Best place for seniors to get together and have a great lunch!

I joined September 2024 and have no regrets. There’s an exercise room, pool table, all purpose room for chess, checkers, backgammon or cards. The people are friendly and helpful. A great place for us retired folk.

I was looking for a place for seniors in which I could join the gym and have a good time with their class this is the best place for that the people are so friendly and the staff is so helpful

It's a great place to meet your friend, have some exercise, or participate in a group activity. The price is right, too. They have a lunch program, but I am not around for that, so cannot say whether it is good or bad.

I love this place I hope people there all the time and a lot of the members are very nice people that use the center as a social Center

MEMBERSHIP FOR YEARS DOES NOT ADD UP TO A MISSIONARY CANNOT KEEP THEIR PERSONAL AFFECTS WITH THEM AT ALL TIMES THE EXACT NATURE OF MISSIONARY WORK EQUIPPED TO SERVE IS NOT TO THEM AN EXCEPTION TO ANY RULE..... DON'T BRING THOSE THINGS INSIDE(NEGATING ITS OR YOU IMPORTANCE) AND BY THE WAY IS THAT ONLY AMONG SENIORS..... IN 30 YEARS I HAVE NOT SEEN IT ANY DIFFERENCE MADE FOR HANDICAPPED OR LICENSED PERSONS. I DON'T INTEND FOR THEM TO HAVE ANY STARS AT THIS POINT CONSIDERING THE ASPECTS OF THIS COMPLAINT. A GOOD CITIZEN.

The Adult Recreation Center is a very good place and from my experience, we are always having a good time there. The environment is fun, welcoming and entertaining, with activities that keep everyone engaged and happy. The staff make the center feel comfortable and positive, and what truly makes it special is the director, Miss Aileen. She is the best!!!Her caring attitude and strong leadership help create such an enjoyable atmosphere, and because of her the center is a place we all love to be.

The Adult Recreation Center was actually pretty classy inside. I've hung out in the park and scoped the area for film shoots, but it's like a senior citizen hangout during the daytime. I was invited to hear Actress Tippi Hedren talk about her latest book, A Memoir. So I RSVP'ed and attended. The small auditorium was pretty spacious and comfortable. Tippi was quite graceful and she spoke eloquently about her experiences as a model, actress and wildlife initiatives. The lecture with Q&A was only 30-minutes long. I didn't stay for the book signing. The line was very long and I prefer audiobooks. Also, they sold the books at the Adult Recreation Center for $31.53. They sell it for $14.95 at the bookstores. Maybe, cheaper online as an eBook. I talked with a few people before leaving. The crowd was friendly. Nice event. The Roar Foundation and The Shambala Preserve http://www.shambala.org/
