I called before making the online booking and was clearly told that I didn’t need to do anything else and that I would receive a confirmation letter. I booked the tour, received the confirmation within 1–2 days, and trusted that everything was handled. This was a surprise for my wife for our 25th anniversary—a moment we can never get back. We were literally standing at the airport, excited and waiting, when I suddenly received a call from the helicopter tour company saying they had no information about us at all. None. How is that even possible? What is the purpose of a confirmation letter if it means absolutely nothing? It is your responsibility to communicate with the tour company and ensure they receive the booking details—not send an email into the void and consider the job done. You completely ruined what was supposed to be a once-in-a-lifetime day for us. This is unacceptable.

Called through the agency and talked to Brendan , who was familiar with my area. He was very helpful and friendly. Brendan got my cruise booked and talked me through the process of how to show my tickets on my phone 😅. It made navigating upon arrival smooth and easy. It was a great experience Cruising through the Norfolk cityscape. Enjoying food and good music with my fiancé.

The team(esp Brendan) were very helpful with guiding me to choose the best pkg for a 40th Anniversary gift for my hubby!! He is going to just LUV this!! I highly recommend emailing or calling with any questions to Adrenalin they are extremely helpful. Looking forward to watching my hubby on the track!!

Loved it,was awesome amazing experience crew was Great! Only thing is I never received my pictures from the final Zipline... Very disappointed, tried contacting one of the guys to get them text to my phone but ignoring ME..so probably won't come back there due to being ignored and not getting only pictures of us zip lining...

Sent me to the wrong location to pick up the bike. Once I did get to the tour it was great. I thought I rented an e-bike I had a regular bike but it was a nice one. Well maintained. Your guide Dan is very talented and loves music.

Outstanding experience! Their helpful staff ensured I got my flight by rescheduling to fit my last minute changes.

Was a very nice tour and I got to sit in the front!! My only complaint was that the English description was last and hard to hear.

Got scammed by them. I contacted you within 24 hours of my booking, yet I was never informed I wouldn't receive a full refund. The tour provider fully refunded my booking, but Adrenaline withheld 20%, which feels like a scam. The tour description was misleading, and even the provider asked Adrenaline to correct it. I shouldn't be penalized for your misleading information.

Third party vendor that does not give refunds or premium packages available through direct supplier.

This company is HORRIBLE!!! Scheduled a hot air balloon ride months ago, the "pilot" called first day and cancelled due to rain. Fair enough, the second day 3 weeks later he cancelled due to winds... 67 degrees and clear... winds 5-9 mph. I say this because he claims the winds were gonna be crazy today but the forecast was clear for this weekend.l since Tuesday. Then he messed up and told me he was cancelling the morning flight so he could fly the afternoon people... Save your time and money. Don't book with this company. Called the provider Joy directly because it was nearly 9pm and I hadn't heard from the "pilot" she didn't answer the phone, sent me to voicemail then replied "pilot will call" and that was it. Horrible company, horrible people. ‍

Don't even bother purchase insurance because they won't refund you. I called them three times already... very disappointed .... What a scam !!!!

This is a scam company. You buy someone a gift certificate for a certain experience just for it to "not be available" when you try to book. I have called every day for a week and when you select the option to talk to a representative it disconnects the call. Do not use this company. Book directly with the specific event company you want to use. And do not list your company with them as it is a representation of you as well. And of course no refunds. You can use the gift card for a different "experience" that you never wanted to do in the first place.

I took my first jump today thanks to Adrenaline365. My family purchased the experience for me through www.adrenaline365.com. It couldn't have been easier to book - Steve helped me with some of my questions and actually gave me door-to-door directions. After arriving at the drop zone, I was massively impressed with the facilities. Everything looked brand-new and the team were all funny and encouraging. I must admit, it was nerve racking when my feet were dangling out of the plane but my adrenaline took over and it was a blast from start to finish. I will definitely be using these guys as the go-to place for gifts for family and friends!

Jumping out of planes in Chicago and great jump over tampa soaring through the blue skies and would definitely jump again.
