Absolutely adore Adore! This is hands down my favorite store in Williamsburg — a true hidden gem that shines brighter than the jewelry it sells (and that’s saying something). The prices are incredibly fair, especially for the quality and design you’re getting (a rare find in NYC!). This is always my absolute favorite place to pick out gifts (and jewelry for myself). The team has the perfect balance of being friendly and helpful, while not pressuring you into a sale. The energy is calm and casual. The prices are also incredibly fair for jewelry in the city - and the smaller gift items are lovely and on trend! This is an absolute gem of a store. ✨

Cute stuff, but low quality jewelry. Broke pretty quickly and they didn’t want anything to do with it. Wouldn’t even try to fix it when we offered to pay to fix it.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty negative experience at this shop. They have really cute things but the quality is very poor. I bought an ear huggy, and within one month it broke. I’ve never had that happen with any other earring.

Shopping at Adore was one of the best experiences I've ever had a jewelry store, and hands down the best in NYC. I was looking for a birthday present for my wife and stumbled upon the store. They have a varied collection of beautiful jewelry in various different styles. They were incredibly nice and helpful, without being pushy at all. Will come again for the next gift occasion.

I write this review as I wear my beautiful necklace that I bought for my birthday. I came across this store walking around Williamsburg and learned they just opened few days ago. The ladies are incredibly friendly and not pushy at all. Plus, I love supporting small businesses. They carry everything from jewelries, candles, vegan bags and cute little gift items. This is a store you'll want to check out. I will be definitely going back for the holiday gifts.

Love their collection! Super cute stuff for anything from everyday, special occasions, and gift ideas. They also have really great smelling candles and other accessories like bags and wallets in the back as well. And service was so sweet! Highly recommend!

I love this store because the design and the quality of their jewelry pieces are so good and it’s worth the buck! This place has really cute items, but the quality is really bad. I bought an ear hugger for $35 and it broke within one month. I wouldn't recommend this spot. It's a pity because they have cute stuff.

The CZ earrings I bought here felt like plastic (make whatever assumption you'd like!). I only realized this after I took them home and examined them. They then immediately chipped in half two days later. I brought them back to the store to return them and was told this was "against store policy." Any reasonable person would assume that a "no-refund policy" applies to, for example, changing your mind, and not defective products. I was told that I should have taken better care of them (lol), and that no one has ever had this problem. Additionally, I was told "what do you expect from $90 earrings," as if my money is meaningless, and I should assume everything that I buy will break upon purchase? Okay. If the customer service wasn't so wild, I would have not left this review and called it a day. Giving one extra star for the refund they eventually gave after I was berated :)

This place and the employees that worked here made me feel terrible. I asked about a confusingly priced incense burner and they metaphorically spat in my face, and rudely told me that I can check the price for myself under the dish. I had already done that, I was asking if the burner itself and the plate were priced together.They were so unfriendly and did not want to help any of the customers out. I was even thinking about returning the item I bought later but didn't because their potential wrath terrified me. Their items were ok, but they really need to work on customer service. Very unprofessional of them. I hope they were just having a bad day. Hugs and kisses.

Great options at a great value, and excellent customer service. Wanted to buy a pendant necklace for my girlfriend for Christmas and had a hard time deciding. Luckily, I received great help and suggestions from the sales associate. Also bought her a quirky card to go with it (they have endless options) and she loved them. Will definitely be coming back to shop for future occasions. 10/10!

loved ! i get all my jewelry from here. the main woman is the only one i've interacted with and she's always been so patient and helpful. one of my earrings broke and she replaced it no problem.

I bought a gorgeous pair of gold vermeil earrings for my best friend recently and she loved it. Customer service was so attentive and helpful, and really took their time helping me decide on something. No rushing, no pushing me to buy something more expensive. Absolutely ADORE -.~ this store and will be coming back!

Love this place. So many beautiful options and the workers are so helpful! I bought a necklace about 5 months ago and haven't taken it off once! The first time I took it off, it of course tangled, I brought it here and the workers untangled it no time for me. Will be getting more jewelry from here!!

They have the best jewelry collection in the neighborhood. I have purchased a necklace for my sister and she absolutes loved it. This store has everything from trendy jewelry to a cute gift set. MUST VISIT!!!!!!
