I can't say enough wonderful things about Adore Floral. We worked with Chiyomi for our wedding last September, and it was an incredible experience. I honestly don’t know if I have the words for how amazed, impressed, stunned, etc. I was. First, Chiyomi is wonderful and a dream to work with. We met in her studio a couple of times and she asked thoughtful questions to help understand my vision for the day. She was realistic about what was possible and what wasn’t, which helped me set expectations, but she also made it clear she’d do everything possible to maintain that vision. As I walked up for our first look, I gasped out loud about how beautiful our flower arch was before I complimented my husband - that's how incredible it was! I was STUNNED! For the very reasonable price we payed for flowers, what we got was so far above and beyond our expectations. Adore was without a doubt the vendor who provided us the most value for our money. I will be telling everyone to work with Chiyomi & her team for any of their events going forward!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If you're considering Adore for an event or just a bouquet, don't hesitate, choose them! They will impress you!!! After carefully reviewing flower shops and ateliers for my micro wedding at the Wythe in Williamsburg, and then dropping the ball, finally selecting my florist only 3 weeks before our wedding, I stopped by Adore to see if they would accommodate my last minute request - their shop is beautiful, and they had a beautiful selection of flowers and accessories. Not only did they gracefully accept my request, Alyssa took the time to listen, take notes, give guidance (including potential vase selections) and a rough price estimate on the spot. I was then connected with Chiyomi, the owner, via email. She understood the concept, the flowers and look I wanted, reviewed the album I had made (showing examples and pictures of the venue), asked great questions, and worked on a detailed estimate listing some of the flowers and colors I wanted. She also included sketches for the railing arrangements to make sure I was getting what I had in mind. I had a certain budget which she had no issue in adapting to meet it, and we had good communication. The day of the wedding, I was not on site when they installed the flowers, but when i arrived at the event space an hour before the event, everything was impeccably set up, and the result was stunning!!! The flower arrangements were fuller and more beautiful than I had imagined, and all the guests were also incredibly impressed. The flower selection, the design, the colors all married incredibly well, and worked beautifully, with the tropical accents I had requested. Despite being an August summer day, the flowers did not only look very fresh during the entire afternoon and evening (and wind on the 10th floor terrace for the railing arrangements), they continued to look beautiful for an entire week in our home after the wedding. Thank you Adore team!!!

We were so blown away by how beautiful our wedding flowers came out! Chiyomi and her team not only did a fantastic job at taking all of our references, requests, and design ideas and bringing it to life, but surprised us with beautiful arrangements beyond what we could have imagine! All the guests at our wedding commented that the flowers were one of the most beautiful flowers they've seen! Chiyomi was also very patient with us throughout our many planning meetings and she assured us that we don't have to worry and we can trust her.

I wanted to surprise a friend by hand-delivering a bouquet for their birthday, and I decided to do same-day/walk-in at Adore for it. Everyone there was so helpful and courteous, and I left with an extraordinary present — including a card.

Loved this flower shop!! The florist helped me create two delicate arrangements that I needed as gifts and helped me out by suggesting flower combos and keeping my budget in mind. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Super quaint with with a great selection of flowers and vases (along with other knickknacks which I appreciated)!

We used Adore Floral for our wedding and are so glad we did. Chiyomi was very kind and really listened to what we were asking for, and she was able to achieve the specific look that we had envisioned for our wedding day. We ordered a variety of pieces, including centerpieces, bar arrangement, bouquet, hanging altar, hanging greenery, and some arrangements for a welcome table. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and perfect for our loft venue and we are so happy with how it all turned out. We would definitely highly recommend working with Chiyomi and Adore for any event!!

I love Adore. They have the highest quality flowers. They did my wedding 3 years ago and it was perfect. I often stop by for a few stems to take home. I once ordered a terrarium as a gift from them for a friend and she loved it. I will say I was a bit disappointed in the terrarium for the price, but my friend enjoyed it and that's what counts. I recently took a class at Adore and found it to be delightful! Highly recommend their classes and arrangements.

Place was pretty on the inside. They had flowers in jars categorized by color and you can see a lot of pretty unusual flowers. Roses and other flowers are in the back, inside a refrigerated area. Service was pretty nice. I was asked what I had in mind, so I told him red roses or fuchsia. He asked my price point and I said $40, to allow for some allowance. He got 3 red roses, 2 carnations and 2 stalks of red plant and it was already over $40 - for a sad looking bouquet :( ($7 for 1 rose!!!) I asked to add some white flowers, and the cost was $55 before tax and tip. He arranged it prettily though, and the wrapping was nice. They used a thick brown cloth-looking paper and clear plastic. They flowers even had a little pouch at the bottom with some water. Telling him that I wasn't going to give it to my mom until night time, he put it in a paper bag for me. I walked out of there feeling duped, but at least with a nice looking bouquet. I then realized, the roses were black at the edges :( I'm no flower expert, but I think that means these babies are at the end of their shelf life. Three days later the roses are drooping. Conclusion: Pretty, but expensive! Not worth it for me.

