The food is presented in unique ways. Some of the food - the mofongo for instance was a bit dry, the chicharon de cerdo was also dry. The fresh fruit juices are super yummy. I ordered two of the passion fruit. The location on the water (Él Malecon) is wonderful— especially sitting right above the water. I liked it so much I returned the next day with my whole family. We enjoyed the complimentary Sancocho in tiny bowls- tasty!

More of a chill beachside restaurant vibe. They a QR menu which translates to English for tourists. Enjoyed the creole seafood rice stew, especially with their homemade hot sauce. Took a long time to get the attention of the service team so be warned.

The service is great depending on who you get. I want to give credit to the trip waiter/waitress that attended to my party, Ester and Manuel. They were great and I'd love to have them again. The atmosphere is beautiful, but the food is hit or miss. The drinks were good especially the natural juices. I will say I also tried a burger and the presentation of food is great but the bread wasn't to my liking. The taste of the meat in the burger was great, so I only ended up eating that part. It's worth a visit, even just to view the sea and observe the sunset with good drinks and listen to the peaceful sounds of the ocean.

Mediocre at best. Not tourist friendly, don't speak English and are not willing to help. Tourist trap prices. Food was okay but nothing to brag about. Definitely to expensive compared to what you get.
I travel for a living and I see better and cheaper services in many other places than this.

This location is great. You have a beautiful view of the ocean, a nice breeze blowing and the atmosphere is lively. I ordered the Mofongo, and for a while now the portion has been reduced, but we understand. The chicken croquettes are still great and the pork tenderloin too. Order a nice dark beer and you got a great time. Had lunch with a friend who was visiting the island, he loved it.

Adrian Tropical is a must-visit for authentic Dominican food. This location, right by the sea, offers a beautiful view alongside delicious, well-priced dishes. The staff is welcoming, and the flavors truly capture the essence of Dominican cuisine. If you’re visiting Santo Domingo, this is the perfect spot to experience local flavors in a great atmosphere.

Combination Tropical (Lime, passion fruit, orange, mamey sapote, granadillo, melon, pineapple, papaya and carrot) - 10/10
Tropical Fish Fillet with Coconut and Fried Plantains - 9/10 creamy coconut sauce, wish the fish had a bit more flavour and the fried plantains were actually very moist.
Cassava Empanadas - 9/10 really good, slightly sour but full of flavour
Tropical Fried Rice - Very very tasty reminded me of Nigeria's native rice

The location is great! The food is average. The staff were really nice and helpful. I would go again but with less expectations.
