrace, tub and shower, and a big comfortable bed directly facing Bled Island's church. Loved the antiques mixed cleverly with comfortable couches and chairs. All of the staff are knowledgeable and professional, plus they are higher-level friendly and helpful. Within easy walking distance from Adora you find shops, grocery, and many restaurants. When I return this will always be my favorite historic villa in Bled to lodge in. Great views from every window.

We were so happy that we chose to stay at the Adora for the 3 days we had in Lake Bled. The hotel is charming — a beautiful hotel literally on Lake Bled with spectacular views and lovely, well-appointed rooms with just the right amount of warm and inviting touches. And the people who work there are also wonderful; the service was top-notch, with everyone being so nice and helpful. This is definitely a destination to put on your list for an incredible visit.||The hotel itself was very pretty, so charming from the outside. We stayed in a family room, which had 2 bedrooms and a sizable living area with comfy couches and chairs. The rooms were lovely, with nice linens and really good pull-down metallic shutters and curtains for sleeping. But, you didn’t really want to close them for too long because the views of Bled Castle and Bled Island were truly incredible! We were just amazed. The rooms included a nice Keurig coffee maker, lovely fruit, candies and chocolates. The bathroom was spacious and bright, with a good rain showerhead. ||We met several of the people who work there and they were all very helpful — Allan and Zoya were especially knowledgeable during our stay. And Evita helped us tremendously with our planning by answering our questions on WhatsApp before the trip. ||And, we have to say a huge Thank You to everyone at the hotel because a member of our family got quite sick with a stomach bug he picked up on our last day in Venice before we arrived at Adora. They helped us with some over-the-counter medicines as a first measure, and then helped us get to the urgent care center in Bled, which was very excellent. The owner of the hotel also helped us and her son, Maxim, was very kind to drive us to and back from the urgent care. We are so very grateful for all of the help and kindness that day. ||Fortunately, we were still able to later enjoy some of the truly delicious food from Chef Domen Demsar. Wow!!! He is truly talented and we were blown away with his dinner creations. We sadly weren’t able to do the tasting menu as we had planned, but the kitchen was able to accomodate an ala carte order and we are so glad. We enjoyed a remarkable shrimp bisque, some ravioli filled with local pork, and sea bass served on top of squid ink cauliflower served with local asparagus and fish oil foam. Truly a delicious meal to remember!||The location of the hotel is excellent, with super easy access to a walking path that you can take all of the way around the lake (3.7 miles) and very close access to the pletna boats, which are rowed by human power across the lake to Bled Island. It includes parking spots for the guests. It is also within close walking distance to many good places to eat and easy driving to many more. If you’re heading to Lake Bled, we would highly recommend the Adora Luxury Hotel!

Lovely hotel. Big rooms. Great service by the concierge/admin. Would def recommend. Only small downside was a little lack of attention to detail in a few practical things eg; the room door would fly open if not locked, the bathroom door would fly open if not locked - very minor things. Definitely stay here. Pop up restaurant was also fantastic.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The suite are stunning. We stayed in the island suite with a view of the lake and castle. The suite was spacious, modern and clean. More than enough space for our family of 5. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel is situated a short walk from the town, which is perfect as it is quiet. There are lovely restaurants nearby and brilliant places to swim. |Although it doesn’t have its own beach or sun loungers, you can rent a space at the Grand Hotel Toplice (a 10 min walk) for the day, and have the best of both worlds - a private boutique hotel, and the facilities of a large hotel. ||Highly recommended. Absolutely wonderful stay.