The experience yesterday was a true disappointment. I get flower arrangements here at least once a month. The last time I have ordered arrangement on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday morning. For $150 they did some disappointing piece full of the most expensive roses without any creativity I have repeated in person on Wednesday that I need the flowers to be delivered on Friday first thing. At 3.30pm there was still no flowers! I had to call and a very relaxed voice said that flowers would be there in 20 minutes. For this amour of money (and the fact I order flowers very often) it was extremely sad and disappointing. No more, thank you.

This review is for the Adore Floral Arrangement Class: "Low & Lush" the basics for beginners. Adore is down the street from where I live and every time I walk by, I always pause to admire the aesthetics of their arrangements. I learned of their classes and looked for reviews before plunking down $220 for a one-hour class but couldn't find any. Apparently, classes for the public is a new venture for them. I arrived 15 min before class and enjoyed the wine, fruit & cheese spread they prepared for the class. We were 6 students, all beginners. The owner Chiyomi and her staff instructed and demonstrated us on the foundations and principles on creating your own arrangement and caring for it. We had 2 full tables of unlimited flowers and greens to choose from and we were encouraged to scale up. The class is actually a 2-2.5 hour class. We started at 6:30p and by the time I left with my arrangement it was 9:00 pm. Time just flew by. Everyone was having fun and the staff were so kind and helpful, it was a happy place to be. The arrangement I made would have cost me probably $150-$200. I loved this class and everything about it. Well worth the price! I can't wait to apply my learnings and take additional classes.

I LOVE this floral shop! I had a dinner party last week and Nicole the florist was so helpful. She's very knowledgeable and so kind. She helped me each step of the way and really saw my vision and brought it to life. I definitely recommend this shop!

Just worked with Adore Floral this weekend for my 30th birthday dinner at Il Buco's wine cellar. From day 1, they were super responsive and easy to work with! The centerpieces came out BEAUTIFULLY and you could see right away they were of high quality. We received so many compliments throughout the night on how nice they were. I just love their creative direction! Nicole/Egret are great and I would totally use their services again as well as recommend them 100%

So i came here to get a little something for a "crush" of mine (more like a dare) for Valentines day. Wanted to impress and read great reviews on here. The shop was cute and really nice. Really liked the vibe in there. i wanted to do something different and was hoping i could get some ideas, but i was handed what i'm guessing was a V-Day "Menu". Didn't like that idea since it just seemed everyone was going to be choosing from the same 6-7 arrangements. Don't Get me wrong, they all looked gorgeous but i was hoping for a little more options. I got delivery and the flowers got there. I got a little sneak peek at the flowers real quick the next day, and for some reason i feel like it didn't look as it did in the picture. I was kinda disappointed, but at the same time was trying to remember what i did see on the menu, since i have a bad memory an all. The flowers could have just right, but i can't remember. On top of all that i'm not really comfortable in rating this since my memory wasn't to par. And i don't want to give this place a bad review since im so bad at remembering things. I will try this place again. It has potential (and so does my brain) and the staff was very nice and looked hardworking. Saw them fixing some arrangements when i was there and they have some amazing skills. So i will be back, till then.... wait i forgot...

I had a great experience with adore! I've been a few times to their new location but had never placed an order for delivery. It was my moms birthday and I couldn't make it in so I called for it be delivered day of. I'm very detail-oriented and they took the time to tell me what they had in the store and created a gorgeous arrangement for my mom. It came on time and she loved it!! Everything was fresh. I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

I needed a bouquet for my friends graduation 10 min before I walked into the ceremony. I rushed and tried to look for a floral shop and called adore floral shop. Told them my price range and what kind of color I want she said it will be ready in 5 min! When I walked in she was just wrapping up the beautiful bouquet. Fast easy and convenient. THE BOUQUET WAS BEAUTIFUL

I used Adore Floral for my wedding flowers earlier this year. They were very easy to work with, knowledgeable about flowers, and communicative. Adore helped me turn the reception space into a dreamy garden. Highly recommend.

Unbelievably pretty flowers. I was sent a bouquet from here for my birthday, and they are just stunning. Hot pink peonies and matching fluffy tulips-- cheerful but classy. Perfectly opened, beautifully wrapped, hand-delivered by a friendly delivery man first-thing in the morning, a handwritten card. This place has to be one of the best in Soho.

I knew it was last minute, but I called "Adore Floral" at 2:45pm on the day of my daughter's birthday, for same day delivery. Brittany stepped away from the phone and came back to say "yes". My daughter texted me at 4:30pm so excited to say the flowers were gorgeous. Thank you Adore and Brittany for saving the day and making my daughter so happy!

Last night I received a"Box of Heaven" birthday arrangement as a gift from friends. As soon as I unwrapped the flowers I noticed the roses and stock were wilted and "on their way out." Immediately I sent an email and followed up with them the next day. In a series of phone calls and back and forths, they requested photos and then additional photos all of which I sent. Ultimately I was offered a twenty dollar credit which they explained I could use towards my next order. The resolution offered was outrageous. The arrangement was expensive, and as an aside....did not look at all like the image on their website. I would not recommend this florist. I am a business person. This is no way to do business.

I needed a sizable amounts of florals created for an event that was occurring in less than 24 hours. Adore Florals was able to help, easy to deal with during a stressful situation, and delivered beautiful arrangements on time. Everyone at the event remarked at how pretty the florals were. Adore Florals are now my go to florals for NY events. Thanks Nicole for coming through for us!

I was planning an event for 25 VIPs during Fashion Week and after reading reviews for Adore I was convinced and decided to give them a try. I spoke with a young lady over the phone an discussed a color pallet or pink/peach/red/yellow. Upon arriving to the venue the arrangements were completed in the color pallet of white/purple/yellow/burgundy. I tried to reach out to the florist the evening if the event to rectify the situation but they were closed. The next business day I reached out thru email, phone call, and even made a visit to the store however I was not welcomed in a professional manner. During correspondences the manager kept bringing up circumstances to undermine the fact that they did not deliver what was agreed upon. What's even more disappointing is we paid up front and trusted their professionalism to fulfill our order and they did not do so. The customer service used in this establishment is barely subpar.

Don't even bother. Stood at the counter ready to purchase something for 10 minutes while one worker spoke to someone who came in after me and the 2 others who stared at me like I was bothering them. I eventually put the items back and walked out while not one of the three employees even bothered to say anything. Incredibly disappointing, all I wanted was to buy something.

There aren't enough good things that I can say about this floral establishment. But here are a few... Impressive Decor: Although the store front itself is chaotic, the abundance of floral arrangements, options, and diverse product line is featured in every corner of the store. Patrons entering Adore, already possessing an knowledge of what they want, may frequently be swayed by the multitude of varietals on display. The most notable flowers and plans of the store are the White Orchids & Calla Lilies Friendly & Knowledgeable Staff: I was aided by an attendant named Marie. Her suggestions on arrangements and pricing made the experience all the less daunting. Suggestions were frequently made on what type of an arrangement would work best for the two flowers I required (ie: White Orchids & Yellow Roses). What was even more impressive was their in stock collection of Black Baccaras. I ended up purchasing a dozen of those as well. Price: Unlike that of many other establishments that charge an astronomical amount for flowers, Adore manages to keep their pricing indexes at a level in which is both moderate, and representative of their products. The arrangement purchased (measuring 13 x 15 in a glass cylinder) came out to $85. At any other location, this would've been $135 at the very least. If you're in need of a last minute arrangement and require something that'll knock someone's socks off, look no further than Adore. I've officially made this establishment my go to florist in New York.

I happened upon Adore Floral just walking around and I am so glad I got to meet Chiyomi and the rest of the gang because they did a great job on my wedding flowers. When I was choosing florists, I was looking at another company where the woman who was in charge gave us great prices, but no creative direction. That may be good if you know exactly what you want... but all I knew was that I wanted something purple and pretty. Chiyomi has a lot of great ideas and will help take that weight off your shoulders. Adore was able to work with us and create beautiful bouquets for all of my bridesmaids and wonderful centerpieces.They were creative, professional and very responsive to my requests. They stayed within the budget we wanted while creating some very different and unique arrangements.

I was reluctant to try this spot after no formal reco from someone I knew, but after positive Yelp reviews I decided to give it a try. Delivery for my sister's birthday to her work - top notch. The arrangement was beautiful, tasteful and exactly what we wanted. It arrived on time and she was more than happy with the quality and the flowers. I'll use Adore for all my NYC floral delivery needs!

I have used Adore for numerous occasions and gift needs and have been thoroughly impressed each and every time! The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and sweet. Whatever type and budget of arrangement I need can and has been catered to my exact needs (ranging from $50 to $150). Love coming here, between the friendly staff and the beautiful arrangements. Their offerings are truly unique; I've never seen a flower selection like Adore anywhere else. I've gotten several succulent/cacti arrangements done here that I've been really happy with. They also have great terrariums and fun greeting cards if you're into that.

There flowers are great. Really. But I didn't like the arrangement the lady was making for me-- sometimes we have a different look we are going for and she didn't understand me. So I made one. She even commented that it was a gorgeous arrangement that I chose. But she was so picky about charging me for everything. Even when I added a few Curley willows-- the wood things. I got to flower stores ALL THE TIME. And yes they charge per stem. But usually they let somethings go like greens and wood curly willows! I didn't like her taste. I arranged something myself. I was going for 50$. It ended up being 60$ and then I added some willows in the end and she bumped me to 66$ plus tax. It's like lady COME ON principal of the matter. Been here for 20 minutes me doing your job and you are charging me 6$ for wood. Just not classy. Wish I had said something. I was w someone If not I would have... But flowers are nice. If someone can do what you need and do a good job of arranging

Needed a same day very special arrangement just a few days before the Holiday madness. Gary took my order and could not have been nicer or more helpful. He just kept saying "sure, we can do that". And they did. Fantastic service.

To die for, insta-worthy, magazine editorial flowers!!! Just love what Lori put together for my 30th birthday celebration! I visited other florists In the area, none of which knew the meaning of customer service. I walked into Adore floral and instantly felt welcomed! Lori guided me through flower options based upon some inspiration images I had, and I felt like I was in good hands for sure. When I saw the arrangements that night they exceeded my expectations and I was beyond pleased! I made an error in the address I gave them for delivery, but she took it upon herself to call the restaurant and made sure they got there in time- much appreciated! I definitely recommend for swoon worthy, dreamy, GORGEOUS arrangements and bouquets! Will be back for sure!

i walked in with the expectation of buying a small plant for my cubicle. However, the reception from the workers was so underwhelming that I spent 2 minutes walking around and just left. I'm not willing to take my business anywhere where a human being, let alone a customer, is flat out ignored.

This flower shop is amazing! I needed a small bouquet for my wedding day, I was getting married Friday morning, I called and ordered the bouquet Thursday afternoon and it was beautiful! I had no idea what the flowers would look like or the arrangement all I said were the colors I wanted and how much I wanted to spend, and the bouquet was EXACTLY how I envisioned it! I was a walk-in. Asked for a bouquet with mostly white flowers and advised about the price range. In a few minutes, walked out with a truly stunning work of art. I wish I had caught the name of the young lady who prepared it, but it's clear she loves her work.

I needed flowers for my wife for our one year anniversary. I don't know a lot about flowers however, the workers at Adore Floral were extremely helpful and friendly in helping me to create a beautiful bouquet for my wife. They stuck within the budget I gave and wrapped the bouquet elegantly. My wife loved the flowers. I've already been back a second time to get another bouquet for her.

Adore is amazing! The flowers for our bridal shower were gorgeous; the blooms were big, fresh, arrangement was beautifully designed, well priced and on time! Christina gave me great guidance and was very responsive. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Adore!

I came in here and told one of the gals working there that I had a wedding in 3 days and needed a little more 'filler' for our decor. She gave me really great advice on what flowers would hold up for the next few days and helped me price everything based on what I could afford. "These are less cost and go further" etc. I told her I'd come back the next day and figure it out - I did and, she had taken everything I had interest in and set it aside. She didn't have my # or even my last name but, she was so helpful and reliable. If you need to get some nice filler or even some random decor flowers for an small space or event, they take care of you. Keep in mind - they charge by the stem so you can spend a lot quickly but, just ask prices and give them your limit and they'll work with you. Great shop!

I work around the corner from Adore and have used them on multiple occasions. I have always been extremely satisfied with their work and love their creativity. Hence, I thought it would make sense to hire them for an event I just had this past weekend. I expected what Adore typically delivers- beautiful and rare arrangements, not typically found at your florist. What i received was mediocre at best. I specifically gave Anna May a list of flowers that I loved - eucalyptus, vine, garden roses, peonies etc. I told her I wanted something lush and full. She must have not been in on the Saturday my flowers were arranged because what I received were - 3 hydrangeas, 3 garden roses, and then two other flowers (1 each) of something I am not familiar with. I paid $125 bucks for this not so creative arrangement and needed multiples for the other tables. $600 bucks wasted and I was not a happy customer. The same day I met with Adore, I saw arrangements being made for $75 and these arrangements were ten times nicer!!!!! I feel like I got jyped big time!!! When I saw the flowers, all I kept thinking was, 'I could have gone to the local bodega to arrange this myself.' Long story short, I won't be using their services again- i'd rather use a florist that puts some love into their arrangements. Oh and the flowers were already wilting a day later :(

I am very disappointed in Adore Floral. After reading the reviews below I picked them for a Wedding Anniversary gift with the specific instructions that the flowers had to be delivered by 5 PM. At 5.30 when I called the flowers still had not been delivered, apparently they did not think it was important to deliver them on time!!! While the guy on the phone was pleasant and refunded me my money I would have appreciated it if they had done the job I paid them for - Don't let me forget that I leave 6 blocks from them and they could have easily delivered them on time!

I need a gorgeous arrangement for a client. They delivered the arrangement...I hope it was nice looking, but from the customer service viewpoint, I don't have a good feeling. I needed followup with a receipt. When I called, they had trouble remembering me or my order,or couldn't find anything on my order....repeatedly. I called at least 4 times...and have just given up. I can't recommend them.

Beautiful store and friendly wonderful staff but I find that it is extremely overpriced. I've bought a succulant, two baby tears, and one other plant (forget the name) in adorable planters for both my office and home.

*Do not read if you like your flowers unarrived. * Ordered my flowers to be delivered on my wedding day, May 20th to the restaurant I reserved. The night before, I went to the store and double checked with the place that the flower is to be delivered tomorrow, and I left my phone number so that they could contact me if anything comes up. On the 20th, when I arrived at the restaurant and walked into the room, THERE WERE NO FLOWERS. There was already a minor problem at the restaurant and to make the matter worse, the flower I was counting on DID NOT ARRIVE. I was freaking out, but I cannot call Adore to have it delivered now since the flower is supposed to arrive before us otherwise it will seem like I didn't plan well for the event. My mother-in-law is obsessed with flowers and I really wanted to impress her with beautifully arranged flowers on the table, except THERE WERE NO FLOWERS BUT DISAPPOINTMENT. The next day I got caught up in other things and didn't get a chance to contact the place. On 22nd, I received a call from the manager (I'm not sure) and she said she was just aware of the situation, and I didn't get the flowers because of a miscommunication about the date of delivery. I don't understand how me coming into the shop and telling them TWICE can cause miscommunication? (I booked the delivery two days in advance, and I went to the shop again the day before to say this is to be delivered tomorrow) I was told that I will be receiving a refund as soon as she hangs up the phone. I lost my flowers on the biggest day of my life, and all the apologies I got is a refund???? I also had my wedding bouquet here, and did I mention how some of the flowers look they already gave up in life when I got my bouquet? I was so happy when I ordered my flower delivery and I couldn't wait to see them, and guess what? I NEVER GOT A CHANCE TO SEE THEM! If you have a big budget and don't care if your flowers arrive, go for this place. But if you want FRESH flowers and actually want to see them on the table, think twice before you choose.

This store was a huge disappointment. No regard for customer service or follow up. First, I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered for my sisters birthday. I chose a jewel tone arrangement of dark violets and oranges. Now I understand given the availability of stock what your final order may not necessarily be an exact replica of the picture on the site, but an arrangements of lavender roses and white flowers is certainly a 180. Naturally I wouldn't have had an issue as it was still beautiful until I realized that the flowers were brown. Not "wilting from delivery" kind of brown, but more like "these flowers are on their last leg so let's use it fort he order that is coming from Florida" because quite possibly what are the chances of me ever seeing it right? Well I did. And when I expressed my concern Adore Floral bounced me around until I could actually speak to someone after multiple phone calls and a few emails, all of which included pictures of the dying roses at a representatives request. I was told that someone would "look into it" and get back to me. Still waiting for the follow up. My concern is that I have used this flower shop for several high profile clients, and tips incident has left me asking - how did the flowers look? Were they also sub par in quality? I had faith in this flower shop and it had high praise from my sister (coincidentally enough the recipient of said arrangement). Customer service is everything. If you have a disappointed customer don't bounce them around in hopes that they give up and forget. Disappointed in the management and service. My advice - people should shell out their $100+ elsewhere.

Loved the terrarium I got at Adore Floral. The store is so beautiful, you get lost in a world of wonder. Bianca was lovely and very instructive for those not so familiar with plants, ferns and other variants. Try it!

My husband and I received a gift certificate for our wedding and we cannot say enough about how wonderful our terrarium is. It is GORGEOUS and has brought even more love into our home. My absolute "go-to" for flower arrangements, especially for events. I've used them over the years for both personal and professional flower needs, and Adore has never failed to impress me with their refined and inventive arrangements. Would definitely recommend.
